eChargr echargr keyring chargers

I purchased 6 chargers 4 of which when trying to charge my phone the little prong that goes in the iPhone cane out. I contacted the company, sent pictures as requested and told they were on back order. It has been 7 month since I requested a refund or replacement chargers, as of today, 6/13/19 I have received neither. What kind of company does that? Still waiting

eChargr I place mistakenly placed an order, I neither received the order nor my money was refund

I place an order of four echargr on 7th March of 2019 which I mistakenly placed. I am supposed to order one. And the next dah the money was debited from my account I realised that it wasn't one I ordered. I contacted the email you guys provided for any complaints which is "support@echargr.com" and this is what you guys reply was "Hello Rilwan,

This is Bella from the eChargr customer support team. Thanks for reaching out!

I took a look on your order and it shows that you will be receiving 4 eChargr for $19.96. Upon checking it also shows that your order is in process. However, please know that your chargers will ship to you very soon!

It usually takes 25-30days for the item to arrive!

We can't wait for you to try eChargr! If you have any more questions, please let us know." And since that time I have been emailing you guys but no any form of sympathy or any talk about refunding my money or the delivery. And the truth is that I don't was the echargr again I just want you guys to refund my money I'm very angry with you guys

I placed this order 3 August 2018. I emailed them so many times but unfortunately my order never been ship to me. Almost 10 months right now, I have never ever received shipping information or whatsoever. They stopped reply my email recently. Why? I paid $19.96 for this charger. They replied to my email saying it will ship next week. But never happens. When I emailed them again, they says same again it will ship next week but same, never happens. eChargr the credit card like charger

On 1 December i wrote by email saying i wanted 8 of these charges and they came back and said they were out of stock.I have written six emails and never get a reply that they are returning the money. R656.00 approx.Please send me money back as soon as possible.I suggest you send it by paypal etc.Details will be supplied.The non receipt is a major area of concern and the fact that they never indicated a problem made me hopeful.THE COMPANY HAS HAD MY MONEY NOW FOR FIVE MONTHS AND NO REFUND.

eChargr order never shipped/received

I placed the order more than a month ago but still not getting confirmation that order is shipped or will ever be delivered at all. Only received 2 responses from them saying it will ship a week after but now, i keep on asking for updates but no response at all. This company is surely FRAUD! eChargr non receipt of the order 6a1bc7579c I had placed for echargr for android

Dear Sir,

I had placed order for 6 nos of EChargr for Android mobile on 6th of Jun 2018. After almost 10 reminders and 3 months they informed that the items have been despatched on 19th Sep 18 with tracking number UX318038676CH.

It is more than 12 days and the status says this number does not exists.

I am very much disappointed with the services.

eChargr ordered but never received!!

I ordered 2 Echargrs on 07/28/18, but I never received them. I emailed them and got a response about 4 days later stating that it was being packaged and being sent out. That was on 08/23/18. Today is 09/18/18 and I still have not received them. Then
I got an email stating that this issue has been resolved. I emailed back and said I still have not received my order! Don't waste your time or money on these crooks! IT'S A SCAM!

eChargr I had ordered for echargr and also for upgrade in website

My email id [protected]@gspc.in is the registered mail id for echargr. I have put an order for ehargr and its upgrade in website of echargr and paid by internet banking. After a month I received the invoice for echargr and upgrade.After a gap of couple of days I received intimation that item is couriered and tracking number was given by mail. After a gap of 3 weeks I received echargr pack but I did not receive upgrade for which I have paid.Kindly check why the item was not delivered.

eChargr usb charger

I placed an order for the six package of USB chargers. I was then charged 12 tomes at $24.96. I only authorized one payment of $24.96 not $300.00. I am highly pissed off, I would like to have a refund for the 11 extra charges that were placed on my account. Please excusey language but this is [censored]. If you could please, refund me the 11 extra charges that were taken I'd appreciate it.

eChargr the complaint did not give the correct answer, deceiving the customer to buy the product in question

because I get a charger the echarger is so hot c't use, Can aks how to use ? I filled it with power, the lamp is set, it is no longer charged, and the charging cable is removed and placed aside, but when it is used, there is no power at all! And when the whole charge is in the heat at the moment of charging, I am afraid that it will explode! Is there a problem or is it broken? I ordered both of them to have these problems! Product not available! Request a refund!

eChargr apple and android portable chargers

I ordered 3 chargers from this company. 2 for the iPhone and 1 for the Android. The Android charger arrived first. When I tried out my ihone one it was ok at first then within less than a week it broke as shown in the picture. I asked for a refund and was denied. I feel like I was scammed because now my grandparents and I don't have mobile chargers. All I'm asking is for a little decency and for a refund for all three chargers.

I ordered 2 echargr for IPhones w/upgrade on August 4th, 2018. Order# 2845deddba. The money was taken out of my account that same day. I am still waiting on my chargers. My last response from them was on 10/9/18. I was told that my order was processed and would be shipping next week. It's been almost 3 weeks and I haven't gotten notification that it was shipped as well as a response to my email that I sent last week.

eChargr echargr for android

I've had to contact them when the order was accidentally placed and they refuse to cancel my order and don't want to refund my money back. On their website, there was a back menu to return to and when I pressed the search bar arrow to return to the previous page it automatic placed the order. I was trying to return the page where it had all my information so I could cancel the order and all of the sudden the order was placed.

on the same day, I had sent them an email since they didn't have a phone number to contact customer service so I sent them this through email.

"Hi, I was trying to cancel the order and I didn't press to continue I was looking to return to the page so I can cancel what I picked.

Please cancel my order A.S.A.P, I don't like when you don't have the option of selecting to be a member or not. I was trying not to become a member.

They didn't reply fast enough until 2 days after and I had specified them to not send the order and to refund my money back. Then I just got the order that I had told them not to send and then I see an email saying that they can only refund me $5 for the shipping cost. Excused my language but this is [censored] and this is wrong if a customer has contact on time regarding cancelling the order and to refund the money back, they should comply with the customer request.

I'm having the same issue. They finally replied to my email and offered a $6 shipping credit. I did not mean to place this order. My shipping state is even wrong. Waiting to hear back from them about that. This website is not user friendly neither is customer service at this point.

You all deserve it if you believed any word on their website.
Furthermore, "automatic production of your order as soon as you place the order." is such a lie. It's not possible nor feasable to to this for each order
Manufacturing in volume is the only way to go to keep the costs down.

I ordered 6 echargrs too and all faulty. I send them a strongly worded email. I can’t believe I was so gullible and foolish to fall for this. It’s a scam. Has to be. They can’t sell them for proper retail price (as they evidently don’t work!) so they make it look like it’s a special promotion and you just pay shipping! Then you wait 6 weeks before they arrive and then they are all faulty! It really is nothing but a scam. I had high hopes for this. But I was duped and I feel stupid having paid for these. This should be illegal if it’s not already. It be next to impossible to get a refund and they’ll probably insist on checking the items themselves which means cost for us and hassle which they probably won’t refund. It’s all rather dubious and very disappointing.

I bought 4 echargers from www.echargr.com on 16 June 2018.
Have received on 4 July 2018.
Unfortunately all are faulty.
They promised to resend but as of 30 July 2018 there are no signs of tracking even though i have requested a few times.
