eBay sunnybunny37

I ordered a science book from sunnybunny37 for my science class, I realized that it wasn't going to come on time so I contacted sunnybunny37 to cancel then I asked to not cancel to see how much the shipping would be to get the book before the 11th. I never got a response about how much shipping would be and they shipped the book anyways. I need to return this book free of charge.

eBay seller complaint

Dear Sir Madame,

I am writing this email to express my disappointment with the Ebay business support and in general on how unprofessional various teams handled my case.

About a month ago I was informed that an unauthorised person accessed my account from an unknown location. That was me accessing my account from another city and I was successfully logged in with my password.
The support team gave me a call at my registered office number, not on my mobile phone but I was not able to answer because I was not working from the office that day. After 20 days my account was deactivated completely.

After that, I manage to reach out to the team over the phone and we resolved the issue. They promised to restore all my account to its original state. After 1 month of stress and multiple calls I have the following issues:

1. The feedback is not fully restored. Now there is less feedback than a month ago.
2. You have restored my items but they are not relisted. That it means if I relist them, they will not be connected with the external database which I am using. The problem is because all the restored items are using a new item number. This it will take me many days to fix it and both of us will lose potential customers.
3. I have received an order and you informed the customer that my account was suspended and you have refunded the money.
4. I have placed a personal order and you cancel it without refunding my money. Also you have informed the seller about my account and therefore I never received the product which I have pay.
5. After the database restore everything looks like an old version. From my understanding you have used an old version. For example, the business name from "Multibinary" was changed to "nathanael516" which was the very old one. Also the description and the products of my shop/profile are disappeared.
6. For some reason, the "Monthly selling limits" shows You have listed (active) 14, while "Sell menu" at the left side bar shows Active 15.

This is Unacceptable and is not my fault. You did not manage to restore the latest database successfully and you can understand from the above that I am facing multiple issues with consequence to lose many days of work, customer feedback which is very important and most importantly orders and time.

I am willing to find a solution which it will benefit both sides.

Best regards,

I am so sick of getting outbid by 8***2 on a video game entitled Balloon Kid for Game Boy from a seller named maxxpowermania. I really want 8***2 to become arrested by the police and have his Balloon Kid Game Boy game mailed to the right address: 5028 Ike Frank Road.

All I can say is welcome to eBay!
They PROMISED that they would refund my money for a good that a customer bought then wanted a refund. The product bought was a perishable good that I can not resell or use so I lost out on the product I had to refund their money and I had to pay for the return shipping they didn't pay me back for anything they gave me a $12 coupon and said sorry even though I have to voice recordings promising that they would refund my money and it never happened!
eBay ONLY cares about their customers as in buyers not the sellers.
I promise you that you a will not do [censored] about your problem you have to fix it yourself. I'm sorry, but it's true.

eBay refund - customer service

I purchased a car part that was supposed to be delivered on 4/13/2018. After tracking found out it will not be delivered untill 4/16/2018 3 days past the deliver date it showed when the purchase was made. Contact the seller about it and let the know I did not need the item if it was not delivered on time. Seller made a request on ups to return the item to them but is refusing to send me a refund untill they recieve the item. This is not fair as I dont have the item or recieved it. Seller made the arrangmets with UPS and I am out of the loop. My car is at the shop and now I am paying storage fees because of this. Its crazy when us as byers buy something we are expected to pay right away but when it comes to get our money back we have to go through all this. The seller lied and mislead me on the delivery date and now I am paying for this.
Why are the sellers not held responsible. They lied all I want is my money back. Call ebay customer service which it got me no where. Will never use ebay again.

eBay selling fraud mac cosmetics

86 Hereward Green,
Loughton.
Essex

March 5th 2018

I thought you ought to be aware of the fraud scam on Ebay. This is the the third time I have bought a Mac lipstick on Ebay in good faith - only to recognise on its arrival that despite the same box and packaging - it isn't Mac at all!
There are a lot of people buying from Bargain_supplies_uk thinking it is a Mac discount and receiving a scam.
I will report it to Ebay - but they should take more responsibility!
And your good name is being ruined!
Having been a victim of a fraud identity scam only recently, I only know how cheated you feel.

Best wishes,

Janice Birks

eBay garden

Contrary to the sellers claim, this was a misleading ad. I got only one small section of garden border for about $74. It's not antique (antiques are at least 100 years old) as advertised. No wear, no corrosion on an alleged antique piece of iron that's stuck into the ground? Eight sections are shown, and I was sent one! Nothing said I was bidding on one piece, and there was no drop-down box, as claimed, for number of sections to purchase. Seller is giving me the silent treatment after one email verses my three. Either I want a refund, or a $25 price refund. That would possibly put the price on the high range of what I would consider acceptable.

I returned item to seller today... but my case was closed with seller keeping my money... So i told them to close my seller account and buying account ... what a rip off !
There is too many fake items on the site i collect pop's but people bid too high and i won't take the risk as most are fake from china and re sold with uk sellers.
will never risk using them again.
selling is bad as fees on postage as final fee you make pennies .. It's not worth the hassle .
plus there is no one you can complain too as i appealed and still lost .. ...

eBay return appeal service

I live in Geneva/Switzerland. I bought a Vitamix blender from US. Turned out it doesn't work in Switzerland due to voltage. I sent it back with label provided by Ebay and informed via email. A few days later, I received a message saying ‘case closed, no refund'. I called ebay US, and after multiple long conversations that cost a lot of phone bill, I understood case was closed due to me not entering the tracking number upfront, and that I can appeal within 30 days once item arrives in Ebay. The item is in US customs since Jan 22. My 30 day deadline ends Feb 26. What happens if it doesn't arrive by then? Why cannot Ebay representatives simply enter the tracking number into system, and I get my refund when item arrives? Why do I need to explain the case each time I call to a representative and she gives me assurance it will be solved, and then I get transferred to the appeal agent who says no refund if item doesn't arrive by Feb 26? Why does ebay have such an inefficient and frustrating system?

eBay safety

This week I was asked to remember my creditcard after buying some stuffs on Ebay. I did so.
And now my creditcard has been blocked due to illegal activities!
I have been using this card for many years.

There are two possibilities:
One: The site of Ebay is unsafe and therefore my data was spoofed.
Two: Some workers at Ebay had used my card.

I like Ebay to contact me and find out what the problems are.

This is what I should have received from the seller on ebay.

Attached are email chains of delay by the seller in order to prevent a bad review on ebay for the seller's account.  It worked, I am not permitted now to post anything about the purchase and problems because the ebay seller had led me to believe that a refund would be completed.

eBay fake chinese junk

I think everyone should know this and be aware not to by anything from china. Everything on ebay that comes out of china is fake. These chinese use all sorts of tricks from listing themselves are being a uk seller when in fact if you read the bottom of their page you will see their address in china, They list themselves as being in major cities in the uk and their stock is uk based...all of this is lies. They also set up fake accounts and make bogus transactions between the accounts to give themselves false feedback and make themselves look like they are a reputable business. Anything you can imagine ...the chinese fake it all, even down the faking old coins. I guess the little yellow tag is rightly deserved as far as these people are concerned.

eBay unethical behavior from customer service

I had a gal try and pull a fast one on me, but it has been resolved and closed now, but I'm being punished for it and called a dishonest person by a customer service rep. about an override on my account by a supervisor a couple months ago. She said it doesn't exist, and no record of it exists in my account, yet I have that call and her call recorded to prove it. I asked to speak to supervisor, she said I'd get a call back but I never have. Neither time.
I would like to speak to a supervisor and my disability should not deem how I'm treated!
I can't attach recorded call.
This all took place today January 17th 2018

They are holding all of my funds on PayPal now all of a sudden even the funds that have nothing to do with ebay. I was well within my rights to decline refund, now it appears they are retaliating even though that case is closed and those funds released.
I needed help on an issue of shipment but couldn't get it.
I called late morning and early afternoon, and again in evening.
Im recovering from brain tumor and really struggle sometimes. I know this isn't making sense, but I have recordings of all calls so I don't get so confused, and wow the way they talked to me is hard to listen to.
There is just to much to give a lot of information about it all.

This ebay user ston_tamel is selling a replica Patek Philippe Nautilus. This is a Federal Crime and also a serious Crime in the State of California. In addition, Patek Philippe can sue the seller under the Lanham Act.

Dear Law Enforcement and Attorneys for Patek Philippe... I lay it out, so y'all can play it out. Bust this guy.

Trademark Infringement is not a victimless crime.

Legit companies like Seiko, Citizen, Timex, Bulova, etc. who sell watches at the price point of fakes are being damaged.

Patek Philippe will be wrongly judged on their extremely high quality by anyone who sees this watch and believes it is representative of the quality of Patek Philippe watches.

Watches bearing counterfeit trademarks are produced by Criminal Enterprises... Mostly operating out of China, Vietnam, and Hong Kong.

This seller needs to learn a lesson by being Prosecuted and Sued. The seller, ston_tamel can be arrested by local Police in California; Federal Agents; and can be sued for Violating the Lanham Act. All three can happen to the seller independently of one another.

Here is a link to the listing: http://ebay.to/2Csb18F

Attached is a screenshot taken on 01/02/2018 for use by Law Enforcement and Attorneys for the Victim.

Below is the California Law applicable to replica watches.

(3) Forfeiture of the proceeds of the crime shall be subject to Chapter 9 (commencing with Section 186) of Title 7 of Part 1. (3) Counterfeit mark means a spurious mark that is identical with, or confusingly similar to, a registered mark and is used, or intended to be used, on or in connection with the same type of goods or services for which the genuine mark is registered. This subdivision shall not be construed to abrogate or limit any civil rights or remedies for a trademark violation.

(h) This section shall not be enforced against any party who engages in fair uses of a mark, as specified in Section 14247 of the Business and Professions Code.

(i) When a person is convicted of an offense under this section, the court shall order the person to pay restitution to the trademark owner and any other victim of the offense pursuant to Section 1202.4.

eBay fake rolex yachtmaster being sold on ebay...

Ebay seller spoukd is selling an illegal fake rolex yachtmaster. this is a federal felony and also a crime in most states.

The seller claims to be from vicksburg, ms

Selling replica rolex watches is a serious crime. even if you tell the buyer it is a fake, you are still guilty of trafficking in items bearing counterfeit trademarks.

If this seller is selling this fake rolex, what other crimes is the seller committing? I suggest staying far away from anyone selling replica watches. even if you are buying an innocent item, you never know when this seller will be arrested... you might not get your item. it is also bad policy to buy items from someone engaged in criminal activity.

In addition to being a federal felony, it is also a separate felony in the state of mississippi to sell items bearing counterfeit trademarks.

Here is the mississippi law on trademark counterfeiting:

2013 mississippi code
Title 97 - crimes
Chapter 21 - forgery and counterfeiting
Article 1 - general provisions
§ 97-21-53 - trade-marks; counterfeiting and forging of

Three months back i ordered 8 items from AliExpress and I am waiting till now, none of the orders got delivered but in tracking it shows arrived in India. So i would suggest everyone not to select Yanwen Shipping.

I regret choosing Yanwen but my items prices were below 5$ so i thought i would for free yanwen shipping.

Guys if you want free shipping go for China Post or 4px because i personally had really good experience with china post

eBay filing anything

No matter what on ebay, they have a list to go thru on topics. If you have a complaint, or whatever, they give you a list to pick from without (other) so if you don't have their option, you are done. Ebay allows their sellers to use false advertising, and other scam tactics, and you are dead ended before you start on a complaint. They show an Item, and when you get it, it may be completely different from what they were selling, which has happened to me several times, and you are out of luck resolving the problem because you are dead ended. I just closed my account, It took about 30 minutes and I am still not sure about it being closed. China and the other Asian sites seem to be the worse for doing the false advertising and scam. And Ebay Has it set up to where you are on your own with it, they offer no resolution.

eBay iphone 6

The sellers name on ebay is Sunwebzone (AKA salivan network technology) The seller is based in China but lists many of their items as if they are being sent from within Australia.

This seller is a dirty, dishonest cheater who owes me over AU $400.

I bought a refurbished IPhone 6 from them, they advertised the phone with a warranty and 100% cash back if the phone had a problem within 30 days. The phone stopped working very quickly with a software issue. I contacted the seller, at first she offered $40 and asked me to bring the phone to a local apple store for fixing. I refused the offer. So, she told me to send it to the person in HongKong named Danny and offered a refund . I sent it to Hongkong (cost me $22 for the delivery). When the item was delivered to HongKong (I checked it with post office tracking website). I asked for the refund. The seller kept buying time, delaying the refund. Eventually it became obvious the seller had no intention of refunding me. I have returned the phone to them, and they have stolen over $400 as they have withheld the refund.

Avoid buying from these criminals.
