[Resolved] Elite / Worst service and incompetent staff of eps business consultancy in caloocan city
This company offers a lot of freebies and privileges when they are selling their membership to.possible clients But when you paid your membership fee and will avail of your complimentary voucher your nightmare will begin. Aug 12, 2015 I called their office to reserve an overnight accommodation in Widus Hotel and Casino on Oct 17, 2015. Since its 2 mos advance booking Im expecting I won't have any prob. Their reservation staff Josh informed me that she will place my reservation in the said hotel and will call me for the confimation. Constant follow up once done but until last Oct 5 Josh told me that they cant accommodate me because the hotel was fully booked. I didnt believe her so I called the hotel reservation thru Tere Brillantes and Regina Cabigting that there.was an available room but Eps business consultancy did not submit my name for reservation. Last Oct 9 I called Eps again and talked to Trisha, superior of Josh and told me that they can't do anything about my concern and what she can do is booked me to a higher room but I have to pay the additional fee of P5000. I was so disgusted with this because I believe that my right as a consumer/client was violated. I hope my complaint will be given proper action and this company will be liable for the damage it has brought me.
