Single income families have enough difficulty making ends meet. Trying to "sucker" someone with such a scam as to offer $250,000.00 for free is not just wrong and illegal, but it very mean-spirited too!

I'm in the UK and I just received an email that said I'd won $1, 000.000. We deal in pounds sterling here (£) so I was a bit concerned. I did some research and came across a lot of negative comments re: The Ecowas Donational Committee.
My contacts name is Mr David Mbeki & was signed by a Mrs Mary Jones. There are phone numbers and emails, which I have no intention of replying to but if anyone wants them get in touch.

Thank you for bringing this scam to my attention. When I printed a copy of the email i noticed that it wasn't even addressed to me. The email "TO" box said unknown. I will be warning my friends not to be drawn in by the promise of big money.
