SUBMIT A COMPLAINT

Edgars Fashion / Edcon / online orders

My online orders [protected] and [protected] were placed on 23 May 2018.
I requested a change immediately on 23 may 2018 with regard to my free samples.
My order was still "in process" stage but edgars refused to change the free samples.
Nine (9) days after my order placed and I have not yet received my order! Not efficient at all! I am going to ombudsman.

    I placed two online order on 23 may 2018. When I realised my mistake on one of my orders, I requested a change immediately on 23 may 2018 with regard to my free samples.
    My order was still "in process" stage but edgars customer care refused to change the free samples.
    Today, 2 june 2018 nine (9) days after my online order placed and I have not yet received my order!
    Not efficient and convenient to purchase online at all!
    I am going to ombudsman and complainants board if I do not get my amended online orders in the next two (2) days. That will now be 11 days after my purchase!
    Whereas I could have walked into a branch and purchased it conveniently and hassel free and would have also changed my free samples immediately when I realised my mistake and before paying! No questions asked and no waiting 11 days to receive my order!
