Egypt Airlines / EgyptAirbroken plane ms664 jed to cai march 4th 2018

My name is Marwan S.See Top 10 Worst Companies in Macungie, PAWahba and I was supposed to go to JFK New york with my wife and daughter on m Sunday March 4th 2018 from Jeddah via Cairo, the plane had technical problems and we were deboarded from the plane and we've been sitting for HOURS in the Jeddah terminal, nobody is giving us any feasible answer, we missed our connection flight, sleep deprived and my baby daughter is being tortured the most!
What kind of customer service is this?!
If we didn't get satisfying resolution to this problem, this will definitely be our last time with such a negligently managed airline.

    Mr. Marwan S. Wahba:
    There is no e-ticket/boarding pass and the actual departure time confirmation attached.
    You can complaint to the air carrier directly with the exact claim for the exact delay.

    If your problem is not solved, kindly send:
    - your above text
    - e-ticket for each passenger with the exact flight number and time,
    - boarding pass for each passenger, which you still hold
    - any notification of the alteration of the flights; if no notification - explain in 1-2 sentances
