Has anyone been contacted by a company named Eclipse Property Solutions Located in Florida, that offers to market your land for a set fee of $1498.00? I was contacted by a very high-pressure salesman (Mr. Roberts) and listed my property with them and was charged 1498.00 i am a elderly widow that did not need the property anymore, and since they told me my property would sell in 60 days and get 400, 000 for the lot, I decided to give it a chance. Now almost 6 months have gone by and they always tell me the same thing No serious offers yet but we will contact you when the offer is on the table After doing some checking the company has many complaints with the Florida State Attorney so if you are thinking about list dont all the want is your money from your credit card and you will see nothing in return, as you know the market for land is not good, so if the tell you the property will sell, it wont anytime soon. Has anyone else has had a similar experience.

Although your experience wasnt what you expected I would exactly say they just wanted your money. I have had aquintances that have went this route in selling there land and since the market is what it is it will be a hit or miss situation. When doing this remeber to read the fine print before you move forward.

This company is a scam. Read the St. Pete Times Newspaper (pinellas county Florida) 2-13-2010. An article was written about this company. Seems that 2 of there employees were arressted for credit card fraud. They were stealing credit card numbers of the people who had used them for advertising and living the high life with the numbers. They were going on trips having expensive private parties ordering pizza an much more. If this is the way they handle clients private information it leads you to wonder what really goes on at this company. Please contact Kameel Stanley at the newspaper if you have been scammed by this company. these people should be held liable for scamming people as well as allowing private information to be used for theft. This is an econimic crime and in todays economy who can afford to be scammed. Do Not Do Buisness With This Company. Also Report them to the local authorites in pinellas County Florida Th Sherriffs office and the state attorneys office.
