Car rental Honolulu
First of all Air conditioning in car wasn't very good and then my husband noticed the tags where expired. So called and had to take the car back in which I was at the North Shore Beach area and wasted over half of my day on vaction. Some one from the rental place was suppose to get in contact with me . Ridiculous charged
To whom May I concern,
I am the Landlord of the unit [protected] Ave NW Edmonton AB t5r 5b5. I signed a lease with Laderoute Kimberly D & her grandma. After a month, Kim moved out and she let her mom & step father moved in without my agreement. After over a month, she told me that she wanted to transfer her lease to her mom but I did not accept because her mom & her step father don't have any steady income and they are rude. Those people keep staying there doesn't matter what I tried to do. I filed to the court suite but I have to wait until the end of September. We tried to kicked them out but they keep delaying moving out. The condo board & I gave them a 14 days & 24h eviction notices but they are still living there now. Condo board gave me a fine for $200 with the reason that I fail to be managed my tenants and those occupants had some contraventions to the building. This is ridiculous charged. They should've known better than me that we can not remove them until the court' order. And I tried to kick them out too, they are not in my lease. I can not control how they are doing. If those people harm their building, Board should charge them NOT me. Please help me to cancel the charge. Thanks
