Edreams made errors in the dates of my bookings. I was forced to cancel the flights direct with the airlines who issued a full refund. The refund went onto edreams corporate card and I have been trying for the last 5 weeks to get this money back. They have stated that they are refunding it but despite dozens of emails and calls totalling hours and hours on the phone, 5 weeks later still not a penny from them. This cannot be anything other than a scam.
