Terrible restaurant 75 min delivery
We ordered from Star Market and the food was absolute garbage! We spent $95 for a bunch of food that we can't eat. The ramen might as well have been out of a package- the eggs we ordered in, which should have been poached, was just a sad fried egg. The friend rice was not friend. It was just rice with a bunch of stuff in it. It was all flavorless. The one thing we enjoyed were the potsticker. They were delicious. If I was at the restaurant I would have sent it all back.

I have had several orders sent out to my home and never delivered. When calling the EAT24 customer support the staff seems under whelmed and careless to the matters. These people are either paid horribly or terribly non in tune with how it feels to lose money and have the feeling of being robbed. I work very hard for my money and when I pay for a service I expect that service to be withheld, not give a arms in the sky "well, it says delivered geroge" response. They just DO NOT give a damn. I've had one woman by the name of Erica simple threaten the fact that their lines are recorded and that theres nothing to do but accept the fact that it says delivered, when it was not. I do not live in a gated community, I do have a visible apartment number; am I suppose to flag down my food once my money has been taken. EAT24 has unprofessional incompetent staff or again, maybe these people don't care because they're being under trained or compensated.. I careless, but when I order food and pay for food..
bad service with eat24 and subway!
I ordered two subs with my Eat 24 app. I waited 20 minutes past the ETA time and then called Subway with the number given on the app, and I was told that they didn't make my order because they don't work with Eat24. I told her that someone took my money and I was not happy. She didn't really seem concerned...in fact, she was a bit flippant! So then I called Eat24, and this guy said he would call Subway and see what could have happened. So now this process had taken 35 minutes past my ETA time as I'm waiting for some solution. The guy finally gets back on the phone and says he doesn't know what happened and the manager wasn't there. So, he said he would make sure I received my refund. I thought that was big of him! Meanwhile, I have hungry guests and no food. I was not even given a credit for time and trouble, or much of an apology. It was just, "I don't know what happened." Very bad business!

customer service/restaurant choice
I ordered a combination bbq dinner from JNJ Burger Shack and BBQ Los Angeles through eat24.com (not on Yelp but on website). The food was dry and old — the meat was inedible and all eat24.com offered was a 20% off code on my next order. How insulting! (I guess I'll find a can of tuna to eat tonight because all of the meat was too old and dry to eat). I advise everyone to stay away from this business. Customer Service rep Dante spoke to the restaurant and they apparently were unapologetic. What a crock! Apparently, eat24 doesn't screen restaurants before they allow them list with the delivery service.
yelp/eat24 ordering problem
Filled out Eat 24 from the Yelp connection pressed Order and a message came up at the top "Error-Try again Later' So I did. Again the message error-try again later. So, I went to Grub Hub and ordered.
A little while later 3 Emails came in confirming the same order. I checked my bank and there are 5 FIVE charges for the same amount.
Called Customer Service. They cancelled the 3 orders but not reinstate my loss of 79.65 in my bank account. Told 3-5 days to get those reversed. I'll go Bank and have them removed.
I will not do that again!

Of course, it was already cold. Not even my endless calls helped me get my order faster.
I am extremely disappointed you treat your customers this way and that I was one of them.

unacceptable service
I have ordered some food via eat24hours and was promised a delivery within 2-3 hours. I made quite a big order so such a long time was understandable.
3 hours passed and nothing arrived, there was no information about my order and when I contacted eat24hours they did not reply.
I found restaurants contact information and called them and restaurant manager said that they did not receive any orders from eat24hours.
My order never arrived and no matter how hard I've tried I was not able to reach eat24hours.
I used to buy from them in the past and they always had quite poor and unprofessional service, but my last experience was terrible and unacceptable. I will not use them again!
The same exact thing happened to me! We need to file a lawsuit for fraud and misrepresentation. Really, I am willing to pay to take this BS off the web

I've ordered a business lunch. They took my money and later I received a message from them saying they cannot deliver the food. When I contacted eat24hours customer care they promised to refund me and said that it could take up to 5 business days. Well, ten days already passed and still no money! This company is very bad and unprofessional! I'll never use them again and will tell all my friends and relatives about what happened!
horrible customer service
I ordered from them only once and will never order anything again! I ordered some food via Eat24Hours, paid for it and received a payment confirmation email. About 4 hours later I received a phone call and person on the phone told that the restaurant was already closed, so there will be no delivery today. Are you kidding me? I ordered food, because I needed it that day! They promised to refund me, gave me a $10 discount on my next order and I'm still waiting for my money. What kind of company is that? Please just shut down your business!
worst company ever!
I ordered some food from Eat24Hours but it never arrived. I made an order at 7:45 pm, but at 10:50pm the store was still closed! When I contacted the customer support they claimed that the order was on its way . Then it was 9:30pm and I decided to call them, because no one was responding on chat. I called them 6 times before someone finally picked up the phone. I explained what was going on and they still claimed my order was on its way. I told I know they were lying because the store was closed. They promised to give me a refund, but first they needed to call the store owner. They asked me to give them a few minutes and promised to call back. But that never happened. I ordered that food to have a movie night with my girlfriend, but they ruined everything! This is the worst company ever!
they haven't delivered food, but charged us really fast
People, don’t order food from the company www.eat24hours.com. When we ordered from them, the rep told us that the delivery would take 30 minutes. We waited 3 hours and tried to reach someone from the company. No one replied to our phone calls. The website is real ###, so be careful. As well as these jerks charged us and haven’t returned money back. The worst services and not recommended place, where to buy food.
