I purchased two bags from eluxurysupplier and both arrived damaged, wreaked of fish odor and were vinyl not leather as advertised. Was told by "Jennifer" I could return both bags for full refund. Spent $60 on postage and tracking number and now "Luna" says they don't give refunds they just replace the damaged bags. But I sent her an email where "Jennifer" stated that I would receive a full refund and she then agreed to abide by that promise. Tracked the bags and they are just sitting in a post office in China...Eluxurysupplier REFUSED delivery of my the package is headed back to me. Emailing them is useless. For over 6 weeks I have gotten the same run around from these scam artists. I finally had to contact my credit card company to get them involved and fortunately they have dealt with them in the past. Beware when dealing with these Chinese companies...I spent $323 on the bags and $60 on postage and now the bags are headed back to me. What a total rip off!
