Received part order and charged more than the invoice
I have purchased cbd oil from elixinol several times in the past. The goods have arrived on time and as described. This time - elixinol uk order confirmation your order #u000001036 - I have received half of my order for two 10ml 10% cbd tinctures. Only one bottle has arrived and my card has been charged a few pounds extra than the invoiced bill for two bottles. Worryingly the company have not responded to four emails sent on consecutive days requesting information regarding the remainder of the order.
Desired outcome: Fulfill the order and at the agreed price

So disappointed after reading reviews stating this was working for pain. It did nothing for my back pain and when I used it for a migraine, it made it worse. When you have been dealing with chronic back pain for years, you just want something that makes it bearable. I tried using this over a period of days and nothing, didn't work at all. I just want my money back.

Don't deal with these clowns!
I made an order with Elixinol and they immediately charged my card. They took my money but I did not receive a confirmation message and they did not give me a tracking number. One weeks later I called customer service and asked about the status of my order and they asked me to wait and I was put on hold. They finally came back to me 20 minutes later and asked me to call later because they were unable to find my order. Absolutely ridiculous! I called later and they said that my order was on its way but they could not find its present location. They asked me to be patient and wait. I'm still waiting and nothing! Don't deal with these clowns!

I filled out Exlinol's online contact form twice to inquire about a refund. It promises someone will contact you shortly after submitting, and no one has ever contacted me. Very disappointed.
So strange to see this - I've had nothing but positive interactions with these guys, and their CBD pen is world-class. I suspect it's an outlier - I hope you got it sorted! :)
