Elwood Sprenger is a conman who will con you out of your money and time! Elwood Sprenger WILL WASTE your time and money - GUARANTEED! Do NOT trust Elwood Sprenger, Elwood Sprenger is a liar and a very violent person when he is challenged. Elwood does not like it / cannot handle it when people tell him the truth. Elwood stole hundreds of thousands & millions of dollars from different groups of people. Elwood CANNOT be trusted handling money or stocks! Elwood is the text book definition of 'pump & dump.' Elwood becomes very physically violent when confronted about his lies and / or being proven as a liar. Elwood got kicked out of Russia for doing things I cannot list here. Elwood is a very bad person and he takes advantage of people; Elwood is nearly 80 years old and completely broke. DO NOT TRUST ELWOOD SPRENGER, ELWOOD IS A WORD MERCHANT AND HAS ZERO CREDIBILITY! ELWOOD SPRENGER IS a LIAR, CON MAN, COMPLETELY BROKE, VERY VIOLENT AND DANGEROUS!

He is a liar and a con man. If his mouth is moving, he is lying. Believe every horrible thing people have said about this despicable swindler, because it is true. This criminal should be stopped. He purposely financially cripples every company and person who is foolish enough to believe any of his lies. He is 80 years old, but he will lie about that too. He is dirt poor and name drops the wealthy. Do not believe anything he says. He is also violent when challenged. Beware!

There is always a new carrot out there with him when the current one does not pan out...he starts and never finishes but there is always an excuse or blame it on another. I lost most of my retirement to this guy's cons. He has hurt far too many people and should be stopped.

Elwood Sprenger conned many employees out of getting paid as well as investors. He and is a liar through and through do not believe a word this man says, they are all lies. Ask for a list of successful companies he has dealt with in the last 10 years and you will not find anything but distraught businesses he has milked for all they are worth and then moved on to the next deal.

Elwood Sprenger is nothing more than a con-artist and sociopath who has no conscience and zero assets (liquid or otherwise) to his name. He lives hand-to-mouth by skimming off the top of whatever hustle he happens to be running at any given time. If there were any justice in the world, he'd be having his rectum involuntarily re-sized on a daily basis from inside the walls of a federal correctional facility. How he has managed to avoid prison for all these years remains a mystery. Long story short: Do not, under any circumstance, invest anything (including your time) with this dirt-bag. On the other hand, please feel free to string him along for weeks or months. Make him pull out every sleazy trick he's ever used, and when he's finally exhausted all of his shtick, tell him that you've changed your mind and decided against investing with him. Maybe that will cause him to seize up, vapor-lock and finally bring his scamming and criminality to an end. Couldn't happen to a nicer guy.

I have no idea about some of the comments or inquiries above, but I was collaterally involved in a financial investment with an Elwood Sprenger and I had no real issues. My money was subsequently resturned in about 5 months--although it took a little prompting--and the investment worked out as planned. I only located this website because I was looking for his address and this is the website that pops up when you place Mr. Sprenger's name into the web browser. Therefore, I guess this does not qualify as a real complaint as I have had a different experience from those listed above. I do not want to mention companies or names for fear of being sued. Although this is a complaint board, I do think that true statements should be made about the man's life. If this is indeed the same guy, then I would agree with the posting by "nothingbutthetruth." I have to diagree with the negative statements. [I must say that this website is great if you have a "true" issue with an attorney or other people].

I met him and spoke to him over months. He was going to get me involved in the company and spoke about how I would also get paid with stock in addition to advanced commission on annual sales. I feel bad for anyone who has lost money because I can see how easy it would be to believe him. He is a likable guy. Nothing ever materialized, not sure where he is these days.

I have recently been engaged by an Elwood Sprenger, I believe it to be the same person...I'm curious about the complaint posted? I'm not disputing the accuracy of the complaint, however I do see from time to time that people post negative comments about a person in retaliation for not getting what they felt they deserved in whatever arrangement they had. I would like to make sure the person posting this complaint is not one of those people? Did you ask for a references when you did business with him? Did you not check those references? What type of business arrangement did you have with this person? As I mentioned, I'm not disputing the accuracy of your complaint, I simply wish to validate it...If valid, I would hope to learn from your unfortunate expierence as I would hope to assit others by learning from my unfortunate expierences, however painful. I would be interested in facts about the expierence and not personal options as they often get in the way of the truth.

Was conned by this weasel (Elwood Sprenger) into buying and holding a large sum of stock in his GERI (Global Energy Resources Inc) corporation. We're talking over twenty thousand dollars. Found out later it was nothing but a Pink Sheet Penny Stock scam. I spoke to him over the phone on many occassions, and boy did he know everybody and everything. From talking to this man, you would have believed that GERI was going to be the next Microsoft.

As the scam began to unfold (May '08), he dumped ten's of millions of shares into the market and caused the share price to drop down to one-thousandth of a cent per share (that means you can buy 1, 000 shares of this garbage for a penny!).

The SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) finally stepped in and halted trading on this stock for a month (but it was too late).

After trying to track this snake-oil salesman down for three months, he finally answered my calls and blamed one of his employees (Chris B*****) for breaking into the treasury and stealing these shares. This was complete nonsense as Mr. B***** just happened to be another one of Sprenger's victims.

Good ole' Elwood is now heading up another scam company (Mashall Holdings...MHLI) and it's following in the same exact footsteps as GERI. He's dumping shares, the share price is tanking sub-penny and the SEC booted the company off of the Over The Counter Bulletin Board exchange and onto the PINK Sheet graveyard.

This ### belongs behind bars.

Sounds like the Elwood Sprenger I know! He pretends to know people and have money, but I do not think he has two nickels to rub together.

Elwood Spreger has continued to con many people out of thousands of dollars in the So. California area. He is representing himself as a strategic business partner of various distribution outlets and offers to “Help” businesses who are seeking product distribution only to scam money from such companies. Beware of this scam artist! He and his group of conmen will not only waste your time but ake you for your hard earned money as well.

Elwood represented himself as an officer of First Rate capital Corp. A Mtg. company located in Melville New York. Do not trust that Company, or Larry Brand. We were conned as well.

Elwood conned my family out of $30k as well as did not pay me for employement of $12k.

The stocks he sells are nothing but paper that you will never get money for.
