[Resolved] Elite / Worst service and incompetent staff of eps business consultancy in caloocan city

This company offers a lot of freebies and privileges when they are selling their membership to.possible clients But when you paid your membership fee and will avail of your complimentary voucher your nightmare will begin. Aug 12, 2015 I called their office to reserve an overnight accommodation in Widus Hotel and Casino on Oct 17, 2015. Since its 2 mos advance booking Im expecting I won't have any prob. Their reservation staff Josh informed me that she will place my reservation in the said hotel and will call me for the confimation. Constant follow up once done but until last Oct 5 Josh told me that they cant accommodate me because the hotel was fully booked. I didnt believe her so I called the hotel reservation thru Tere Brillantes and Regina Cabigting that there.was an available room but Eps business consultancy did not submit my name for reservation. Last Oct 9 I called Eps again and talked to Trisha, superior of Josh and told me that they can't do anything about my concern and what she can do is booked me to a higher room but I have to pay the additional fee of P5000. I was so disgusted with this because I believe that my right as a consumer/client was violated. I hope my complaint will be given proper action and this company will be liable for the damage it has brought me.

    Una sa lahat nais kong linawin sa iyo na sa abot ng aming kakayahan ginawa at ginampanan namin ang nararapat na serbisyo sa inyo bilang miyembero ng Widus Hotel Premier Package. You availed our package March 10, 2015 and requested for a room reservation using your ONE COMPLIMENTARY OVERNIGHT voucher, 4K voucher and 5K voucher. Which to our belief we extended the service what is due to you. Your second request for COMPLIMENTARY OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATION was not granted. And why don't you ask yourself.. Why?
    Ngayon at kailaman handa kami sagutin ka kahit saan sulok ng bansa maging sa Aparri at Julo ka man magreklamo dahil handa kami at ebidensya ang magsasalita para sa amin. Why don't you review the contract stating that you only have ONE (1) COMPLIMENTARY NIGHT in a Deluxe Room and Complimentary Breakfast for two; And how come your claiming for another complimentary overnight. Now, bakit mo kailangan magtago sa pangalang DISSATISFIED CLIENT19? kung may matibay kang katwiran dapat ipaglaban mo. O kaya isumbong mo kami kay Tulfo. Baka kasi mahiya ka sa ABS-CBN Channel 2 sa stasyon na pinagtatrabahuhan mo.

    do not ever trust this company manloloko talaga sila. nabiktima din ako nyan. binentahan nila ako ng vouchers with 1 free nyt stay tapos on top of that meron daw ako isa pang free night voucher. yan ang selling point nila sa kin kaya kumuha ako. tapos nung gagamitin ko na yung second overnight voucher mag stick daw sa contract na 1 free night lang ang stated. bale wala pala yung mga vouchers na binigay nila. in fact pinakita ko sa kanila sa 2 yung free overnight vouchers. di pa din nila honored. MANLOLOKO ang kumpanya na yan. wag kayo kukuha sa kanila. kaya siguro lumipat na ng office yan dati andun sila sa may monumennto ngayon andun na sila sa may 10th Ave. kasi mandurugas sila. i am now contacting my legal team accountancy and law office kasi kami. Malaking modus operandi ito na dapat matigil na. i will be contacting you client19 para ma collate ang reklamo naten sa proper governmennt agency.

    Dear Mr. Mark Jeffrey Tan aka Gilbert C,

    Nais ko lamang po liwanagin ang lahat. Sa paanong paraan ka naming niloko? Labis po yata ang galit na nararamdaman ninyo na mali naman? Bakit? Ito ang mga paglilinaw.

    1) Tama po kayo na si VELLA TORRES aka MAUREEN REYES na nakatira sa #1141 Col. Santos St., Brgy South Cembo, Makati City ay aming naging empleyado at siya ang inyong agent sa na avail ninyong package ng Crosswinds Resort Hotel na ayon sa aming records/contract na inyo mismong nilagdaan na tanda ito na inyong lubos na naiintindihan at nauunawaan. Ito ang mga sinasaad:

    • “One (1) complimentary overnight in a Studio Type Room. Accommodation is strictly good for two (2) persons only and include Breakfast.
    • Two (2) pcs. Of vouchers amounting to Three Thousand NineHundred Pesos Plus only (Php 3, 900.00+) valid in a Studio Type room from the original rate of (Php 7, 600.00). Accommodations are strictly good for 2 persons only and Exclude Breakfast.
    • Three (3) pcs. Of vouchers amounting to Four Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos plus plus only (Php 4, 900.00++) valid in a One Bedroom Suite from the original rate of (Php 15, 500.00). Accommodations are strictly good for 4 Persons Only and Exclude Breakfast.

    Sa aking pagkakaunawa isa lamang po ang FREE OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATION. So how come you still have two (2) FOC vouchers wherein our records shows you already AVAILED YOUR FREE OVERNIGHT ACCOMODATION last May 9, 2016 and take note sir ang room na ginamit mo upgraded from Studio type room to a One Bedroom Suite. So paano ka naming niloko? Nagamit mo na na pa ang gusto mo iclaim.

    2.) Last Mondayapril 11, 2016 you sent your mother Ms. Vergie Tan to our office together with your father trying to book a room on April 15, 16, 17, 18, 2016 and much to our desire to accommodate kayo unfortunately wala na po available rooms but we can accommodate you on April 17, 18, 2016 onwrads. We had a very nice conversation with your parents and our office is trying to do some remedy on this matter. Pero, walang kaabog-abog dumating ka at nagsisigaw sa office saying “Elite office ba to? Sino si Eugene? Sino si Jane?” na kahit ang parents mo ay nagulat sa intrada mo at nawala kami sa focus ng pag-uusap naming. Kinuha mo ang moment ng pagtatalak at di na ako kumibo. Lubos kong inuunawa ang mga nagging pananalita mong masasakit sapagkat ikaw ay isang bata pa “mapusok” at bakla pa kaya pinabayaan na lamang kita magsisigaw sa harapan ko. Kaya naman noong ikaw ay nagbanggit na ganito “ Wag nyo kong niloloko kaya ko kayo idemanda” I answered you like “Sure sir If you want to file a case against us DO IT” dahil lubos akong naniniwala na hindi ka naming niloko at kami ay handa po na humarap saan mang sulok kayo ng mundo magsampa ng reklamo.

    3.) Transferring to new office address issue FYI Sir wala po kaming pinagtataguan. Noong nagpunta kayo sa office para magbayad ng package our office na Room 211 Aurelio Bldg cor 11th ave., Caloocan City has only 18 sqm and we decided to moved our new office in Room 504-505 Dona Lolita Bldg 1 #363 Rizal Ave. bet 10th and 9th ave., West Grace Park Caloocan City ay may sukat na 95 sqm at simple ang dahilan hindi na kami kasya dahil ang bilang namin ay 38 staff na.

    4.) Mr Jeffrey Tan aka Gilbert C. kami po ay naninindigan sa tama. At ang tama sa amin ay hindi ka naming niloko. Dapat sa umpisa pa lamang nakita mo contract na 1 FREE OVERNIGHT CERTIFICATE lang ang nailimbag edi sana pinabago mo na. Ikaw ay isa lamang sa napangakuan ni Vella Torres aka Maureen Reyes ng ganito. At ito palang na pangalan na nabanggit ay sanay sa modus na dati niyang pinanggalingan SPM Travel at Triple R Travel Agency. Please refer sa Youtube “NBI Nagbabala vs Pekeng Travel Promo” ABS-CBN published June 23, 2015. Ang opisina man namin ay biktima rin. Sa amin man siya ay may obligasyon na bayarin na halagang Php 75, 000.00 libong piso.

    Inyo sanang lubos na maunawaan ang aming mga pagpapaliwanag. Hindi naming hangad ang pigilan kayo sa paghanap ng kasiya-siyang tugon mula sa mga sangay ng pamahalaan.

    @Elite Program Services HI, have been calling your office and the mobile number indicated on the Voucher pero walang sumasagot, I want to book using my EPS hotel voucher sa One Tagaytay Place. Saan ba ako pwede tumawag kasi wala naman sumasagot sa mga number na nakalagay online pati sa voucher

    1. Oo tama ka accurate ang nakasaad sa kontrata. pero Ang selling point ninyo ay kunin ko ang package at bibigyan ninyo ako ng isang pang free night voucher. Wag ninyo sabihing di kayo manloloko. Tingnan ninyo ang pciture attached. Di ba 2 ang free night voucher???? Diyan pa lang makikita na na manloloko ka Eugene Bakla. Tinanong yan sa inyo kung bakit di nakasaad sa kontrata yan ang sabi ninyo kasi nga "additional free yan". Excuse me yung room upgarde namin binayaran namin additional yun. at aware kayo. Hindi ko alam kung bakit hindi ninyo kinuha ang used vouchers sa akin. Hindi ko kasalanan yan.

    2. Maaga pa alng informed q na c Ms. Jane (Assigned sa Crosswinds) for early booking. I specifically informed her that I will use the second free nights voucher. Sabi niya ok daw. Then nung malapit na yung specified dates saka ninyo iinform na fully booked na at di na pwede yung free night voucher???? O di ba malaking panloloko yan???

    Huwag kang mag-alala mayroon na. Sa DTI at Department of Tourism.

    3. Noong nagpunta ako sa opisina ninyo i barely saw 10 employees. Ewan ko kung talagang 38 kayo dyan.

    4. Tama ka manindigan ka na niloko ninyo ako. Ayan a picture is worth a thousand words. 2 free vouchers from you. Ano yan nag milagro? Nanganak ang voucher??? I specifically admit naman na nagamit q na yung 1 free nights voucher kaya I informed Ms. Jane i will be suing the other free nights voucher.

    magandang araw po sa lahat na makakabasa nito.

    1.)Wala po akong kasalanan at ginawang panloloko sa mga kleyente ko. kasi aware ang mayari ng EPS sa lahat ng benibenta na hotel membership package sa mga kleyente.hindi po ako magbebenta ng membership na gawagawa lang at walang permiso ang may ari ng EPS.kaya hindi tama na gamitan ako ng salitang 'MODUS'

    2.)tama galing ako sa SPM TRAVEL AND TOURS bilang empleyado.hindi ko pag aari ang SPM TRAVEL AND TOURS para sisihin sa mga kleyenteng hndi nakapagtour.dahil ang perang binayad ng mga kleyente sa may ari ng SPM TRAVEL AND TOUR napunta kahit magpakamtay man ako sa harap dati kong boss sa SPM para lang paalisin niya ang mga kleyente ko, kung ayaw niya talaga paalisin wala pa din akong magagawa dahil nga po empleyado lang ako.walang magagawa ang empleyado kung anu ang gustong gawin ng boss.

    3.)hindi po ako nagtrabaho or naging empleyado ng Triple R. Travel Travel Agency.

    4.)kung may utang man ako sa EPS, Hindi ko tinakasan yun.hindi na po ako pumasok kasi po tinext ako ni boss eugene saludar na kunin kona daw lahat ng gamit ko kasi po sa tanghali na ako kung pumasok at ang nasa isip niya pumapasok ako sa iba,

    5.)panu ko po mabayaran yang utang na yan eh bigla niya akong pinaalis.wala po sana akong balak umalis sa kompanya niya dahil maayos naman ang pagtatrabaho ko sa kompanya niya wala po akong nilalabag.

    6.)ang hindi ko po maintindihan bakit sisiraan ako ee alam naman po ni boss eugenge saludar ang tama at ang katotohanan na wala akong kasalanan.

    Kapal ng mukh nyong sumagot na hindi kayo nanloloko and wala kayong kasalanan! Complaints like these will not come up if there were no problems with your service. I am another client also that you have been deceiving for quite some time now! If you do not fix things with me, i am not going to stop until you get what you deserve!

    Dear EPS,

    Mr. Gilbert C.'s complaint is very valid because it also happened to us. We even wrote you and communicated with you very politely, no changing of tone or harsh words were said. We have remained very civil until we finally demanded a refund. And yes, you did refund us, but deducted 30% as "cancellation fee", without even explaining to us or informing us in advance that you will deduct a "cancellation fee". We tried several times to book the free one night stay (1 night pa lang po, di pa 2nd night). We tried doing that for almost a year, to no avail kc pagmalapit na ang date (mga 3 days before) inform kami ni Ms. Jane Gamboa na hindi available. And from our vouchers for Crosswind Suites, she offered instead to accommodate us in another cheaper hotel (ano to lokohan?) And like all the other complainants, we also received extra free night stay vouchers. Kung strict po kayo sa 1 night lang dapat, then why do you give your agents extra vouchers? I personally do not give a damn anymore for the 30% fee you deducted, but the fact that this seems to be your practice seems troublesome. Para nga naman po nagmumukha kayong scam niyan. I wish to direct our complaint to DTI and DOT so that this comes to an end once and for all. At kung valid nag po ang sinasabi nyo na "policies" then I will offer my sincerest apologies. But if based on DTI and DOT's appreciation of these complaints and our email exchanges which I have compiled and provided you a copy of, they decide that you are at fault, well then, I do not know which DOT and DTI "policies" and penalties will apply to you as well.
    To the other complainants, I will message you privately and perhaps we can prepare a class suit starting with filing a complaint with the appropriate agencies. I volunteer to facilitate said submission to these agencies as I am with the Government as well and have friends who are members of the association of travel agencies in the Philippines. And the DTI and DOT offices are but a stone throw away from my office in Gil Puyat, Makati.

    @Abyjel Ako din niloko nila C jane lang ang kumakausap sa akin. Never pa c Eugene. 65, 250 ang binayad ko para sa 6 Deluxe Aircon rooms. Pero ang binigay ay maruming private pool. Beach resort & hotel ang hinahanap ko. Sabi ni Eugene Condo unit yung ipapalit sa Mary Land. Nag cancel ang Elite sa MaryLand tapos ipinalit ang LCraz Resort daw. At sa Condo kami huh maganda pa ang kwarto ko ha

    i will post an email address to which you can send me the narration of your individual complaints so i can compile it and prepare the DTI complaint form. Under RA 7394 or the Consumer Welfare Act, I believe we stand on solid ground towards a valid complaint. I just noticed it now, the voucher numbers are the same sa mga bnigay nila to each of us, so there is no control measure on how it is used which is very weird come to think of it, if they in fact plan to honor all of the vouchers issued, given that it is also transferrable. tsk tsk. haay.

    Dear Mr Allen Robert Adecer,

    Una sa lahat nais ko po ipaalam sayo na hindi po ako takot na kolektahin mo ang complaint ng bawat isa. Sa kaso mo very clear you did sign all the terms and conditions in the contract so I am not afraid besides you get a refund which is the 30% deduction is also included in the contract and you did sign also.

    Second, Ms Abegael Nepomuceno wife of Mr Raviel Nepomuceno and sister of Ms Aurora Mora you already consume 2 FOC which is stipulated in the contract, pano ka namin niloko? When Ms Aurora Mora called us asking for refund sya ang nagsabi na antayin naming sya at pupunta sya sa aming opisina upang kunin ang refund at hinihintay namin sya at ang kanyang lawyer na nagpakilalang Atty Buenaventura upang sampahan kami ng kaso. Bakit hanggang ngayon wala pa?

    Third, At ikaw Mau17r nagtago ka pa sa ganitong pangalan puro kasinungalingan naman ang mga sinasabi mo palibhasa sanay ka sa panloloko ilang travel agency na ba ang pinanggalingan mo bago ka magjoin sa Elite at lahat nagsarado Kung ako sayo bayaran mo nalang ang mga naiwan mo na obligasyon sa kapwa mo employee at ang mga halagang nautang mo sa akin at harapin mo ang mga kaso na isinampa ng mga kliyente nyo sa mga pinaggalingan mo na travel agency na hindi nakaalis.

    At higit sa lahat Mr Adecer nais ko uling ipabatid sayo na sa DBP isa lamang kayo sa may 231 members namin na nasiyahan sa aming serbisyo. So far sa 11, 048 members/regular client namin kayong iilan ditto ay hindi po kawalan sa amin.

    Dahil dito patuloy po naming pagbubutihin ang aming serbisyo sa labis na nasisiyahan naming mga kliyente.

    Maraming Salamat and see you in court kung yon ang gusto nyo. Legal at nasa ayos ang aming mga transaction.

    eps i dont think nasa ayos ang inyong mga transaction. binentahan nyo kmi ng widus hotel and casino premier package membership with certificates indicating amounts we need to pay to avail certain rooms pero bago matapos ang validity ng membership inemail nyo kmi saying may dagdag na amount pang dapat bayaran to avail it. we signed the contract yet kayong gumawa ng contract di sumunod sa usapan. breach of contract d b? then inapprove nyo request ko for full refund but what did you do? d nyo rin sinunod ang sinabi nyo na nakaemail pa sa ibang clients as proof. sabi nyo d nyo na ibibigay kasi kung ano ano pinadgsasabi ko, very unprofessional.

    I availed a Widus Premiere Package worth Php5, 500 from EPS authorized agent
    last Nov 11, 2014 which is valid until Dec 2016. I'm supposed to use it
    for June 24-26, 2016 hotel stay but only to know that I have to pay more
    than what is agreed upon in the card member information form. For the
    Php3, 000 vouchers instead of P3, 000 I need to pay P3, 300, for the Php4, 000
    vouchers I need to pay Php4, 400 instead. For the Bedroom Suite Voucher
    they will only provide me a Jr. Suite which is instead of P5, 000 I need to
    pay P6, 000. I haven't yet used any of the vouchers in the package.
    Because of this I requested for a refund last June 27, 2016 and since their
    office didn't follow what is written in that agreement which is considered
    Breach of Contract I demanded a FULL refund. I called their office last
    August 4, 2016 and they finally approved my request. They emailed me that
    they will deposit the amount in my account on September 15, 2016 but no
    amount was credited in my account. I called their office the next day and
    Ms. Jane told me that they will not provide my refund anymore and her boss
    Mr. Eugene told her to tell me "Magreklamo ka na lang sa DTI."

    @marissa barrozo yan din ang sabi ni Ms, Jane sa akin ngayon March 21, 2017, 40% lang ang irerefund sa 65, 250.00 na ang binayaran ko ay para sa 6 DELUXE AIRCON ROOMS pero ang ibinigay sa akin isang mga lumang kwarto sa informal settlers ang dating, maganda pa ang kwarto ko. MARY LANG ANG BINAYARAN KO TAPOS BEFORE 3 DAYS OF OUR AGREED BOOKING...nagkaderencya daw cla ng MARYLAnd kaya sa CONDO nalang dw kmi ng L. CARAZ, dyos ko pagdating namin duon, magand pa ang private pool sa laguna...maayos ang parking, mga kwarto..etc. pero ang L. CARAZ, surrounded ng mga prosti...mga club houses, mga standbyers...wala pang parking, sa labas kitang kita ang mga rooms...ang haba ng mga damo outside ng L. CARAZ PRIVATE POOL...manloloko pala talaga ang EPS

    Nasabi mo na ang lahat ng gusto mong mangyari. To the extend you answered and convince every single complainant in this complaint board to join you. It's been two months now if you think you are telling the truth we are waiting for you. We all have the evidence black and white to answer your allegation in the right forum and in a proper venue which is the court. Lahat ng contract pirmado mo, ninais naming ayusin na kahit wala na kaming kitain handa naming irefund ang 40% at kahit wala na rin naman kaming makukuha na refund galing sa resort sa kagustuhan naming maayos ito handa naming ibalik ang 40% mula sa halaga na Php 65, 200.00. Hinintay namin ang pag kakataon na ito na sagutin ka dito sa complaint board ng matagal upang malaman namin kung gaano ka katotoo sa claim mo. Ngayon, nasabi mo na ang lahat we don't have any options except to wait the legal action from your end and we are ready to face it because we all know the documents that we both signed are bind and will speak in favor for us. Itong mga dokumentong pinost mo the Official Receipt is ours, and some are not the exact contract that we both agreed.

    @Elite Program Services Mr. EUGENE SALUDAR, akala ko ba nakahanda kang harapin ako para malaman kung gaano ako katotoo? eh bkit dalawang subpoena ang tianggihan mo galing sa NBI? asan ang tapang mo? at bakit ngayon nawawala kana, d na malaman kung saan ang address mo? db malinaw lang na nagtatago kana?

    Siguro po wala naman magiging problema kung susundin lang natin ang nasa contract besides alam nyo naman po ang office address namin very near your place, so you are free to visit our office.

    @Elite Program Services ipaglaban natin ms Barrozo, niloko din nila ako, ang 6 DELUXE AIRCON ROOMS na binayaran ko ay pinalitan ng CONDO dw pero pagdating namin sa L. CARAZ hindi naman condo...nakakaiyak ang ginagwa nila ng EPS...malakas ang loob nila na magfile nalang ng CASE pwes hindi ko kayo uurungan...!!!
