bought and paid for a replacement laptop battery about 2 months ago. tried to call. tried to email. no response.

I am having the exact same issue! It's been almost two months since they received my battery. I called about three weeks ago and reached someone on the phone. I was told that the cells would be coming in the following week. I just started checking again for a follow up this week, calling several times per day. The recording tells me that their representatives are busy and to leave a message. I did, with no response.
