I've made a big purchase and did not receive my order and yet I've contacted them to give me my refund back and I have not received any response this is the worst company ever an I will be taking this company to small claims court if I do not receive my refund back ASAP I already have gotten my court papers I work very hard for my money and I refuse to let a dam scam a** company take it!

I do not feel comfortable any longer to move forward to purchase anything else from this company with such rude and unprofessional customer service and response to those who pay for products from the company. I just couldn't believe the response that I got back from a question that I asked about the availability of a product and when it will be back in stock as I read the email over and over again because I just couldn't believe what I was reading

It's just terrible. They shipped my order to the wrong address and kept ignoring me for several weeks. I requested them to call me back, the situation was serious, but they did absolutely nothing. I have no idea whether they got my emails and calls or not, maybe they have no employees working at customer care. What kind of service is that? You need to shut down your business as soon as possible.

I am very disappointed, this site is terrible and I hate to say that but ElevateStyles is probably a scam!
I saw many negative reviews about them but still decided to make an order and that was the biggest mistake I've ever made. After I paid I did not receive any confirmations or tracking number, I still don't know anything about my order status and its current location.
I sent them many messages but did not receive a reply. As I said before I am very disappointed and I blame myself for this! I should have stayed away from Elevate Styles! Terrible!

I would be very happy to hear from Elevatestyles as soon as possible. These people owe me money and I want to get my money back as soon as possible. I made a big order here and spent a big sum of money and later they cancelled my order. I paid for my order using my credit card and they said that they were not able to verify my card so they had no other choice. Are you kidding me? These people literally said that they were not sure that I was the real owner of the card but they still took the money!
I warned them many times. There is only one possible way to resolve this and it's up to them to decide. I want my money back now or I will call my lawyer. Thank you for reading this.

I have been buying ElevateStyles hair for a long time now. I was very satisfied with ElevateStyles service and loved the product.
Unfortunately my last order went down the hill. As always I purchased some hair from them and when I received it color was way too dark. I contacted their customer care service and sent them a couple of pictures and asked for a replacement. They refused and said that they don't accept returns!
I did not know about that! That was the first time when I had to return something and I was surprised to hear that they don't do replacements! I'm not sure if I'll buy from them again.

Placed an order with these guys in mid June and was already supposed to receive my order but still nothing. ElevateStyles promised I'll get my stuff in 14 business days but it seems like they forgot about me.
They do not reply to my messages and there is no way I could get a refund.
This is the second time I'm ordering from ElevateStyles and my first experience was also not the best one. But first time they at least answered and provided some help. But this time there's nothing!
Very poor service!

Do not order anything from ElevateStyles. In case of any issues there is no way to return anything. I have ordered some beauty products from this site and wanted to return some of them because some of them were incorrect. I contacted customer service and was told that they do no accept returns. It was clearly mentioned in their policy. So even if they sent you something wrong they wont accept it back.

I ordered a wig from ElevateStyles and entered one address for delivery and one address for billing. Later I received a confirmation email and saw that the two address were the same. I don't know how and why but they changed the delivery address to the billing address. I realized that the product won't be delivered to where I live. I contacted customer support immediately, explained what happened but was told that there was nothing they could do. Absolutely no help from customer support. They just didn't care about it. They also refused to cancel my order. I'm very disappointed.

I ordered a wig on December 31st. They've been sold out of the color that I had wanted and have paid for. They only sent an email saying that it was back ordered not to reply if I wanted a refund or not. After trying to contact them through their website under customer support which would not go through. I had to call and then the the customer service rep was rude cut me off whenever I was trying to find out about my order. After I stated that I wanted a refund he tried to hang up in my face before I could get the details on when the refund would be into my account. They make it seem like its the customers fault that they did not clearly state that on December 31st they will not ship out any orders or process any. By doing so they oversold an item that they did not have and then cannot provide a reasonable time frame in which that they would get another shipment of the wig in the resend it out. They also did not offer to do anything else about it they didn't offer another color or anything. Up until now I have love this website and have purchased several different wigs for them. But after the rude customer service and lack of accurate inventory keeping processes I will not ship there and again and will be sure to tell my story to others so they don't make the same mistake to order from them.

I purchased the three wigs from this site. I absolutely hated all the wigs I received. One wig did not look like what it was on the picture. However, did appear new. The other wig was too long. I ended up cutting it and tried to create a different style. The third was supposed to be curly, but it wasn't. I tried to made curls myself, but it only got worst. I just threw it in the garbage. After reading positive reviews about this company, I decided to purchase some wigs. But I'm very disappointed. Elevate Styles sent me defective items and I'm not satisfied. As a first time customer, I will never purchase from this site and will tell friends not to purchase anything as well. The only good thing about this company is that shipping was fast and the prices are low. This kind of attitude and service reflects a company that don't care about their customers.I will never order from this site ever again.

I bought hair extension and 2 wigs from the website www.elevatestyles.com. Bad products, services and attitude. I got the wigs, but they looked like piece of crap, so I returned them back. After that they didn’t reply to my emails and didn’t provide refund. But 2 weeks later they provided the bill to my name and asked to pay it, but I have no idea for what. I was shocked and no sign of refund. The worst company, so please, warn other people and post comments about your things with them.

I ordered 3 wigs from the website www.elevatestyles.com. I placed order and provided my card number, but these ### charged me for 4 wigs. I noticed it and wanted to contact them, but no one replied to my multiple emails. No idea how get money back, as well as the still haven’t delivered my order. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

I ordered 3 wigs from the website www.elevatestyles.com. It turned out that the 1st and the 2nd looked too similar. I wanted to return one and get the refund. I returned it and the rep promised money back within 7 days. I waited 2 weeks and heard only fake promises and blah-blah, but they still haven’t returned my money.So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

I ordered 3 wigs from the website www.elevatestyles.com. I didn’t pay for the delivery, ‘coz they offered it for free for the orders over $80. When I got the order, the rep informed me with the note that I owed them money for the delivery. It was strange. I refused to pay and the seller started to threaten me. I wonder if there are other customers, who faced the same problems and what measures have you taken in such situation? Please, post comments.

I bought three units from these guys. Unfortunately, # 2 and # 1b were too similar and the 1b/27 looked nothing like the picture on the website. I kept # 1b and returned # 1b/27 and # 2. Although I have a tracking number to show that they received the package, they still will not issue me credit because "I didn't follow the return policy". I needed an RMA number. True, I neglected to get an RMA number. Due to this technicality, Elevate Styles now have their merchandise but they kept my $52.00 plus. BUY AND RETURN AT YOUR OWN RISK - IS WHAT I LEARNED FROM THIS EXPERIENCE. They have technicalities in place to make sure you don't get an RMA number in a timely manner. That way, they get to keep your money and their merchandise.

I ordered two wigs from the website www.elevatestyles.com. I got completely wrong wigs and the colour was different. I called to the customer services and asked them what to do. The agent told me that they would change it and asked to return the wigs back. I sent them back, but got again wrong items. Now I was really furious with them and told to take the wigs back and provide refund, the agent told me that within 4 days I would get money, but nothing. They are liars and scammers, so be aware and avoid them. Post comments about your experience with them.
