EdenPure Heaters / Very poor customer service

This has been going on since the end of November and still no answers. I returned our heater to to damage when recived. When I tried to find out when I could expect a replacement sent back all I got was answers like I can not find you in our system, I will have to transfer you to another number ( on the phone for 20 min. on hold gave an automated call number never recived a call), Emails not responed to, I was finally told they could see that they had my return but could not tell me when I would get a replacement. They have thier money but they do not seem in any hurry to give me my heater.

    After using the 1000 heater only a few months and replacing the fan motor an bulbs, the edenpure 1000 quit again. After being out this much money I decided to give it a toss in the junk pile. Edenpure and Bob Villa should be in prison for pushing these pieces of junk.
