dear readers i am also a victim of eden housing limited. i had booked a housee 5 years back in eden abad but still it has not been allotted to me infact there has been no construction there. i have sent a petition to the chief justice against this company but i need more people so that chief justice take strict actions against them. this is the time we can do smthing to get our house or money back.. kindly contact me on [protected].. as soon as posible

Since we are a affected by Eden fraud, let do something that closed their frauds once and for all. I think Media is a great tool for this, if some one has contacts in media, please try to publicize the scam, in the meanwhile a collective case should be registered against them in NAB, any lawyers willing to help us on this?

I am also affectee of Eden Housing, booked portion house in Eden Lane Villas II in 2006 and subsequently transfer to eden abad and paid most of my saving money and now I am demanding my money back but they are cheating continuously and there managers continuously delaying. All persons should approach to supreme court or supreme court should take su-moto because number of persons are affectees of this group.

Salam to all. I am also suffering (|Eden garden EDH) in the hands of Dr Amjad. I think the govt of punjab is also involved in this as i have sent complaints to chief minister office as well but nothing is being done. Shahbaz sharif must be knowing about these people as a chief minister always has reports and intelligence info but i don't know why they are not doing any thing. Neither Chief justice is taking any suo-moto action against these evil people. He is also self centered and only takes suo-moto in cases through which he earns fame.
Has some one approached NAB or supreme court and what is the result?

I hate to say this, but I would not be surprised if the government are involved. We are dealing with a corrupt government and businesses. I am in London and have been waiting for 5 years for this property in Lahore. I'm disappointed with Pakistan as a whole and feel let down. Muslims harming Muslims with no fear of God. The country will only get worse i hate to say. You have thousands of masjids and there azans are ignored, you can only expect the worse, until all you Pakistanis wake up and fight against the people who rule you wrongly

dear Sir Please make huurry to complete the projects as other builders complete 3 -months before the delivery date and eden builders is recognised builder in pak.

i AM ALSO AFFECTED IN THIS FRAUD. i have paid the money to buy a house in eden housing authority, who have promised me since the last 6 years that i will get my house next month.

I am also affected with eden housing developers. they are frauds, i booked 5 plots in eden lands. they promised for possession in september 2012 and i visited the location there is not started any development yet and they also advertising in the newspapers 75% work completed for eden lands extension when they didn't start any development for eden lands yet. i visited eden head office and they giving me new and new dates for possession. I am with all of you and will be available on your call anywhere. Thanks.
