Horrible Experience. I ordered a laptop from them because they had a really good price. there was an issue with verifying my credit card. I didnt find this out until the next day when I had to call in to make sure everything was ok. they took my number down and said they will have the verification dept. contact me withing 15 min. i waited an hour and no phone call. i called back and they gave me the same answer...they said they will have someone call me back within 15 min. so i agreed. I waited 2 hours and no phone call. by then, it was the end of the day...so i called back the next day to cancel my order because i didn't feel i could trust the company. when i called in to cancel, they transferred me to someone who upgraded my order to more memory, 4 years warranty and a laptop bag. it was a good deal so I figured i would give them one more shot. they promised i would have the laptop on Oct. 26th (2 days) and that i would receive a tracking number through email before the end of business day or via phone. I received nothing. I called them the next day to cancel my order and the customer service rep. said he would have someone call me the next day by 10am. I demanded to speak to a manager but he said there is no one else to talk to. (he was very hard to understand and had no customer service skills whatsoever...his name was morris or boris. not sure) so today (oct. 26th...the day i was to receive the computer) i am expecting a phone call by 10am. i received no phone call...so i called them. the gentlemen was more helpful in the way that i was able to cancel my order. he said there was a hold up of some sort and i was supposed to be contacted. he said i would not get the laptop until next week!! I can't put all of my work on hold, so i cancelled the order and will be buying from a more reliable and trustworthy source. he said he would put a $100 credit on my account if i wanted to buy anything from them again. That won't be happening. Be careful with this company.
