Eio Fresh / Refused to refund for coffee not delivered
This is a home delivery service for milk and farm products. I had numerous problems, one being they delivered my order to the wrong house, always out of something that was ordered and always changing delivery date without telling you. My last order the owner Awais Ahmad brought to my house and then informed me that they were out of the coffee I ordered. When I got my receipt in my email later that day they still charged me the $12.50 for the missing coffee. I called and left a message on their voice mail as they are never in to answer the phone. Nobody called me back so I emailed them. The girl from the office Monika replied that they credited my card. That was 2 months ago and as of today November 18th, 2010 no refund has been received by my bank. I had to file charges with my bank and also with the BBB. Horrible company, horrible service, I would not recommend this service to anyone. At this point I consider this theft.
