Hi! Made a bookin paid the ticket- money were recieved n taken from account but the edreams said there was no more ticket available that I paid for, said they will refund it's been 14 days it's not, keep on gettin emails in Spanish?!?! That it is in process or smth like that, my bookin ref is 4ff9tu, my email is -firstname.lastname@example.org
If anyone is ready to cooperate lets make a lawsuit coz its time energy n money, that cost more then jujst the tickets!!!
Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
