eGlobalCentral EWECPTB300016503 mobile phone.

On march 25th 2021 I placed an order for a smartphone, with the order number EWECPTB300016503.
It had a transportation insurance.
I never received it.
I already asked eGlobal Central to cancel my order and I asked for a refund.
Until now, April 16th 2021, I haven't received the refund yet.
I have only received automatic emails from eGlobal Central saying nothing.

Desired outcome: I want my money back. A total refund.

eGlobalCentral EWECPTB300013007

I've ordered an Ipad on the 4th of December 2020 and didn't receive it until now.

Sent lots of emails but no positive answer.

Asked for a refund no luck, seems like this company if we can call them that is playing with my plus 300 Euros.

Besides fake automated tracking system and automated email answers they don't do absolutely nothing in order to solve my issue.

Desired outcome: Order delivery or reimbursement

eGlobalCentral Mobile phone

I had initially placed an order in October 2020 which was lost in the post and a replacement issued in November under order number EWECEUB100088703. This item also never arrived. On the 17th of December 2020 you wrote to me and said that a refund would issue in 10 working days. I never received the phone and never received the refund.

Although you had already agreed to issue the refund, when I contacted you in January to say that I had not gotten the refund promised you replied and said that the order had issued. I did not receive it and purchased a replacement based on the refund promised.

Please now fulfill you written agreement to issue a refund.

eGlobalCentral Gimbal Feiyutech G6 Max

Hello,
- 13.10.2020 I ordered 2 items from eglobalcentralit.com
- The parcel came in 5 weeks 23.11.2020.
- Thay has 30 das for returning products. After 10 days I decided to return one item: Gimbal Feiyutech G6 Max.
- Thay recomended me to send it back to Hongkong, so I sent it and the postage was 27eur.
- 15.1.2021 arrived the parcel to eglobalcentral.
And they wrote me "We have received your returned item however the Serial number does not match from our record
therefore it is not our product. Therefore we can not accept the return"
HOW CAN IT BE? HOW SOMEBODY CAN SIMPLY SAY "This is not our product"?

Tell me please WHAT CAN I DO NOW? I just want my money back.

eGlobalCentral no customer service at all !!!!!!!!!!!!

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service, in my case the problem was that I bought a phone which they send somewhere in Europe dpd europe lost / stole my phone. To file a claim and to get my money back I contact e global central because they send the parcel and only they can file a claim in dpd europe, they open the ticket and nothing for a month, after send it to them 7 - 8 messages, very disappointed from this company they think the obligation with the customers ends when they send the parcel for me personally I lose 243 euro i never going back to this company ever !

eGlobalCentral Order cancelation

I ordered a smartwatch (amazfit stratos) from this website and by accident it was the wrong one I wanted on 6/8/2020. When I realized it immediately afterward I tried to cancel. Everything on eglobal centrals website says to submit a form through the provided hyperlink on various pages. However, these hyperlinks are nonfunctional, and do not lead to any form. I reached out on chat, and they responded asking for my email and the order number which I provided immediately. Moments later I received an email that the item was packed. So I responded to the email, that I wanted to cancel again. Then today I received an email it was shipped. All communications from eglobal again mention to goto the hyperlinks to cancel, but again none of these hyperlinks work. I have emailed eglobal 6 times with no response.

eGlobalCentral I am complaining about eglobalcentral, they took my money for a Nintendo switch and I STILL haven't received it or a update.

I bought a Nintendo system on april17th 2020 and I still haven't received it. I paid over 300.00 dollars. This is a fraudulent website and I will report it. I am gonna make sure everyone I know, knows about this site! Iam frustrated and this is not okay! I can't find the tracking and it stopped tracking on on April 22. In New York. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS SITE. IT IS A BUNCH OF THIEVES!

Items payed for but not received:

1 - Nintendo Switch Game Pokemon Sword (English Only) - Sku# CGAMNIN00108;
1 - Nintendo Switch Lite - Turquoise with Generic Portable Protective Case (Black) and Tempered Glass Screen Protector - Sku# CKITNIN00079;
1 - Nintendo Switch Game Pokemon Shield (English Only) - Sku#CGAMNIN00109.

Asked for information but no response.
The company eGlobal Central has no phone number to call and gives no email response to questions in sent email.
It even has it´s own tracking page to give the delivery status following the tracking number given.
No international courier or no international shipment track number given.

Read many complaints. Sorry i didn´t read them before placing and paying for order. Please investigate company.

just like to add I'm a customer of eglobal central. I think they're fairly reliable, never not received an order. But the delivery timeline is really bad, and i mean really really bad. From what I noticed once the product is "dispatched" its gonna take about 2 weeks from the day you receive that email for them to actually dispatch it. From looking up the nmacedo order via his eglobal order number he did receive the package as two days after he posted this the package was actually sent to the courier. The supposid courier parcel status updates shown by eglobal are fake and generated on a daily basis every 24 hours. Also to get the real tracking number from them its just the order number minus the started two number and the last two numbers

eGlobalCentral product not delivered no answer to request

I placed an order on 29th November 2019 for a Bose headphone. The shipment has been done on 30th November 2019, but from the 9th december, the shipment status didnt change. There is a "problem", but no details are provided and I have no answer to my request.
Everyday I check the shipment status and the same " Problem" Appears. As a customer, I can do anything as I have no information about the company which caring the shipment (DHL, UPS...)

eGlobalCentral camera lenses

eGlobal Central sent my insured package through DHL with no signature verification. It was supposedly delivered on a holiday and it's been 3 weeks and I still have no package and I keep getting told there is an "investigation" but nothing has materialized. eGlobal recently gave me a phone number to call DHL but the number is an invalid number. Always pay with a credit card so you are protected and keep away from this company.

eGlobalCentral order of xiaomi phone

Placed an order on the 8th of May 2019. The money was taken from my account and now it has been over 43 days and it has still not arrived.

Customer service do not reply to any emails or mails sent to them via their website. I have not received any communication in over 3 weeks and prior to this the only communication was to apologize for the delay. Completely unacceptable customer service.

I had previously used this company to order two phones previously without hassle but will not be using them again.

I sent back in perfect order these earbuds because they did not sync with video media, the case RMA - [protected] was opened. The numerous emails back and forward stating the following: 1, the earbuds have been received in perfect order 2, the earbuds will be tested, 3, the earbuds are now being classed as DOA (Dead On Arrival), the 4, they are asking me to pay an admin fee 18 euros and a pick-up fee of 30 euros! NO! This product does not work properly, I bought for the use of watching movies, TV shows etc., and returned within 2 days in perfect order with all parts included. I am entitled and within the EU law within my right to get a full refund. The goods are DOA and faulty, stated on communication by eGlobal and now I am being asked to pay money out! No this is NOT on and I want someone within your Compliance & Policy department to contact me because as a customer / consumer I am not under any obligation to pay for a pick up fee for a faulty / DOA product and an admin fee, what is your company about?! You take money from people and send faulty goods out, then request 48 euros, this is quite unbelievable and astounding that this is even occuring! I am wanting the email address and a contact name as under the EU legislation a company like yours cannot refuse to pay for a full refund on DOA / faukty goods. I also need a copy of all communications from the case, again I am within my right to request this under the GDPR legislation. I await your response.

eGlobalCentral 0lympus stylus tough tg-5 digital camera and sd card

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Delivery
The issue that I have experienced was: Parcel has not arrived. I have rang three times and the driver has reported that he left it in the outbuilding, I do not have an outbuilding, then he said he left it down a side gate in the back garden, I do not have a side gate, therefore he would not be able to deliver it there either. He then stated the third time he left it in the garden. There was no card left through the door, at any point. I have contacted the retailer and because there was a tracking number from yodel there is nothing they can do. It's down to the delivery service. Therefore it's the delivery company's responsibility to soft this issue out and refund the purchase price. Regards Amie Jelf

Refund me the money for the price of the items. As the driver has lost the parcel. I have gone through PayPal to resolve this and because there is a tracking number the retailer is not responsible. Yodel is. So yes a full refund.

As it is the sender that has the contract of delivery with us directly, they can and should pursue us directly for further info via their client's platform, to save you from having to chase. In the meantime, as per the contract of sale you have with them, they are under legal obligation to provide additional options to you as their customer. I completely understand your position on this and appreciate that this non-delivery has caused considerable frustration. We too are deeply disappointed, but sadly these are the laws we are bound by. I am not getting anywhere with this issue and keep getting pushed everywhere. Something needs to be done and this is my last option. By Law the seller needs to sort this out and refund the product and claim back form yodel.

eGlobalCentral not received my phone

I have bought a phone from them and they set up a delivery with Yodel.
Seeing that my phone has not arrived i went to check with the tracking order and it red delivered since the 4 of September 2018 the problem is I have not received my phone.
So I have contacted many time Yodel who then said the will start an investigation on their drive and ask me to contact Eglobal Central which I have done but the company is ignoring my email.
So what should I do now I have paid for a phone that I have not received.

eGlobalCentral no replacement for lost package besides paid for the insurance

It appears my package is lost by the delivery company. I had taken insurance and despite that, eGlobal Central BE is not answering my email for resolution. This is now over 10 days that no answer while their FAQ says that claims should be escalated within 10 days from the date of order.

I am left with no option to escalate this to my credit card company and will not buy from eGlobal Central BE again.

I don't know if someone has a similar experience I had? Please share.

eGlobalCentral item not delivered, no response to several requests and no action to refund

I ordered an Apple ipad 9.7" (2017) 128GB, space grey on 24/11/2017. I paid a total amount of £345.04 which included £10.05 for Insured Economy Xpress Shipping.
The money was paid into eglobal accont on 01/12/2017. Courier Dpd informed me on 01/12/2017 that they did not receive this item from eglobal to deliver it to me as planned on that day.
Since that time I had been contacting eglobal through their contact system via their web site. There is no response. I also raised with them to initiate refund through the insured economy xpress shipping I paid for.
I have confirmation from Dpd that this item was not delivered.
I am a very low income pensioner and I was looking forward to this ipad. Unfortunately I don't have the ipad and I have lost £345.05 hard earned money.

I recently paid for Samsung Galaxy A10 for 125.99 eur, but It has never been delivered to me despite contacting the customer service support in many occasions, and they never resolved the issue until know no phone no refund

eGlobalCentral very horrible customer care and no repair service

Very horrible customer care and phone not working. Very bad support after the sale. I purchased a oneplus3t phone from eglobalcentral. I reported that there is issue with us network band and alert button with this phone. They told me to send a video and ship the phone to them for repair which their service center is only in china and now they are telling there is no fault in the phone. Seriously eglobalcentral.com is the site from us but service center is in china. Phone manufacturer says there is a problem in phone but egloalcentral says there is no problem since they do not do any debugging on the phone. I recommand people"dont buy anything from eglobalcentral" site.

eGlobalCentral Do not buy from eGlobalCentral

I have no idea why are they ignoring me! I've been trying to get in touch with someone from eGlobalCentral for a long time now and they simply do not reply! I bought a camera from their website www.eglobalcentral.co.uk and mine arrived with a defective lens and I contacted them to get some help and asked for a replacement. I can't do anything until they reply, I don't know the return address and I don't know will they accept the return or not. In my opinion there is nothing good about this company and I would recommend to stay away from it. Do not buy from eGlobalCentral!
