eClinicalWorks - Best not to bother engaging with them
Please be cautious when considering working with this organization. While it was once decent, many of their operations are now based in India, where over 90% of scammers are found. If there were a breach in their system, your patient information could fall into the hands of untrustworthy individuals. Expressing your concerns to them may be challenging, a...

It's terrible. So many things to tell you, but I will try to make it short.
In general, they have a horrible customer service where no one speaks normal English. I mean, it should be understandable at least. What do we see? A different situation. I can get the idea. Employees from other countries want less money, but it doesn;t mean that your customers want worse service.
Your support ruins everything. Please, hire professionals.
the software is terrible and I waste time there
I started to use the website www.eclinicalworks.com several weeks ago and it was completely ok. But they have updated the website and now the interface became terrible and when I use it I waste a lot of time. The website confuses me a lot and makes my work terrible and I started to spend more time on things, which I haven’t done before. I don’t like the website now and I decided to change the software. If you haven’t started to use it, then don’t even to try it.

Correct. Contact me for further information
This comment is a hack. If this was a true HealthCare professional they would not take the time to post this, and the grammar would be correct. The "website" was listed once and this seems to be some sort of merging software or bot. Totally ridiculous post.

the rep didn't help, but the software stopped working after upgrade
We have used the software from the website www.eclinicalworks.com, but couple of weeks ago we received the email. The rep informed us that they would upgrade the software. They did it, but the software stopped to work. We called them already several times and asked to help us, ‘coz nothing worked, but in response we heard only some fake promises. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.

someone hacked me
I used the software from the website www.eclinicalworks.com, but I was disappointed in it. I spent time and created my account, but someone hacked my account and stole my personal info. I deleted my account, but I thought that maybe staff from this company could help me, but they didn’t care about me or my problems. They got money and were happy about that. The worst company ever, so avoid these ### and post comments about your experience with them.

bad software and no help from the company
I don’t recommend anyone to use the website www.eclinicalworks.com and their software. I installed it on my PC and a lot of problems started. At the beginning this software crashed frequently, but after all my PC stopped to work. When I tried to reach someone from the customer services, they simply refused to help and no one explained why. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.
