[Resolved] eDreamscancellation absolute joke

After accidentally booking the incorrect flight home from Lanzarote to Glasgow which took a stop off via cork for 11 hours, i hastily contacted via email less than 24 hours after the booking which is for SEPTEMBER to advise as surely the flight can be cancelled giving this much notice. I was advised by a very unhelpful call centre worker that it couldn't be, no offer to attempt to resolve the issue or any apology for the fact that i had been holding for almost 1 hour. I am simply disgusted and horrified by the experience and will be taking to social media to voice these complaints so that nobody else uses this useless scam company.

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.

    I have the same problem. So i wrote an letter to edreams, but they don't reply! Did you do anything to get your money back? I am looking for people with the same problem, maybe together we can reach sth.
