Elegant Ragdoll's / Jessica Perry review: Jessica Perry sold me a kitten with a fatal disease 4

I bought this kitten from Jessica Perry from Wichita Falls, TX. He arrived with ringworm and an upper respiratory infection. I assumed at the time that it was caused by the stress of coming in an airplane to Austin where I live. I found him on a beautiful website that said all their cats were disease free. This turned out to be false advertising. Shorty after the kitten's first birthday, he started getting sick. I spent a great deal of money on vet visits, medicine, and different types of food. He would do alright, then get sick again. This time, he was very sick, and I was referred to a vet specialist. Yesterday, the vet specialist did a lot of expensive tests and found out my cat FIP, which is fatal. I had to put him to sleep. I was heartbroken, and today I called the breeder. She said my kitten came from one positive FIP parent and one negative parent! They know they are breeding & selling cats with this fatal disease! I called TICA, and they had many complaints about this woman selling kittens that died. How can she continue on line advertising & selling kittens that don't live to be two years old? She needs to be stopped! I was told she frequently changes the name of her website.
