My name is John Wilson. I worked for the “EFC” (Economic Freedom Corporation – AKA DW Scott, Bankcard Empire, and Innovative Marketing Strategies), and all the other names they call themselves. I quit after I realized the full extent of the deception they employ in their business practice. However, I was fortunate enough to a great deal of information about what procedures will effectively get unhappy client’s their money back. Although they will claim that the fee is not refundable, I have information regarding the laws & procedures that contradict that. I have been forced to look for work and have not secured another job to date. I spend a lot of time assisting people that have lost money to EFC in the best plan of action available for a partial if not full refund.

Enclose a letter explaining the circumstances of your situation. I will send you a detailed plan of action immediately. Please include when your commitment with them began. and any particulars regarding what you were led to believe you were to get for your money. I have no need for any personal information just a brief out line so I can best direct your efforts. I was not aware that i have became a victim of telemarketing fraud (Economic Freedom Corporation) contacted me and told me they had a business opportunity for me to expand my small business so that i can make earning's from home. In theses time's of a troubled economy i decided to go along with the help i was told i was going to receive by this company and it's rep's. Thank God for Robert Biggs and his staff. They helped me with recovering my fund's with no upfront out of pocket fee to me. I was worried in the beginning but they worked hard and stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. My complaint to online business bureau. Other victims please also file report w/ OBB & scambook for making a better case for all. This proves they're the same, and I heard the main dispute person from EFC now at my choice b.s. My choice denied the connection to OBB, and OBB closed my case...let's see them deny the following!

It will become clear that the same owner, Chalonne Foerster is in charge / manager / owner of each co. And she was the, now closed and in hiding, owner of Economic freedom corp. according to a 3 on your side news report. And she and same dispute dept. are running my choice business services in Las Vegas.
Please refer to OBB complaint #14315 where they deny being the same business and OBB closed the complaint because My Choice business services said I, Mr. xxx, is mis-informed and mistaken.
Websites4america did the "bait and switch" on me along with a long list of others. Google their name + scam to see only part of their crime. Please Help as Nv. has no consumer complaint dept.
EFC + web4amer. are now dba my choice business services in Las vegas w/ same owner and same dispute dept. at least as detailed in above links PLUS MS enterprises w/ C. Foerster as at least manager has exact same portfolio as web4amer. What more proof does OBB need? I have a long list of vistims that will agree!

I agree these people are scammers. I spoke with Justin on 08/04/11 referred as "General Manager" requesting for my refund
($5, 000.00 purchased leads) but he referred me to the contract that a refund will not be issued and to make matters worse they are not running the "advertising campaign" because I opened a dispute against their company. He also indicated he will not be concerned even though this issue is reported to the Attorney General's office. Therefore, they are forcefully keeping my money...how interesting! This is flat out a SCAM! Here are more people in my choice business services that are involved in the SCAM and phone numbers; Danielle [protected]; Shawn Powers [protected]; Danie Stone [protected]; Robert [protected]. Why do we have these people still running around? They should be in jail!

Yea! John W.was sued by EFC to cease and desist, and EFC started the case with their standard lies. The case got thrown out last week. They continue their scams...latest is "win 200 BMW's...Their illusion that one can make a steady $600. a month for a car payment. The catch is once they have your $ you will never receive a commission, nor get an answer to legitimate questions. You can not possibly sell to family or friends, or they will surely end up hating you within days of any transactions. Check out the 3 on your side news report of 3 weeks ago. Grossly understated as there are hundreds of scammed victims nation wide. Websites4america are equal criminals in all of this. A John Hanson lied to me many times.
