I ordered their trial, and cancelled within the given trial period.

I was told over the phone by one of their reps not to return the product, that I would not be billed any further charges...

WRONG. They scammed me. They will scam you too.

If anyone is interested in a class action Lawsuit, I'm looking into one.

I've also filed formal Better Business Bureau Complaints, I have contacted my Credit Card's fraud division, as well as the Police Dept in Boulder Colorado to file charges against them for Internet and Mail fraud. I will also be contacting MY police dept here in Waxahachie to file a report.

I was practically made fun of by the customer service reps from Easy white, and basically told I was stupid and they didn't care if I was happy or not.

I even have the product here unopened, which I offered to send back to recieve my refund, which the promtply brushed off saying "If you do that, you'll just lose out on your product you paid for as well." SCAM, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They specifically told me, "We wouldn't stay in business long if we refunded people their money."

WOW, so RIPPING them off is MORE important then having them be happy? Wow, GREAT business model.

We see how that turned out for Enron, WorldCom, etc... If anyone from EasyWhite is reading this, I would be more then happy to drop all my claims, disputes, police reports, etc if you refund my credit card.

If not, I WILL be opening a website COMPLETELY designed to steer folks AWAY from your site. I will list EVERY single BBB complaints, every complaint I can find on the internet, and make SURE you guys have as little business as possible. I'm not your average user, and I will NOT give up until I make sure your company rectifies this with me.

I don't care if I spend $10, 000... I do NOT like being lied to or ripped off.

Why stop if the company refunds YOUR money? I'm sure there are many consumers who were ripped off who don't have the means or feel up to pursuing a refund the way you plan to. Why not continue for their sake, too?
I saw the product through a supposed reviews site where Easy White was listed as the best of the top 5 in 2021. Fortunately, I kept searching and found this site. I'm 68 and, many years ago, discovered that the world is not as it used to be when I was young. I've become skeptical of anything where money changes hands. It's sad that we can no longer trust anyone!
Good luck with bringing Easy White to its knees!

Ok, they got me too!

Step 1 When I opened my Credit card statement I was surprized to find charges for 78.00 twice. One from Max white teeth and one from Easywhitelabs. Ouch! When called they both brushed me off and refused to refund the product.

Step 2 I call Capital one complaint department and was assisted by a very nice young lady in India. She assured me not to worry that she would help me through the trouble.

Step 3 A month has passed and another charge showed up from Easy White for 85.18 Ouch! This is getting old. 1st call got me a RMA # but no confirmation that my subscription was cancelled. Another call to Capital one same as above in step 2.
I called Easy White back to get the confirmation number and spoke with a different guy named Mel who not only gave me much better customer service but also gave me a confirmation # and told me to just keep the product for my trouble. Right!

Step 4 I am returning all products mailed to me and sit here waiting for the credit to my account.

Call me naive in Miami.

totally agree...i was scammed and am really upset over this...please contact me at lgarza@austin.rr.com...something needs to be done

Donnie, I just got scammed; didn't see this info until I saw scam info on another company. My email is creativivememorie@bellsouth.net. This is so that Donnie can get in touch with me, because I want this company to stop scamming people. The economy is bad enough without paying for things you don't get.
