Eglinton Avenue / Bad service
I ordered 2 mattresses, a bedroom set, and 3 couches from the brick. the couches were delivered on time, but the movers had absolutely no service at all and they destroyed my hardwood floor; the couches were damaged slightly as well. putting this aside, i awaited the arrival of the 2 mattresses, which were late. i received them a MONTH later. i inspected them; one mattress was dirty and torn up- somebody had hastily taped up the cover around it- they had obviously used it in the showroom. i called and demanded i get what i ordered- the mattress came another 2 weeks later. the bedroom set was already about 2 months late- it arrived a week ago, but the nightstands were missing! because of the brick, i had lost my patience, my sanity, my good night's sleep and comfort. the brick has HORRIBLE customer service- once they receive the money, they just don't care anymore. somebody should seriously sue them- i am considering it. don't go to the brick! theyre a RIPOFF go to LEONS. i will NEVER in my entire lifetime go to the brick again- it was the worst consumer-business relationship i've ever had. the brick should be out of business.
