This is a SCAM site - I cannot remember how I came across it but it was during a search for cheapflights Athens - Mykonos return.

I purchased 2 return tickets on 18.04.10 (£152.20ea) and received a confirmation email. 9 mins later, I received an email stating my bank card had refused the payment and I should contact them with alternative bank details or check current card.

I called my bank (Barclays) who confirmed the money had indeed left my account. I emailed the 'uk.[protected]@edreams.com' recommended email address stating the money had left my account (as per other customer complaints on Ciao). Brief response telling me I needed to verify the transaction. As it was a Sunday, I could not contact anybody by phone.

All morning today (19.04.10)I have tried to ring them on both the UK number ([protected]) with no response - an english speaking voice tells you to wait - then there is nothing - then a recorded voice saying something in German. I have also tried to call the [protected] number linked to the site - again with no success.

I have emailed their customer feedback via gb.[protected]@edreams.com - and it was returned 'undeliverable'.

Obviously I have been scammed and wish to warn others. I have also alerted Watchdog BBC to this and put this on Facebook and Twitter. My bank will help me (after 30 days) to lodge a dispute for the payment so fingers crossed I get my money bank.
Want to do all I can to get this site TAKEN OFF the internet and am chasing up avenues through online trading services, watchdog, my bank of course and consumer affairs.

Please do not use this site.

I booked my flights via Edreams in January for flights in June
Currently trying to cancel once passenger on the booked tickets, but the contact centre, help centre does not work. you can hold the phone for 2 hours daily with no answer.

if this is how edreams operate where are customers supposed to direct their issues and assistance needed?

Do not buy travel with edreams! You will pay for a flight, get a completely different flight, have to cancel the flight under their refund policy but they will not refund you! It's the worse travel company! It's been 4mths of calling every week for my refund and they keep telling me call back next week.

My credit card was charged $230 on 10/30/2019 however I have never booked travel with this agency. In fact, I didn't know it existed until I checked my bank account and saw a charge. I called my bank to begin the dispute process. The transaction is still "pending" so I am stuck. This is disgusting! Beware. I never want to use my card online again.

The hotel I booked dint let me in. They said your booking is canceled and we font have any room. So I had to go to another hotel. I tried to contact Edreams to get refund but Now after one month they dont even answer my emails! It was supposed to take three weeks, then 48 hours, then 72 hours, and still nothing!

I need to contact eDreams within 48 hours due to an email they send regarding a change of flights. Unfortunately I'm not in the Netherlands, but in Japan at the moment. Does anyone know the customer support contact number of Japan?

I booked a trip with dreams for the 10th of september to Rome. edreams withdrew 581euros from my account but failed to send the details of my trip to my account, so I cannot tell if my trip has been confirmed and I cannot manage my account.

With reference [protected] i want to change my flight schedule i want to post pond my flight date to MAURITIUS from 30.7.19 to 02.08.19 i couldn't find any option in ur website. i tried with helpline number also but there was no response so pls do consider this and solve it

07/22/2019. I bought a plane ticket from Eindhoven to Belgrade for August 30, 2019, wizz air (at IFQZ2K). The price of the ticket is 25, 49 €, and the invoice is charged 48, 80 €. Please explain the reasons for the increased costs. Thank you. Stojan

I booked this flight and i went to the airport that is 250KM from my house.
They didnt contact me just refunded me the money for the flight.

I want to file a claim what is not possible.

I have spend so much money on booking a parking spot a hotel in the city i flew to and gas money..

I still would like to see a refund.

I cannot get hold of them to make a change for my flight. They call centre does not answer calls you hold on forever.supposed to have 24 hour service assistance but there is none

I booked a flight for Mykonos departing from Athens. The flight is scheduled for tomorrow eDreams have taken payment but have not confirmed the flight. I have called their customer service line and have been kept on hold for 1 hour and 57 minutes. They then hang up on me.
I have sent three emails and have received no response.

Dear sirs,

I have booked a flight with 100% free cancellation for no reason, and after canceling my flight, I was surprised to get only 80% of it. My reservation number was [protected]. Attached a screenshot that states the 100% refund in case of cancellation.

I booked on edreams this morning for a flight to mallorca, the money went through and about 20 minutes later it was back in my account and it says "processing" on my email? Still no confirmation 9 hours later and no options to cancel

I haven't gotten my refund even thought the airline already confirmed their refund to Edreams. I have scalated the case and had already set up a complaint to the Canadian Transportation Agency with the case number 19-62291.

I need to get my refund asap otherwise I will make this case public in all social media and news.

I booked a flight for 11th february at 17.26 with Viva Air Colombia from Medellin to Cartagena but didnt recieve a confirmation e-mail. I already paus with ideal! Totally agree but you can do more. Write an email to flight search engines like Skyscanner asking them to stop showing results from eDreams. Write review everywhere.
