I recently had an experience with ElleSilk and unfortunately, it wasn't a positive one. I purchased a nightdress from their website and when it arrived, I was disappointed to find that it didn't look good on me at all. As if that wasn't enough, I also received a bill from DHL for ?29. It's always important to check where goods are coming from when you order online. If it's outside of the UK, there's a chance that returns won't be refunded and the postage and customs fees can be quite steep.

Overall, I would advise others to steer clear of ElleSilk. While their products may look appealing, the customer service and return policies leave much to be desired. It's simply not worth the hassle and expense.

This company is a total scam! I mean, seriously, they are pretending to be based in Oregon, Portland on Instagram, but they are actually located in China. What kind of shady business is that? These is something wrong with their sizes. I have ordered a silk coverlet from www.ellesilk.com in king size. Before I made my order I measured my bend and I'm 100% sure I ordered the correct size.
When my coverlet arrived it was too small! I measured it and it was definitely bigger than Queen size but smaller than my King size bed.
Anyway I decided to return it and contacted ElleSilk customer service. Their rep said that they were extremely sorry that I was disappointed with my order and said that there was nothing they could do to help. No refund was offered.
