eDreamsdetails incorrect

After booking with this rouge company two return tickets to hong kong when I got all the details they had put a different county for the passport. I emailed them four times for them to change the details but all I received from them was a very poorly set email saying they will pass this on to the right people. After much stress and frustration I had to buy another return ticket. (Not with this company I add). Anyone thinking of purchasing anything from this company do so at your own risk they are useless. Maybe a couple of pounds cheaper but in the end you pay more. Do not use read many other complaints.
