I rented a home theatre and tv from them and when i went out of town my house was broken into and stuff was tooken and then i had a death in the family so i was gone for a long time. well they kept calling all my references and my phone threatening they were going to file theft charges against me. after i done told them the stuff was stolen several times. they are very rude people they even got my doctor number and started to call them with the stuff making me sound bad when its not even my fault
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Why is it some people cant seem to take responsibility for there own actions. You are choosing not to pay your bill, easyhome fully owns the property until it is 100% paid for and they have the right to take ownership of the property if you choose not to pay for it. You cant rent a car and not pay for it...come on people grown a brain will you! As for the lady claiming they went to husbands work over 20 times, if they did, Im sure its because you both were avoiding them at all costs...you most likely were not answering your phone or your door, you were also most likely making promises to pay that you had no intention of keeping so what do you expect? I have done business with Easyhome for years and I have never had a problem but then again I pay my bill on time when it is do! Stop blaming the world and take responsibility for your own actions in life.
WELL, i think i am alarmed at this point. i am in the same or similar situation. it is just threats (i don't say that too make anyone sound like they are over reacting) but they can't charge you legally with theft if it was given too that person. they are letting middle to lower income people go there, i am guessing because they are more likely not to put up a fight or have the money connections too. i have a feeling that if ALLOT of people made this known and did a lawsuit, and team up if they are near the other complainants, then they would not have a good time of it.
I'm not a lawyer but this HAS to be illegal, they can't harass people and all others and if they go much further with my situation they are going to have BIG problems because i am disabled but have a family that will go to court and do anything they need to get them to stop. they hide behind the weak and more vulnerable, that doesn't make them good people. I'm posting this all over face book
We started our contract with easyhome over a year ago. We have already paid over $1, 300. Just one day late they come knocking on the door and calling 10 times a day burning up our phone! Rediculous! They have went to my husband's job more than 20 times causing him to get in trouble at work. Calling our references over and over and over and harassing them! ONE DAY late they do this. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!
