eDreams flight cancelled without notice, money has not been transferred back.

Me and my friend booked a flight from Xiamen, China to Sanya, China (Hainan) and without notice Edreams cancelled my flight. I figured this out when I wanted to check in and we were already at the airport. My friend already checked in and DID get her ticket, leaving me no choice but to buy a new, way too expensive, first class ticket in the same flight because there wehere no other flights or seats available. Besides this, I had already paid my retour flight as well, this was a round-trip ticket and the money was already transferred off my bankaccount. The money HAS NOT been transferred back to me, so there was no possible way for me to know about the cancellation. The situation was very stressful and unpleasant and I have no good words for the customer service as the problem has not yet been solved!

eDreams Refund required for flight as connecting flight has been cancelled from same airline

Hello,

Unfortunately I have been let down by the company - Smart Wings. They have informed me I need to go through the company I booked the flight with. I understand this is no fault of edreams but would appreciate some understanding in my situation that has been deeply stressful.

I have booked a flight through edreams from Prague to Dubrovnik on the 28th June. This flight was booked as a connecting flight from Prague as it was the best option for me to get to Dubrovnik as my final destination. I ensured I booked my trip well in advance to ensure I was organized and got the best price. The airline I had booked both flights with is smart wings. The company smart wings decided to cancel my first flight to prague and gave me no other option that would fly into prague on this date, I was refunded this flight. I have raised my complain with smart wings that I have another connecting flight booked with this company from prague to Dubrovnik that I am now unable to make as I cannot get to Prague for this date - thus I need to cancel this flight and would like a full refund as this situation is completely out of my hands and I am at a financial loss because of Smart wings.

I raised my complaint with the company smart wings and they informed me I need to contact edreams in order to receive a full refund and cancel my flight.

Please understand that this cancellation is due to smart wings and is no fault of my own, thus I require a full refund.

Please refund me for this flight.

eDreams outbound flights stated as confirmed in edreams client account actually cancelled without notice

Good afternoon,

My name is Carmen Jimenez. My eDreams booking reference number is : [protected].

In resume the problem is on the 30th of January of 2017 I made a reservation through eDreams for an Outbound flight London-Mallorca, which details can be found below. After that I received an email confirming both of my flights were confirmed, which evidence you can find attached.
After this I have never been notified that my reservation or part of it wasn't completed or had been cancelled.
Still today, 23th of May of 2017, when I access to my eDreams online account it is clearly stated that my reservation is fully confirmed and that the only thing I need to do is check in at least 24 hours before going to the airport, as you can check in the pdf of this live online application attached.
When I tried to do the check in online to one of the flights with the booking reservation code they provided me with this purpose I got an error, while I could do the check in online for the other flight following the same method.
When I contact eDreams asking for help to the problem, they told me for the first time that that flight is not confirmed and that the reservation that states as confirm in their online application actually doesn't exist, and that the only thing I can do is reserve new flights with they current price, which is around £700 more expensive that the offer they offered me and I purchased. That they won't compensate me in any way for their mistake.

Please find below the email I sent to eDreams some hours ago giving proof of their misconduct and the answer I received afterwards from the Customer service, completely ignoring all the evidences I state and just justifying their currently false confirmed flight, stated everywhere in their email and in their online application, with a sentence that literally says "the flight with Iberia is not issued yet please, don't go to the airport before you receive the confirmation email" which in any case means the reservation is not possible or has been cancelled or that I need to do further actions to get an alternative.

Please find below, email sent to eDreams Customer Services where I prove a serious misconduct of eDreams and attached the original documents that stand for it.

Good evening,

Further to the correspondence below and to the several phone conversations I have had to carry on with your customer service, please find below proof that eDreams has committed a serious mistake for which I own a compensation.

a) Please find attached original email from eDreams stating:

Departure From London (LCY) to Palma de Mallorca (PMI), with Iberia 22MOEI Confirmed

(Confirming, as you can see highlighted in red, state of the flight and reservation number)

Next steps
Your reservation is confirmed. You will see the details and flight itinerary below. This booking is composed of flights of several airlines. This e­mail is a summary of your purchase and the proof of your flights reservation. The ticket for the flight with Iberia is not issued yet. Please, don’t go to the airport before you receive the confirmation email.
You can now check your booking status live from any device, simply by logging in to My Trips. Don’t have an account yet? Create it today! For your flight, the only thing you need to carry out to the airport is your boarding pass and documentation We recommend you to add no­[protected]@edreams.com to your contact list in order to prevent our emails from going to your spam folder.

(Here, you confirm again my reservation and you state that this email is a summary of my purchase and the proof of my flights reservation.

Under this it is said that The ticket for the flight with Iberia is not issued yet. Please, don’t go to the airport before you receive the confirmation email. This sentence in any case states that the confirmation of this flight is pending or has been cancelled neither that I have to take further actions to reveal the state of its booking.

When I go to My Trips into my eDreams account, following the link you suggest in this email, to, literally, check my booking status live, I get to my live trip confirmation, as you can see in the attached pdf from your webpage)

This e­mail is a summary of your purchase and the proof of your flights reservation.

In conclusion:
- eDreams offered me an outbound flight deal that I purchased almost 4 months ago.
- After that, eDreams sent me a confirmation email for both fights, that states This e­mail is a summary of your purchase and the proof of your flights reservation and that, whether if they really did it or not, informs me of The details of the amounts charged to your card: ­ Iberia : £ 191.40 ­ eDreams : £ 118.4
- Still today, eDreams states in his online application My account/ My trips
Booking status. Booking confirmed. Congratulations! You're ready to go! Just check in at least a few hours before your departure to get your boarding pass.

eDreams ticketing error and customer service failure to respond and action

hello I contacted edreams office in Australia in february 2017 regarding an error made with my wife;s name being reversed eg christian name instead of her surname, after numerous calls and emails I was informed by email that all was being attended to and there was no further action required by myself, Iwas expecting a supervisor to return my previous call on or about 14/02/17 after I spoke to Monica and forwarded to someone else. but to cut the story short when we arrived at the airport to checkin, my wife was refused a ticket as no action had been taken by edreams, I had to contact your Australian office only to have her ticket cancelled due to untrained staff unable to rectify the issue, so I had to purchase another ticket for my wife and have her stress for hours until the people at Qantas sort a ticket for her then had to get hawaiian airlines to get a ticket for her so I am waiting for the refund of the ticket cancelled by edreams booking [protected] . urgent action now required. Good afternoon,

Since May 3rd I am trying to reach somebody who can give me an answer/restitution to my complant under a.m. ref. number.
I have sent 3 e-mails, caleed with you customer service who told me to fill out a form on the website which I did, see below waited another week,
no answer and on my renewed reueat for an answer again was told to call your customer service which I tried today and the number was either busy
or I became disconnected.

This is another attempt to receive a decent answer and refundc proposal on my complaint

eDreams waiting for in invoice since 2 weeks

I booked a fly via edreams.com website.
I tick the box to receive a invoice as requested at the booking stage.
After the fly i didn't received invoice. I already try twice to send email to the custmer service to receive this incoice and no result...no answers...I will never use again this website to book fly as it was a work fly and my compagny need the invoice to refund me. I will never recommend this website as it's really impossible to find an email address or a phone . You have to complete some form to submit the request but at the end the form is full of bug and you are not event sure they received your request...

I purchased 8 tickets for $1245(after tax). the credit card was placed on hold, so by time i got through with the credit card, i purchased the tickets. After receiving email i notice the price went up to $1400(after tax). the price was written in pounds not $. The price now online is the same price i original price of $1245. i would like a refund or work with me somehow. I feel that ive been robbed of that difference. I have a group of 8 ppl and i told them $1250 when i original and now that its $1400, ppl are upset and dont want that price. Please help me

eDreams details incorrect

After booking with this rouge company two return tickets to hong kong when I got all the details they had put a different county for the passport. I emailed them four times for them to change the details but all I received from them was a very poorly set email saying they will pass this on to the right people. After much stress and frustration I had to buy another return ticket. (Not with this company I add). Anyone thinking of purchasing anything from this company do so at your own risk they are useless. Maybe a couple of pounds cheaper but in the end you pay more. Do not use read many other complaints.

eDreams flight cancellation by the supplier blue airlines

I haven't heard from edreams.com since last 10 days ago...they are planning to disrupt my tours and booking plans just made via Viator.com
I am loosing my trust with them. I got 3 confirmations via edreams.com they I'll like to cancel all my bookings and I bought cancellation insurance ( $45) for each booking
I find I don't hear within 2 weeks then I might sue edreams.com to small court in US

eDreams refund delayed for 9 months

I am writing to you to raise a complaint again about Travel Agents at Edreams on August 15th, 2016.

1. Background

A booking was made through Edreams on 15 August 2016 for Aer Lingus flights from/to Dublin and Gran Canaria. Details are:

Departure Sat 15 Apr 17 dep Dub 1300hrs arr LPA 1730hrs ref 2C78EF (Aer Lingus ref)

Return Sun 23 Apr 17 dep LPA 1150hrs arr Dub 1620hrs ref 2LMNYB (Edreams ref)

I understand the return flight ref (2LMNYB) is an Edreams reference rather than an Aer Lingus one.

2. Issue

I was informed that the scheduled return flight was changed on 30 August 2016 by Aer Lingus and I could no longer fly on Sun 23 Apr 17. Other dates were not suitable, so I requested Edreams to cancel the return flight portion of the booking and refund the monies as per the option I was offered by Edreams. Since that date I have chased Edreams for the refund but to no avail as they have said they are awaiting the refund from Aer Lingus.

First of all they informed me it would take 1 month for the refund, this was then increase to 3 months and after 6 months they are still coming up with the same excuse.

I have spoken to their Head Office in Spain (Ines) and emailed but the response is the same - "we'll apply again to Aer Lingus for the refund".

I have previously informed Edreams I wanted to raise this issue as a Complaint but they appear to have ignored that part of the issue.

I can forward numerous email correspondence if required. I am extremely frustrated and angry at not being able to receive the refund I'm due after 9 months.

My complaint refers to the refund of the return flight cost as well as the administrative fee Edreams levied when the booking was made.

I look forward to a prompt response.

eDreams flight booking cancelled without any notification #j8av4y

I booked flights for my wife anastasiia guseva from tlv to led and back.
#j8av4y #j8c4lu. I received confirmation for both flights.
My wife arrived at the airport for the flight back from led to tlv and was notified that her booking was cancelled! No one told us so, and now she stayed there and has no place on the plane.
The booking was made on 5th april.
*I didn't receive any mail that notify me for cancellation!
After 50 (!) minutes on the line with an assistant of edreams he told me "i'm sorry, there is no solution for you for this moment". (I have a record of the call).
My pregnant wife is now in st. Petersburg russia looking for another possible way to go back home to tel aviv israel, and edreams couldn't help me at all with this issue!
When I asked to speak to the manager the assistant told me that the manager is not available at the moment.
No solution - no help - nothing.
I require a compensation for the grieve that was caused by edreams' mistake and lack of professionalism.
I booked dozens of flights, and this is the first time I deal with such an issue.

eDreams edreams is a hoax

Edreams a hoax
Last month, I had a chance to book a ticket for my travel with edreams company. I had never tried their services before as I was using skyscanner most of the times. This time, due to my bad luck, I booked my tickets with edreams. The total cost of the ticket was 157 pounds. But as soon I finished the booking, I received a message on my phone from the bank. And I was surprised to see multiple transactions. The biggest surprise was that my ticket wasn’t even confirmed and cancelled. The summary of the transactions are shown below:

I called the customer support centre in Spain and explain them the whole situation. There was some Indian guy on the line who told me that my booking has been cancelled by the airline due to some problem and I need to book the flight again. I asked him, where is my money? And he said the money will be transacted in 3-4 days.
After several days of waiting, I received only 157 pounds transacted by edreams but no one even knows where are other 147 pounds. I even contacted Hahnair and they told me that we don’t know about your money, you should ask edreams. And I wrote them several emails to edreams but no reply. And after I did some research on the internet and found that, millions of people are affected by the fraud of edreams. I request to all the regular flyers to be careful from edreams. Don’t use their service at all if you don’t want to get robbed by the thieves.

eDreams our vacation was ruined

We booked a flight for 4 people via eDreams and had the worst experience.
They made a mistake in our sons name and we noticed that only when we arrived at the airport.
Our son was denied boarding! We were going on a vacation trip, me, my husband and our two kids. In the end I decided to stay with my son. My husband and daughter went ahead and we had to book another tickets to join them later. As a result we lost our money and three days of our vacation.
After we explained the situation to eDreams and provided all the proofs they still refused to refund our money. If you still want to use eDreams, better think again!

eDreams tgucph (flights from brussels to cochin via edreams)

Dear,

I have booked 4 flights from Brussels to Cochin, India via Edreams.com . Ticket reference number is TGUCPH. Actual tickets charge was only € 1, 415.76 After made the payment edreams forced me to pay 30 Euros and told that they will not send the itenary, if i dont make the extra payment. since there was no other option, i allow them to charge 30 Euro, But they had charged me 49.23.

eDreams denial of compensation from europ assistance

Dear Sirs,

I regret to inform you that my claim for reimbursement following flight cancellation ([[protected]] Cancellation confirmation eDreams - 23 December 2016 - Europ Assistance O/Ref: E16T1933109) has been illegally rejected, delayed and ignored during the last 5 months. The reason for cancellation was the untimely issue of visa for the insured traveler, reason of delay are not justified by the Netherlands Consular Authorities. My claim has been subject of several emails, Europ Assistance taking more than 2 or even 4 weeks to answer, always with unjustified and illegal excuses in flagrant breach of the insurance policy and the law. I have reserved all my legal rights thereto since our first correspondences and I seriously regret to have no other resort today but courts, to receive proper compensation for the damages incurred by these illegal and bad faith maneuvers, damages caused equally by Europ Assistance and eDreams.

It is unfortunately not true that all attempts to contact the complainant have failed" because there were none.
The complaint is not resolved yet (after the above post, there was a very minor refund from Pegasus, not from the insurer EuropAssitance as per the contract, the insurance policy, bought from Edreams.
All attempts to contact EuropAssitance and Edreams have been failing since December 2016.

eDreams edreams have kept my full refund... they have stolen my money!

Please note that i am keeping all emails you send and that fact that you have already told me that you have refunded me and that i have spent over 1 hour on the phone to representatives that can not assist me and told me that i need to continue my enquiries via email im unsure as to why or how your company have been allowed to keep my money for the time frame that you have that being 6 weeks in total and that is not acceptable.
Please provide me with a managers name and contact email address as this is not sounding like eDreams are resolving this to my satisfaction. i have been treated terribly and i want answer as to why this has been allowed and also why eDreams feel that it is acceptable to hold my money back from us and only decided to issue a refund once i started to play up. you have been in receipt of my refund since the 3rd April and i still have not been given a refund.I have still not been explained to as to why you have decided to deduct over £40 from my refund also and i have just read up that you need to show me proof of where you mention on your site that you may do this and to how you came up with the £47.08 figure that you have taken.

This needs to be resolved as i have other flights that i need to pay for and you holding my money means that my flights are increasing daily. I am going to copy this email on all websites that promote eDreams and i will shout it from the roof tops if i do not receive my refund. You have refused to tell me when i will receive payment, you will not offer me a receipt to prove this has even been paid back into my account. you have refused to tell me what date eDreams made the transfer back on my card.
Your agent was rude, said that i could not talk to a manager and told me to continue the questions via email so why have you now sent me an email advising me to call back and speak to an agent?

I will not go away, you have robbed me of my flight money and your agents have lied 3 times by giving me the latest dates it will be in my bank, according to your agent i was being paid in full no later than the 1st May...didn't happen and here i am yet again chasing MY money!
You have my number and my email address and you have made no form of contact with me to even tell me that my flights were cancelled and that you had already had a full refund from the airline. Was eDreams planning on telling me? i think not!

eDreams unconfirmed flight.

I booked my flight from Dublin - Liverpool due my Mother being very ill, so I was a little ticked when I was told conformation was pending the airline edreams reference number [protected]. A couple of hours later I got a second email stating please contact your schedule team via a phone number so having no choice but to ring I am hold for 15 minutes then to be told its because the flight time to and from are 30 minutes different now!As I explain I don't mind I need to get a flight I am put on hold for a further 5 minutes only to be told if I want that flight I will have to rebook and my money will go back in my bank within 48 hrs! I spent €20 ringing this number it is an absolute joke.. Anyway thats it I will never book with edreams again.

eDreams refund for a flight that I booked that I was told didn't exist

I booked a flight on the 22nd of april [protected] for 5:58 pm flying from Orlando to Chicago arriving at 7:38 pm but when i called to check in my flight the next morning i was informed that i had missed my flight. I got ahold of edreams and they basically told me i was lying and that i was just out of luck so i had to book another flight to make it back to work. Later i provided a email of a snap shot that i took on my phone the night i purchased the ticket but when brought to the edreams team they said that i somehow must have forged the screenshot. This has been a horrific event and i am now out of over $300 in flight cost because of some technical error to no fault of my own. I would like a full refund

eDreams edreams booking reference #[protected]

I booked a flight on march 5th, 2017 to fly out of newark and go to bangkok for january 2018. The flight was 273.07. I called ethiopian airlines to pay for an upgrade to 1st class and was notified that my ticket was cancelled. I called edreams to notify them of this and they sent me confirmation that the ticket was in fact not cancelled. I checked the ethiopian airlines website on the 20th (A week later) and saw that the flight was indeed cancelled. A couple of my friends booked the same flight and also noticed that their flights were cancelled as well. They booked through justfly.com or expedia.com. I immediately contacted edreams and they confirmed that the airline ethiopia airlines did in fact cancel my flight. I was told that I would be issued a full refund and that it would take at max 30 days (I found that to be absurd since it only took them 2 days to take the money from my account but whatever!) now, it is may 2nd and within that time I have not received my refund and have also lost the debit card with which I booked the flight on. I am currently on the phone with a customer service rep that once again confirmed that the airline carrier cancelled my flight and that it could take up to 3 months for a refund. What in the entire #?! 3 months on top of the almost 2 months that i've already had to wait?! This is truly one of the worst customer service experiences that i've ever had! To tell someone that it will take an additional 90 days on top of the time it's already taken? Disgusting! I will absolutely make sure that I inform my friends and anyone that will listen to not book with edreams. Every travel group I am in and every traveler that I meet I will warn them against booking with this janky company!

eDreams payment charged twice

today 30/04/2017, I booked my two way ticket from samara, russia to st. peterberg, russia. they offered me a price of 157.51 pounds. I make my booking and they charged me 10.01+59.60+87.90 pounds at first. after few minutes they charged me 147.50 pounds again.

I am unable to understand that, why they charged me twice? I want edreams to solve this matter asap with dignity and some self-respect.
Otherwise I will take some serious actions against the company. I cant tolerate this unfair dealing.
