EasyHome dyson vacuum - not getting service from easyhome

On Saturday, January 26, 2019 I placed a call at Easyhome in Vanier due to the fact that our Dyson Vacuum that stopped working. Chris said that he would get a Robyn to call us back on Monday, January 28th.
I finally called back at the Vanier Store around 2pm and asked to speak to Robyn. She informed me that she didn't know what to do in regards to this matter, but that she would look into it and call me back later that day.
We are now Tuesday, January 29th, 1:12pm and still no news from Easyhome Vanier. I have paid my vacuum in full in December 2018. However, I have been paying the insurance and it seems that there is a one year guarantee after we are done paying for our purchases.
I want to know what can be done. We really like our Dyson, and I do think that it should be replaced by Easyhome very soon.
Can someone please contact me at the earliest of convenience. We have been good long term customers of Easyhome since approx. 1998 (our first purchases where done with a Manager called Bruce in the Lincoln Fields Mall) Hoping to have this issue resolved by this weekend.

EasyHome insurance on purchases

My complaint comes from how the insurance works on purchases at an Easy Home store. I hade been making payments on a living room set consisting of a love seat, chair and couch. I only had one last payment to make when we had a house fire that claimed everything. We had insurance on the furniture that was to be covered if there was a house fire. To me that means the furniture should be replaced by new furniture of equal or even lesser value. to my dismay, nothing was covered. We got nothing to replace the furniture. Not even a used couch. nothing at all after losing everything in the fire. How does that work? and why did I have to pay insurance all that time to get nothing in return.

EasyHome my recliner

I would like someone to contact me about the Las Vegas store want to file complaint I've been a loyal customer for 4 years and never be treated the way I have by a store before all this crooked business by this store and misleading promises just to get there money. I dont think this particular store should be open anymore too many negative and bad things with the employees and fraud

EasyHome need help with my t. v

Hello! my name is Jean-Claude Godin. I bought a 65 inch LG Smart TV from the branch in Bathurst NB. My TV broke down 6 months ago. I've been fighting with them to fix or repair before my TV is paid off. They made me an appointments to come and pick it up which they never showed up and didn't even bothered to call me to tell me that they couldn't show up. I went to see them 2 weeks after when my payment was due, they told me they couldn't make it because their truck broke down. I lost a days work for nothing, I was furious, so they scheduled me another appointment, so the next appointment comes John and Luc showed up at my house to check my TV, at this moment I thought that Luc was the manager he took pictures of my TV and told me that my TV couldn't be fixed and that I would receive a new one in 2 to 3 weeks, so I waited. at this time I told my girlfriend that I think they're giving me the run around until my TV is paid. so almost a month pass with no news. so I go see them again and ask them when are they going to come and get my TV. They came 3 weeks ago and only Luc came over to pick up a 65'' TV that was on a wall mount he showed up at 6:45 pm and I was gone to work and my girlfriend that has shoulder problems and had to help him to lift the TV off the wall mount, and Luc had brought a 55'' TV different model than mine and he told my girlfriend the same thing he told me the first time he came to take pictures of the TV that we would get a new TV same one that we had, delivered to us the following week that he picked up the TV. Luc picked up the TV on October 15, we are now November 6, since then we never received the other TV and my TV that he brought to the store, has been on the Bathurst branch floor on a couch like you can see in the pictures, for 3 weeks now for everyone to play with. I need to know how can stores treat their customers that way.

We have had a lot of issues with the store in Bathurst, I wish we would for once have a professional help for this matter.

The last problem I had at the store was with a call we had received for a reminder for a payment and there was people in the back of the call like manager and other workers laughing at the call because the worker that had called us was not at all professional and when we went at the store that day as soon as we walked in there was 2 workers and the Manager Lisa at that time, they started laughing at us until my girlfriend advised them that she wasn't to impressed about the matter, and when we tried to tell the manager what we were upset about she told us very clearly to shut up that she had heard enough. This made my girlfriend so disrespected that when she goes to the store to make her payment if Lisa is the one that will serve her she will just turn around and call saint john store to make her payment over the phone.

EasyHome repossession agent

I have fallen behind on payments but have full intentions on paying and it is embarrassing but I understand the consequences and it's now your job to come and collect the items I have leased.

The agent they sent to my house..

He called my place of employment the other morning around 10am and impersonated a family member in order to try and coherse my coworker into giving my whereabouts.

He then showed up to my place of employment with your employee and harassed my coworkers stating there was a warrant for my arrest. When told that I was not there and they were not going to call me in front of them he accused them of "hiding" me. Threatened that he will return with police and will embarrass the company for "hiding" me so they better bring me out. My place of employment then called me to notify me of the incident because they were concerned for my safety.

He then showed up to my home and violently banged on the door. I understand he has the right to come and try to assist but I was not comfortable opening the door so my roommate kindly told him he needs to stop banging and that she will ask me to contact them. He then threatens to call the police if she does not let him in and she said go ahead and shut the door. He continues to bang on the door after she notifies him that she will not give my whereabouts.

After opening the door a second time he then threatens to put her under "citizens arrest" for obstructing a criminal and that there is "stolen" property in the apartment and she is to let him in. My roommate explains that due to his hostility and not knowing who he is, she is not giving him permission to enter the property and shuts the door, he then waited outside my door and tried to wiggle my door handle and enter codes on my keypad in attempt to enter the property.

I had called the police to assist in the situation as I am more than willing to cooperate as-long as it is not this agent.

By no means am I trying to excuse the fact that I am in the wrong for defaulting my payment but this behaviour is not necessary

EasyHome customer service

Today around 4:00 pm I got a call from easy home (Cambridge, ON location) they advised me that I would not be receiving my furniture today because the guy who could move it would no longer be there at 5 pm. When I purchased my product prior my concerns were that I was going to thrown around due to previous sales. I told them that I wanted it today and I had someone help to move it. Well when easy home showed up they told me that they don't have insurance to come in my house and that they would have to leave my new furniture on the curb side his name was aly . I spoke to the manager who also didn't have a care in the world that my 56 year old father with bad legs had to move the new couch and loveseat as the driver left our furniture in the rain. He laughed at me and gave me attitude aswell as the manager Victor Nutter . Nothing was communicated that I would need Someone to move my Products. as The customer service representative Promise me that they would be at my location for 5 o'clock in someone but move it in for me but I would have to pay $50 for delivery. I am so disgusted in the customer service I received today not only have I had problems with them before but the lack of professionalism was unbearable. I am a customer and I deserve to be treated with respect. I I paid out right this couch said I will never come back or is that just my family or Friends to ever purchase or rent from the location at Cambridge on. My phone number is [protected]. EasyHome complaint about being harassment

I was suppose to be set for monthly payments. I told they guy who set my account up mutiple times that I wanted to be on a monthly contract and he said that he had me set up for that.. A couple days later I get a call saying that I owed a payment which I knew for a fact I didnt because I only had the stuff for about a week. I also told the person I spoke with that I should be on monthly payments and he said that they would get it corrected for me 2 days later they call me again stating that I owed 189$ dollars im like ok you know what just come pick up the stuff I will go rent somewhere else I set a date for them to pick up on a thursday at 3:00 p.M. They said ok that would be fine 15mins later here come easy home pulling up to my house as im getting ready for work after I had just spoke with them I catch one if them looking thru my bedroom window where they know they had brought the bedroom set to.. The day they came out after I had spoke to them and I told them to come on monday at 3:00p. M they never showed up im starting to get scared they are sitting outside my house for hours I havent even had this stuff 30days yet. And I have the money to afford it I work at the hospital as a medical asst and phlebotomist.. I work from 7am to 7pm please contact be back by email or phone [protected]@gmail.com

EasyHome products

This is a complaint to store 228 we are regular customers for over 5 years and because we missed a payment and even told them we were going on vacation and will pay it when we get back they are saying it is our responsibility still well Stewart Gale does not get direct deposit so will be picking up his pay as soon as we return and now they go and shut off his laptop cause Connie at store 228 said it is their policy when she was the one that said it was fine for Stewart to pay for his products when he gets back so we have had problems with Connie before in the long run so please can you deal with this issue and turn my laptop back this is my not sorce of communication s I will be paying for my products on Tuesday cause I return to work on Monday. If this is not resolved I will be not recommending anyone to you guys again.

EasyHome re: unethical behavior, profiling, & lousy customer service (niagara falls location)

Hello there, and good afternoon.

I am hoping that the individual that reads this message will direct it to the correct department or individual who handles complaints.

I must say that I was very optimistic about becoming an EasyHome Customer. I realize there is no need for me to share such information with a stranger, or company...but EasyHome seemed to be the perfect solution to my current situation: Having recently gone through a nasty divorce -- which resulted in my credit being ruined after my husband left myself & our 2 daughters. Regardless of my personal home struggles, I figured that EasyHome would be a great financial solution to obtain a washing machine (& in the near future, a dryer and air conditioning unit ... along with other items I already needed to finish furnishing my new, single-mom home).

With all my paperwork, financial and tax return information in hand, I ended up visiting your Niagara Falls location - off of Morrison. Initially, I dealt with a gentleman whose name I believe was Rob (either way, I'd be able to pick him out if I saw him again). My initial experience with this employee was a decent one. He seemed somewhat knowledgeable about the products you carry, etc. but possessed limited information when it came to billing and payment inquiries. After he reviewed my paperwork, I was "approved", & went ahead and selected a washing machine that would be economical for me on my fixed income. I would also like to point out that during this "approval", I was approved on my own and without a co-applicant.

That being said, I went ahead and paid an up-front fee of $75 at the store, and we made arrangements for delivery.

That seemed to be a quick, easy and painless process - yes?

WRONG!

The morning of delivery, on Thursday, May 17th, I had a phone call from your Niagara Falls location from a male (who has a somewhat southern accent, and is missing front teeth) who told me that in order to deliver the product, they needed to approve my application because Tiffany* "said so" (*I'm assuming this Tiffany is your financial or branch manager?) Matter of fact, I learned that same morning that EasyHome had not checked ANY of my personal references that I gave them during the initial application & subsequent "approval" process. Tiffany then changed the arrangements of my agreement with EasyHome, and had this young, immature delivery person relay her messages to me from her.

Altogether, Tiffany did the following:

(1): Told the customer service representative that EasyHome would NOT deliver the washing machine if they could not speak to all 3 of my references before the washing machine would even be delivered.
- REALLY!? If that were the case--which I normally don''t mind at all as a consumer--then why would I be told I was already approved? Why would I have gone through the entire application, rental, and payment process if your employees didn't complete their registration/approval process like they told me they did?
(2): On my contract, I had only asked to be billed for the rental item, and whatever additional warranty fees -- but I did NOT elect to enroll in anything additional, such as a $17/monthly charge for the Customer Benefit Program, which I am 99.999999% certain was added to my agreement WITHOUT MY CONSENT.
(3): Again, AFTER I had been "approved" in-store, Tiffany then decided that I all of a sudden was in need of a co-applicant. Although I was a bit agitated at this whole disorganized and unprofessional process, I tried to be a decent customer -- tried to make Tiffany's life easier, and provided info for a co-applicant after I was individually approved. I guess the more info and SIN numbers you guys have, the more credit you can wreck with?
(4): I had also asked that my payments come out on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, again, being on a fixed income.
(5): Unbeknownst to be, at the time of product rental, my mother (who lives in Florida) became terminally ill. As a result, I had been flying back and forth to Florida to care for her. At the time of my in-store application, I indicated that I would like payments to come out of my bank account, or against my Visa Debit Card. On June 1st, no payment had come out. Then suddenly, last week I had been informed via text that my account was past-due, and I risked termination of my lease agreement. I spoke to one of your employees via phone Thursday evening, June 14th, and was told that I owe a whopping $95. At that time, I asked that Tiffany please personally call me so I could figure out the error in billing. I was assured that Tiffany would phone me back either Thursday evening, or when she was back in on Friday. No problem! I couldn't wait to work this out so I could keep enjoying the washing machine.

Fast forward to Saturday, June 16th, I had 2 men from EasyHome POUNDING on my door, demanding entry into my home, and TELLING me they're taking my washing machine back. I was given an "ultimatum" which I normally don't appreciate on a day-to-day basis---but that ultimatum was VERY UNWELCOME on my front porch, and in front of my NEIGHBORS (5-7 of them were outside) when your employees LOUDLY STATED THAT THEY WERE HERE TO COLLECT A WASHING MACHINE DUE TO NON-PAYMENT. So now I have a dying mother in Florida who I'm trying to care for, my neighbors now think I'm an awesome deadbeat who can't afford a small monthly payment for a washing machine, and I've got 2 strange men on my front porch demanding entry into my home, or $95 cash to leave.

I then told the men that (1) I would not be paying $95 that moment, and (2) I inquired as to whether or not Tiffany was calling me back to clear up this issue. I was told that yes, if I gave them $95, they'd gladly have Tiffany return my phone call when they got back to the store.

I'm sorry, but as a person or a customer, I would never pay $95 just to have some glorified retail associate call me back at her convenience. She couldn't be bothered to do her job for free, and having seen her true personality, I doubt she'd do it for $200 let alone $95. At that time, I told your guys to take the washing machine. I'll wash my clothes in the bath tub before I am humiliated, treated like garbage, spoken down to, threatened, and given the run around from EasyHome and this Tiffany broad.

After the men left with the washing machine, I texted Tiffany back thanking her for her outstanding professionalism in calling me back to deal with the matter, to which she replied that she had been calling and/or texting me everyday since June 1st. I had no voicemails from EasyHome, and I still have the text messages I replied to -- and did not get a response in return. I'm not sure about you and your employees, but I have yet to master the art of mind reading.

I then pointed out to Tiffany that I needed clarification on how my account could be considered 30, 60 or even 90 days past due if I hadn't even had the product for a full month, AND I paid a pro-rated $75 at the time of my in-store application. Additionally, how on earth did an economical rental of $20-some odd dollars monthly turn into a bill of $95+? Oh, that's right -- I was enrolled in that Customer Benefit Program that I asked not to be enrolled in...and was probably double charged seeing as how disorganized that Niagara Falls location is.

I am beyond sick to my stomach on how I was treated. Not just as a customer, but as a decent human being. Yes, like I said - my credit is shot due to my divorce, and I unfortunately could only afford housing in the Crystal Beach area. HOWEVER, that does not give any employees, let alone all the Tiffany's in the world the right to profile me, humiliate me, and assume that I'm unable to be a long-term or repeat customer solely based on my location, credit score, and income. For a company that supposedly prides itself in their ability to help everyone from all walks of life, I am truly disappointed and disgusted.

Worst of all? Tiffany, nor any other employees, even made a sad, pathetic attempt to help answer my billing questions - nor were they even interested in helping me bring my bill up to date so I could continue to be a customer. I guess consumer loyalty no longer matters in modern day society.

I am so sorry to have had this experience, and I would not even want to imagine how many other people have been treated this way by Tiffany, and by EasyHome in general. I am now left without a washer and a dryer -- which is just peachy with 2 kids, one of whom is special needs and just turned 1.

If you have any further questions (and provided you actually believe in customer service, unlike your Niagara Falls location, and Tiffany's personality), please do not hesitate to contact me. In parting, I will not be surprised if this complaint, too, falls upon deaf ears. I would have never parted with the $75 initially had I known I was paying that amount to rent a washing machine for a couple of weeks -- & paying to be humiliated and treated like white trash. Awesome experience.

Member of your staff at the ottawa emvale location has breach the confedentionaly of my account (Penny Forsythe) to people that i owe u money and that i destroyed the product. When the manger of the store never authorized the product to be picked up. Doing so they threw the belonging s of my self and daughters things on the floor. Also breaking my daughters mirror that hung on the wall .
Yes we owe but i want something done before paying.

Yeah not to beat a dead horse with what everybody else is said about their outstanding business ethics and customer service but my story is I rented a few products from them October being my very first month being late with my payment with 5 months already paid, not even a week goes by and I have a woman phoning me telling me that I'm going to be kicked off my disability, I should probably mention that I have a brain injury from a head injury that I occurred and I have some PTSD problems when it comes to violence or anything like that so I get a woman tell me they will be kicked off disability then the next day I have two guys show up to my house banging on my door wondering where my money is and when I tell them that I can't talk at about it at the moment because I'm running out the door for an appointment just as they show up, I get told no that I can't leave until I talk to the lady on the phone so I have to stop everything that I'm doing just to talk to this woman and explain to her why I could not make my payment and she would not hang up until I pretty much told her everything is going on in my life and at this point in time to be honest and I'm 42 years old I'm a very mature I feel like I'm very educated and I love people and I try to see the best in every situation but believe me when I say my head is not in the clouds I know when people are saying things to get things in their way by telling me that I'm not even supposed to be getting loans and I can be kicked off well then why would you allow me to get the loan then why wouldn't that be a protocol if your renting to people, that if you're on ODSP it's a no-go many other sites explain right away that you either have to be working or something and denied if you're on ODSP but nothing was said to me when I signed up first time being late I don't even get an opportunity for the next month to make up the bill been demanded to give the stuff back to call them so I don't even want to answer my door anymore when there's pounding on the door guys showing up to my house it's definitely take my PTSD in pretty high RPM and if anybody out there has suffered any kind of depression or PTSD they understand what I'm saying right now that it's literally cause some major barriers again in my life with this with being threatened and angry and like I feel like I owe some drug debt and Pablo Escobar's coming to collect little excessive but you know what I mean LOL but thats what I feel like or to some bookie or the mob or something. That's how they make it feel to me right now all I can say to you beautiful people do not rent from easy home I know it's very tempting and tantalizing when we have nothing and we have the ability to you know feel like things are going well because we have things as far as I'm concerned if it doesn't have to do with kids and keeping a child happy healthy and or entertained then forget I would rather burn the stuff and piss on it and let them take me to court please people out there that are going to read these do not waste your time your money your patience and your sanity on a place that doesn't give two squirts of piss about any situation in your life and are willing to embarrass you belittle you and make you feel like a deadbeat because you're a little late on a payment meanwhile the jerk off behind the desk who's running the show has 3-4 maxed out credit cards a nasty bingo habit and smokes 2 packs aday and going through a [censored]y divorce so keep judging me lady and the branch that's the way I feel it probably is when so as of now I am sitting wondering what I should really do, I want to give it back, it's the responsible thing to do because yes I did go in there and get it but the child and the angry person that I am today I want to be spiteful and I don't want to give it back I wanted to pay for it I wanted to keep it but I just don't want to give it to them you know maybe it will get donated tosome low income family this Xmas...oh ya I'm speaking of the North Bay branch so that's my story live long and prosper LOL... EasyHome my bed

Ideal with easy home saint John new brunswick on consumer drive the guy Shane absolutely disgusted me with how ignorant he is I'm never late in my payments my bed is 7 months old and falling apart stitching coming out I been waiting almost two weeks and not even a courtesy call after ditching me twice then tonight hangs up on me while I'm asking a question ... He is just plain ignorant

EasyHome fridge

Hello my name is john lent, last year June 2017 i called yarmouth ns store i needed a fridge .I was told they had one retuned fridge that i could get . So i did .they told me it would be a year and a half .and it been a year and today when i called today i was told it was a 3 year contract . Now i have been dealing with easyhome for about 10 years and have never had any promblems i want to know y they told me it was a retunbed thing but are chargeing me for a new one . Thge manger at the yarmouth store is not very helpful with anything .She tells u one thing and then changes thing . it same as a cell phone i had fr there it would not charge and they would not send it off to get fixed, i am very very disapointed in thing . if you look up my name at easyhome files you will see we always payed our bill and have got lots of things over the years .i would like to have a reply fr u on this matter

EasyHome gas stove

Easy home in Lawton Oklahoma employee came to a gas stove that half worked anyway well when they took we were not at home they broke are gas line. We cannot cook are anything I am asking for something to be done are I will hire a attorney . Man pushed his way in the house on my daughter wanting plars to disconnect the stove. I demand something done about this.

EasyHome customer service

Hello,
I've been a customer with you for over 10 years consecutively. Up until this recent year, I've had no issues. But a few months ago, I was over charged twice and tried calling the store, tried visiting the store with no one returning my calls or addressing the situation. I had to contact the regional manager to get anywhere. Then there was a mess-up with my dining set that still hasn't been rectified...they only gave me four chairs originally when there were supposed to be 6. I had to wait a few months before I got the other two, and when I did, they were a different color and style. I have since tried to get this rectified, but it never has been.

This time, I've contacted the store over 3 weeks ago to tell them that my reclining couch set was broken. It had always had a problem closing properly (one end) but had broken completely and won't close at all anymore. This is such an inconvenience because it's left open all the time, hard to get around it sometimes and doesn't look good open all the time. So...they told me that someone would be over to fix it or if they couldn't fix it, they would take it with them. I asked "and leave me with no couch?" and they said "yes, unfortunately". This to me, is unacceptable on it's own. But no one has ever come. I called again the next week and asked when I could expect someone, the worker told me that someone would be in touch. No one has ever called or visited. Getting more and more frustrated, I called last Monday, no one answered so I left a message stating that if no one returned my call soon, that I would have no option then to reach out to the Regional Manager. That was over a week ago, and still nothing.

I've been with you guys for quite some time. We have paid out numerous things over the years, never have been late with payments and always got along great with the staff. We now have a couch set, coffee table set, lamps. Dining room set, fridge, bedroom set and another reclining couch set. We pay almost $500 monthly. My husband keeps telling me to send everything back, have you guys come pick up everything and we'll go to Aaron's instead. I do not really want to do this, but the customer service is lacking. I'm not sure if they're holding a grudge against me because I had to go to the Regional Manager before or not, but if so...that is not very professional. I just want something done. I want my couch fixed, or replaced...we are only a year from having it paid off. I think I deserve some kind of customer service. I deal with the Easyhome location on Portland Street in Dartmouth, NS. Maybe a free month or two is in order...because I really don't know why I continue to be a customer against my husband's wishes.

EasyHome damages due to furniture pick up.

My walls being tore up along with the stairs being chipped and the yard being tore up in my apartment complex. I need for someone to come out and take care of these damages and due to the damages the couch that they had me renting was used and tore up from the first time it was brought in and my walls was scuffed up then and i told one of the managers and nothing was done then. I also requested the corporate number and i was told to look it up..

EasyHome manager at hawkesbury ontario

I have had a rewrite on my account because I lost a baby in august since then I have paid monthly without missing.. I feel the manager is harassing me and calls me at 8 am in the morning pn my check days... Are you kidding me... Targets my number dont even give me the day to get there... Most people can be late and pay a fee I dont have that option with that guy he is a real [censor] with us..
Now its christmas season and he is worst with us and im sick of dealing with him I almost dont even wanna go to that store to pay its very inconfortable I hope you deal with this as I would like to keep my things... And continue to pay... I asked him to change my account to weekly so I can pay online and he refuses at least that way o can pay ahead and I can also pay a week at a time if my income only allows me to do that... Francois at easyhome hawkesbury hung up on my face 5 times in a row when trying to arrange something with him with late fees.. And even if im 1 day late charges me the fees every time this is why I cannot get ahead with him.. I am calling better business bureau about this as well

EasyHome tv and couches

Well I've been a great customer since about 2 years now. I've always made my payments on time. Even when I was in the hospital receiving my chemo, I found a way to make a payment. Well my grandmother passed away and We had to shut the machines off so we're planning a funeral and things are tough right now. They literally called as we were still figuring out funeral planning. Erica tells me that the owners dont even want to hear her speak about why I dont have a payment and that they will come and get my things. I think this is horrible and no remorse. Then erika tells me to hold and then the owner comes on the phone and tells me hes not even gonna speak with me cause im distraught and dont want to say things that will make me upset. So he'll call me tomorrow. I said they will get there payment but Dec 3rd. Im literally hitting a financial problem this month due to this. I dont even know if I'll have enough money to plan a proper funeral for my grandmother. At this point I think its time I contact corporate or Some outlet that can help me because I feel this is unjust and just wrong. And if this is how they treat good paying customers I can only imagine how they treat others. They are defiantly not making this whole ordeal any easier for my family at this time. Very disappointed and hurt.

I have several things from Easy Home. I had to declare personal bankruptcy, my trustee told me that I did not have to give my items up because they did not have a lean ( security on it). I have already paid over a year and half on the items. Before declaring bankruptcy they combine some of my items to pay it a single payment ( which is nice) They did without my permission. There is some things I did not even sign the agreements.

Now they have completely renewed my agreement from the beginning just like I am paying for the stuff all over again. There was no new agreements signed or payment plan.. They just did it on their own. I kept asking them to change it from weekly to bi weekly they keep saying they could not do it. When I asked them to seperate the bundle they did without my permission .. They said it could not be done.. Is there anything I can do about this?

EasyHome acer laptop

I came in to buy a laptop, Saturday October 21 2017, I originally wanted the product to not be previously owned, but I was not aware of that until we were nearly done, going through and initialing the paperwork for the product. I was scheduled for work at the time they were supposed to deliver, so my father signed for me and when I was going to use it that following night, the laptop I purchased for $30.91 still had the previous owner's passcode, making a product that I paid for inaccessible for me to use. As I didn't want a used product in the first place, I felt the best thing to do was return it all together, which was what I did first thing the following Monday afternoon after I got off work, hoping to reconcile, given the circumstances I thought would be quite reasonable. Instead, I was told policy is policy and that there's nothing they can do except to reformat the product for me, something that should have been done in the first place before having sold the product to a client. This was my first experience with Easyhome and I'm positive it will be my last, if there is any way of getting a full refund for the product that I purchased that was inexcusably inaccessible for me to use. I don't think it's right that I'm getting ripped off because the people that have been hired in the Easyhome store located on 1600-15th ave Prince George, BC, can't do their jobs properly, to the extent of me having to write this complaint in hopes of accomplishing something I was not able to do in person.

EasyHome I am complaining about a extra payment that was taken out my bank

I am very unimpressed with my services. I called to make a visa debit payment because i could not make it in the yarmouth nova scotia store . If i did not call over the
Phone and make the payment i would have recieved late fees..three payments were taken out my account one for 263.00 and one for 243.00 and another for 20.00..this error happened because a male answered the phone and took my payment and i could tell he didnt know what he was doing . He told me my payment was declined and then put the girl on the phone. She went ahead and took the payment again. Both payments went threw. I was told my money would be back in my account in a half hour.. Then i was told monday..and today i am told five to ten days and then depending on my bank. I am a single mother with 3 kids and i start back to work in one day. I needed this money for errands and my daughters glasses. Things i needed done before i start work .. I am beyond upset and out of this all no one has offered me anything . This was not my fault and i feel like something more should be done or offered here besides a sorry. $520.00 is alot of money to be removed out of someones bank account. I just referred you a customer last month, but i will not be doing it again . I might even return my things

EasyHome couch and, tv, ps3, washer dryer

I got a couch that has been messed up and it keeps breaking in different places, when I addressed this with the Bristol Virginia Store they were extremely rude, as in Mrs. Mindy Campbell said I'm not worried about your computer and stated the couch was not broke when it came from the store and proceeded to tell me to call the store at the local number, after telling her personally I was filing a corporate complaint she said please do, these people have been taking money and when my lease agreements have been nothing but outrageous, also Mindy has twisted my lease payments to make me pay more money than what I can actually get it at for retail and also adding onto my payments as well, My ps3 has been paying for 3 1/2 years after almost 3 months into paying it off the equipment quits working and they replaced it from Gamestop and added 18 more months than when my tv got accidently broken told me they couldn't replace my tv and added 2 more years onto my tv payment, plus the tv I no longer have due to the facts it broken by one of my cats. I already paid 12 months on the tv giving me 24 more months on a 32 inch hisense tv that no longer works had to be thrown into the trash. I Also had a laptop that was broken by a person whom I took a warrant on Mr. Campbell the store manager of The Bristol and Kingsport location made me pay for something I did not do, now that I'm leasing another laptop the video driver is out of commission it will not update nor stay on long enough to do anything. The level of business this store does is downright rude and obnoxious, they do not take good care of their equipment and they do not fix what needs to be fixed, and their furniture has burn holes and scratches and all kinds of stuff on their equipment, my washer has a dent in it on both sides plus my dryer is scratched and dented. the lamps have a short in them on one of them I fixed that personally, we also purchased two or three different tvs from them on the facts they kept raising the prices and not leaving them at fixed rate but ripping us off saying we owe this amount than this amount than this amount and nothing was added to the lease agreement .
