Economy Rent a Car review: illegally taking money out my account 1

I Olivio Bien aime rented a car at the costa rica airport 3/28 with insurance,
Collision and liability 150 .00 depositcar was return the 3/30 on time with no damage, no dent, even if the where a scratch I had insurance .
953.00 where taking out of my account without my permission /illegally/
Mr Bobby Ciaca suppose to be the manager to contact, after 100 of call and messages no return call it is time for action.
