Edible Arrangements poor service and unresolved complaints

Buyer BEWARE choose another company! I ordered two edible arrangement on 3/27/17 to be delivered to two different friends.
Both orders went bad. The first order was delivered but left outside unattended. An animal got into it and destroyed it. I returned it to the store myself. The store replaced it and offered to give me a refund for the delivery fee. After a few day I called the customer service number to inquire about my refund. Customer service acted like they didn't even know that I was due a refund. They asked me questions as if they didn't know any details about the complaint. They asked questions like "Did the Manager call you? Do you want us to redeliver the arrangement ( although I already told them that picked up a replacement arrangement my self)? This issue still hasn't been resolved.
The second order was NEVER delivered. Apparently, this store was having some technical issues. However, they never reached out to customers to explain there issue. Since my order was never delivered, I called to inquire about what was going on. On my first attempt the phone rang endlessly with no answer. After a few tries someone answered the phone and said "I can't see orders we are having technical difficulties" then hung up on me. I then called the corporate number and complained. They told me that someone would get back to me and no one ever did. I called back the next day and was promised a refund but never received a refund, nor was the order ever delivered. I have called everyday to inquire about my refund and complaining about their service, still with no resolve. Finally, today I was told that the store went out of business and that there was noting that they can do about redelivering my order and/or compensation for my inconvenience. But, they agreed to reprocess my refund. I am supposed to receive a refund in 3-5 days. But, that is what I have been hearing for the last 3-5 days. I have totally lost faith in this company. I don't believe that I will receive a refund at all, especially since I still haven't received the refund for my first order. They have broken so many promises and haven't followed up or followed through with anything that they have promised.
This has been the worst experience I have ever had with this company. I will never order from them again!

Edible Arrangements delivered fruits in wrong day and they were soggy

I ordered the Confetti Fruit basket for my daughter to be delivered on March 4th at the hotel we where staying. I received a call from the hotel on the 3rd stating that the fruit basket arrived. I told them I did not want them that they are the wrong date. I called the location that they made the arrangements and the lady told me they where going to pick them up and send me a new one the following day. On the 4th, the basket arrives as I had planned it but when my daughter opened them, the fruits where all soggy and they did not look fresh. I guarantee you that she put them in the freezer and delivered the same ones. I really do not appreciate this at all. I spend $100.00 dollars for old fruits and soggy. I really want my monies back. I am not happy at all, but they took my monies in seconds. My Order#W0056049493-1

Edible Arrangements non delivery/no compensation

My boyfriend order an item 02/11 to be delivered 02/14 the item was not delivered called the business more than 20 times no answer that day, the next day 02/15 spoke with a representative who stated the item was delivered but couldn't show proof of signature they finally realized items was not delivered and delivered item 02/15. They offered no compensation for not only not delivering item but for delivering it late, the customer service rep at location stated he could only get compensated the delivery charge. Poor customer service not only did they not provide service but couldn't compensate him for at least half. I spoke with a rep at the location by the name of Natalie and she said that is all that could be done. I will raise hell and let the world know how poorly business is done at the establishment

Edible Arrangements valentine's day bouquet still not received!!! 2-14-17

I ordered a fruit arrangement to be delivered on valentine's day to my boyfriend who works only 6 blocks away from the philadelphia, pa, edible arrangements local store. I had received an email in the morning from edible arrangements saying 'order today and have your valentine's day gift delivered today'. So I decided at the last minute to order something and have it sent to him. I requested a special delivery by 3 p. M. Since it is business; however, I realized that it may not get delivered by exactly that time. He did not received anything yesterday and as of 1 p. M. Est time today nothing has been delivered.

I called tried calling the store directly at 120 south 12th street, philadelphia, pa, during the afternoon of 2-14-17, as well as today (2-15-17) and all I get is a busy signal.

I called the customer service # at 5:30 p. M. On 2-14-17 to complain and all they could tell me is that they would put in a complaint for me and that the store would have to call me back. I have a reference # for my complaint (#1299069).

As of today (2-15-17) , still no item delivered, the phone line is still busy at the 120 south 12th street, philadelphia location, and I called the customer service number again just a few minutes ago to tell me that no new status of my delivery was posted on their system and when they placed me on hold and tried to call the store the line was busy as well. So they basically told me 'oh well... Nothing we can do... You have to wait for the store to call you'. Really? What kind of customer service is this?

I am so mad right now... I have no choice but to call my credit card company and place a hold/dispute on this transaction! And keep in mind, this item with delivery was $98.99 and it is probably seriously over-priced just because it was valentine's day!

Never again will I order anything from this company! The customer service representative even told me that they cannot even cancel my order because it has to be something done at the store since I placed my order online.

Edible Arrangements very poor customer service - elkins park pa location-old york road

On 2/12/17 I placed an order online for a Valentines Day delivery -- (2 days in advance of the holiday). It was to ship to a business that closes at 4pm.
I saw that my order was routed to your Elkins Park PA location (Old York Road).
On VD, I tracked my order and as of 12pm it still said the arrangement was "being created" at 2pm its still said order was "being created" so I called the store direct. I got a busy signal for an hour straight which implied to me the phone was off the hook. Finally at 3pm a less than polite individual told me the order was completed but sitting on the truck for delivery since 1pm (he never asked me my info, phone# or order# so I believe he was pretty much making it up to appease me) . I told him the business my order was going to close at 4pm, could he narrow down the delivery time? His reply was "I have no idea, we will try and get it there".

At 4:30 pm, once I confirmed my delivery never showed up, I called Elkins Park store back and informed him my delivery never arrived to which he replied, "yeah I know, it never went out, do you want your money back?"
He couldn't have cared less that I was upset, that my $105.00 order never showed up, that my surprise was ruined... nothing. I am extremely disappointed in the service (and LACK of service) that they provided, (and DIDNT provide). I have contacted my credit card company to reverse the charges. I will never use this service again or recommended it to anyone I know. I don't know if all stores are connected, but this Elkins Park Store has given your company a bad name. Reviews on Yelp are horrible (wish I had seen that sooner). Valentines Day surprise completely ruined... thank you.

Edible Arrangements never received order/ rude and threatening customer service

Store #1588 in Greensboro, NC failed to deliver my order and when I went to the store to ask why and can we be refunded the assistant manager begin beating the counter and became very rude... there was a friend of her' that didn't work there that stated she would bet my a**... never been treated this way... had to call the police... we never received our order or got a refund

Edible Arrangements customer service & support

This is my second attempt to use edible arrangements service, shortly after edible arrangements made its service available, I was excited to send someone very special the so unique arrangement of chocolate and fruits. It was such a creative idea. I excitedly log on and search through many of their fabulous arrangements, after my selection, I continued to check out and submit my order. To my schocked!, it was very expensive, however, I decided it would be worth it. Let me just tell you, as it was then, it is still today. The customer care is horrible. Edible Arrangements did didn't deliver my order on time then, and they miss the mark Valentines's Day 2017. My specific instructions were...to deliver before 1 p.m. The reciepent was leaving the office at that time. I tracked my order from 9:30 a.m., it's now 1:00 p.m, my delivery Status is still in route. Edible arrangements is only twenty minutes from the location to be delivered. The local office will not answer the phone, and the customer service number that is provided can't help either. Customer service direct me to call the local office, which is not answering. This is so disappointing, what a great product and idea, however, the customer care and delivery method could use a revamp.

Edible Arrangements peace and doves daisy swizzle berries and apples arrangement

Very disappointed in this order. I thought I was paying for something that would look like this (Picture on website) but the arrangement sent looks nothing or comes close to what the arrangement should look like. It looks horrible! It was just thrown together without any skill on how to make a decent presentation. Will never order from this company ever again. Bad experience! And certainly not worth the cost!

Edible Arrangements service

The Edible Arrangements in Little Rock employs rude people that do not care. I had to call them 2 times to tell them how disappointing it was that an arrangement my dad sent me for Christmas came with a Happy Birthday balloon. The surprise was ruined and I wanted to talk to the owner who only called me back after I called the headquarters. I was credited for the balloon but the point is that they were rude on the phone and it was not even a big deal to them and no apology. It is a big deal to me because my dad paid a lot of money and I seldom have surprise deliveries so this should have been special.
A few days later I returned the balloon at the store location and the sales person did not say a word- just took scissors and popped the balloon right in front of me. She was very rude.
After I talked to the owner finally she said I could pick up 12 pieces of chocolate covered fruit the following week.Again when I walked in no courtesy and they just kind of threw a box of 6 pieces at me.
I will never use this company.

Edible Arrangements arrangement not worth the price I was charged..

Ordered an arrangement as a christmas gift for family in detroit michigan.. Called to complain the day it was ordered since arrangement was not worth the price I was charged.. I have contacted everyone involved and to to no avail.. Manager vicky always in meeting or out of store... I requested a refund also to no avail... I placed orders with this company many times before. So disappointed with feedback.. Please assist me with resolving this matter...

Edible Arrangements birthday gift set

I sent this set to my fiancée and he didn't receive the bear which was part of the set I paid 71 dollars and i'm missing a item this is my very first time placing and order and i'm very dis satisfied I would like a refund for this missing item it not fair I paid for quality which I didn't recieve I have heard great things about this company for my first order i'm not pleased in the least I rate this no stars if I could

Edible Arrangements fruit arrangement

Ordered on feb 5th as a valentines day gift. Website says its been delivered but recipient never received it. Called the edible arrangements store that was handling the order (Edible arrangements - 1505 1640 king street suite 102
Alexandria, va 22314) and was told they will call me back after valentines day. I told them that this was not acceptable but the lady on the phone just kept complaining that they were busy like if that was my problem. Called customer service who just put the blame on the store and offered no solution. So here we are at february 20th and I still have not hear one peep from the store or customer service. No return calls, no emails, no refund for an item that was never delivered.

Edible Arrangements valentine's day delivery

Fool me once. Single worse company I have ever experienced. Messed up my fiances birthday but figured everyone deserves a second chance. No valentine's delivery today. Called at 6p and was promised it was on the way. 11p and not delivered. Local store doesn't answer and national help is a joke. For the price you would think they would get their act together. Simply the worst. Stay away unless you want to disappoint your significant other. Update: local branch picked up. Says that they hired a bunch of temps but none came in, so the knew they couldn't fulfil order. Didn't reach out of try to make arrangements. Gave refund but what about the ruined holiday and blatant lying?

Edible Arrangements unprofessional, poor service

Online order valued over $170 placed on 8/25/15, scheduled for pick up on 8/27/15 was neither ready nor acknowledged at the pick up site. I arrived to pick up an order that was paid in full and the incompetent employee had the nerve to give me attitude when I requested a full refund. She kept saying it wasn't her fault and made stupid excuses. I noticed that the store was totally empty, the food display was pitiful and to be quite honest poorly managed across the board. No one on site supervising so I had to wait in order to speak to someone in charge. I am turned off with this company and will warn everyone I know not to buy from here.

Edible Arrangements I can't reach the seller, who promised news about the order

I bought large chocolate bunny from the company www.ediblearrangements.com. I placed the order on Friday, but the seller provided the confirmation email, where he informed me that the order would be sent on Monday. On Monday, I haven’t received any news on Monday. I emailed the seller after that, but nothing in response. Please, if someone knows how to reach the seller, post your advice or review.

Edible Arrangements poor quality

I received an e mail for 15% off any purchase over $50.00 today, all I had to do was enter the code save 1550 it does not work, when I called I was told that the order that I please for $101.00 had to be upgraded. Thats not what the ofter stated, I ordered the gift anyway and was there when it arrived I have got to say it was not good. I would tell you send flowers instead and avoid this company.

Edible Arrangements they didn't provide the order within the agreed time

We had a party before christmas holidays and we ordered food, drinks and gifts from the website www.Ediblearrangements.com. The whole order was available and we paid for it, but they hadn’t delivered the order within the promised terms. We started to call them and asked to hurry, because we needed the whole order, but they stopped to reply after the second email. We bought everything in another shop and the party was saved. Don’t rely on these people.

Edible Arrangements did not deliver but was paid

I ordered a nearly $200 fruit arrangement on thursday april 2 and paid in full. I called the wellington florida office this morning to find out the status of the delivery. Not only did they not create the promotional easter arrangement, the store manager, sue told me to 'f-myself. '. According to her computer, the easter arrangement was to be delivered in may. She stated that they do no review their orders despite requesting telephone number to contact the customer for any issue. Now, my 7 grandchildren were cheated out of a gift and I have paid nearly $200 for nothing but heartache. How embarrassing, humiliating and down right bad business. I personally do no know anyone who would order an easter arrangement for delivery other than easter. Learn by my mistake. If the staff at the wellington florida edible arrangement location does not read any orders, you will end up the same as me. I intend to follow up with the department of consumer affairs, their corporate office and to post notices in plain sight so that no one else will ever have to go through the humiliation of relying on this company to do what they promise.

I would recommend not ordering from this company. I used an online coupon code and when the order was charged to my card the coupon was not applied, even though the confirmation email confirmed that it was applied to the total. Furthermore, the product was never delivered. Poor customer service.

I've used coupon code enough time but I’ve found no issue at all. This is a special case, I think you should contact to the store nearest to you for more details.

Edible Arrangements crystal lake store 1086

Horrible customer service, I place an order a week in advance, called 2 times to make sure all was okay, was promised it was out for delivery. It wasn't! It never got there and then they lied and said it was delivered on the online confirmation. Beware, don't trust them, I am still waiting for the promised return phone call from the owner. Plus they were extremely rude on the phone.

Edible Arrangements shaving time cards/safety

I took a temporary job over valentine's at this store to see if they followed the rules. I worked many hours, but got paid for 3 hours less. I was told by a current employee that this is standard practice by the new manager. Well let it be said, shaving time card's is illegal. I worked for a labor union, and this store has violated a rule by working people 55 and over for 14 hours to 15 hours with only a 10 minute break. (True they provided the food. ) they also had me climb into a semi to load and unload the arrangements. It was their job to teach temporary employees how to operate the lift. I climbed in for one day to see if this would be corrected. It was not until I put a stop to it the next day. I injured my knee, and my elbows feel like tennis elbows several days later. I was put in danger as I was ordered to do this job. I could have fallen. There were several other woman that had to climb in, and some even wore high heels. I observed it all. Woman working on food preparation with hair that should of been in a hair nets. The employees were real stressed, and took it out on the temps, but overall I was really surprised about the time card shaving. When a person works 10 and 15 min. That 15 min is to be counted not ignored. Well this is my complaint. I will report them, and they will learn not to violate safety rules and cheat employees. They messed with the wrong ex federal agent.
