This agent not only represented the sellers and the buyers for a real estate transaction. When my agent and I submitted our offer she rushed her buyers offer in. And then told the other buyers what our offer was. I have had two bad experiences with Ebby and I warn everyone around me about them too. I have filed a complaint with TREC, however I don't think anything will be done. It just breaks my heart to know that this goes on out there.

The person who spoke badly of Edwinia Dye is angry because everyone turns them in to code compliance. They are horrible neighbors that have junk everywhere. I'm talking mannequins and wierd stuff. You don't have to have money to clean up your own junk that is just being lazy and not being a good neighbor. I thank anyone in our neighborhood who turns them in! You need to stop bashing Edwinia Dye (who is a great neighbor) and clean your crap up!

Edwina Dye is the realtor I would hire AGAIN and AGAIN. She does so much more than sell homes. She is a great advocate for making a neighborhood a real neighborhood. Edwina helps clean up the neighborhood (as we all should) by picking up trash, watering trees, helping her neighbors and so much more.
For those neighbors who do not take care of their properties, why do you think it is OK to make the rest of us look at your mess? You are devaluing the entire area.
Thank you Edwina! If all neighbors helped like you do, we wouldn't need to spend tax dollars on Code Compliance. We need MORE neighbors like Edwina Dye!

Good Job Edwina. If I were selling a home in Casa Linda, I would want someone like you to work for me and help me maximize the profit on my home. People need to abide my the laws and homeowner rules to avoid devaluing their neighbors properties. If "Unhappy Neighbor" was selling his home, he would likely be the first to complain about non-compliant homeowners devaluing his property. If he's having financial trouble, maybe its time to drop cable, eating out, etc., instead of asking your clients to subsidize his apparent slothfulness.

Edwina Dye with Ebby Halliday harasses the people who live in the Casa Lina neighborhood. Edwina drives through the neighborhood on a weekly basis looking for reasons to contact the city regarding citations...in an effort to inflate her comission rate on the houses she has listed for sale. Edwina has no mercy for people that are experiencing financial or personal harship. She is a greedy person who is only concerned with the number of houses she can sell. Ebby Halliday is aware of the problem and allows this agent to continue harassing people that she feels "do not deserve to live in such a nice area." SHAME on you Edwina...and SHAME on you Ebby Halliday for not holding your agents to some form of ethical standard. Money is that seems to matter.
