I placed an order with Ebulkcandy.com on August 8, 2005. After emailing several times, they finally sent a partial order after three weeks. Since then, they won't answer emails or answer the phone. The phone answering machine says it is full, so I can't leave a message. It is now over a month, and it doesn't look like I will ever get the rest of my order, but they have my money for it. I will give this store the lowest rating.
