We ordered a garage on 11/16/16, it's now been just about 12 weeks with no install date in sight. The contract states 4-8 weeks. They never return my calls and each time I call they transfer me to the manufacturer who said they haven't even gotten to September and October orders let alone think about November orders and maybe March but they don't know. Elephant structure aka carport.com is a joke. They claim to pride themselves on customer service and keeping customer informed every step of the way but once they receive your deposit don't expect a single call.
The rep promised that they would come to install the carport, but still no one did it
I have ordered carport from Elephant Structures. The company also agreed to install the carport, and they promised to come on 23/10 around 5 p.m. Before 5 p.m. I got the phone call from the agent, who excused and told that they would be late. So we changed the date and time, but they again found other important things to do and no one showed up. I don’t like when the people change their decisions too fast.

WE BOUGHT A 6000$ CAR PORT FROM CAR PORT .COM . THEY PLACED THE CAR PORT ATLEAST 4 FEET WRONG. THERE IS AN ELECTRIC POLE RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CAR PORTS ENTRANCE.THIS 20X20 CARPORT IS USELESS FOR US AS WE CANNOT PARK . WHEN THE COMPANY WAS CONTACTED THEY SAID IT WAS THE INSTALLERS FAULT THEY WILL TALK TO THEM . WE MADE SEVERAL PHONE CALLS TO THE COMPANY AND SEVERAL E-MAILS BUT ALL TO NO AVAIL.NOW WE ARE SO FRUSTERATED THAT WE WILL TAKE A LEGEAL COURSE AND WILL ALSO CONTACT BETTER BUSSINESS BUREAU.WE HAVE ALSO CONTACTED THE ELECTRIC COMPANY TO REMOVE THE POLE BUT THEY SAYS IT WILL COST US 15, 000$
