Edgars Active — Poor Service

I have an emergency to go to Durban tonight for a funeral and needed to buy a bus ticket and it being a few days before pay-day, i was strapped for cash. I am aware that i could use my Thank U card to buy bus/flight tickets so i drove a distance to the nearest Shoprite only to find out that i could not. I proceeded to an Edgars Active store and they simply just said "No". I then went to the Jet Mart store and they also just said "No".
This is an inconvenience as Edcon staff are unaware of products provided to their customers! If there is a specific process involved in booking these tickets then the staff should at least provide such information instead of looking at me blankly and saying NO.
My resolution would be to make sure staff are aware of these value added services.
