elife,broadband,landline / worst customer support and services
I am surprised and very disappointed with unprofessional behaviour and services provided by such a reputed and biggest Organisation Etisalat which is one of the biggest Telecom and Internet service provider in UAE.
1) I subscribed for Etisalat Triple Plan ( e-life, Internet Broadband and Landline) on 19 July 2014 and after many follow up, Etisalat Technician came and install elife and internet NOT LAND LINE PHONE.
After 40 days follow up Land line phone has not in stock till now, then WHY ETISALAT ADVERTISING TRIPLE PLAN IF TELEPHONE SET IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR 3 MONTHS.
the complain number assigned- [protected] and still this complain has not yet resolved.
2) I have subscribed for for 20 Mbps broadband speed but Etisalat has provided 10 Mbps speed.After many follow up the complain has still pending and complaint number - [protected].Again Etisalat has registered other complain and assign the number as -5570765 but still complaint has not yet resolved.
3) One simple request forwarded to Etisalat Customer care team in below email to link my elife account for Etisalat online services and it's not yet linked.
Please refer above email and advise, are you providing a good services to the customer??Etisalat is in condition to provided best services with unavailable stock and with not efficient staff who does not know how to manage the situation and behave with customer??
Should I continue Etisalat services??
