I ordered a sample of Easy White Lab's teeth whitening product - it also had a similar product sample from a completely different company, however, these two companies work together.

All you had to do is pay a shipping charge and try the 10 day trial. So now they have your credit card information. Within hours there is three charges on my credit card $6.99, 4.99 and $1.97 for shipping.

I only rec'd an invoice from one of the company's and cannot get the other company to send me one.

The agreement with Easy White is they were to send you a 10 day trial and if you want to cancel it has to be before the end of those 10 days. I have talked to many other people that have been scammed and they don't even receive it until after the 10 day period so you cannot cancel until after they charge you $78.23 and another $6.99 in shipping. The same goes the same for the other company Teeth Whitening/ DBA Advance Wellness Research.

This is the biggest scam and it is taking money from hard working people. They need to be wiped off of the internet. Someone with authority needs to look into these companies and work for the hard working people.

Please someone out there with any authority help all of us that have been scammed by these two piece of crap scamming websites.

To ElleBlondie,

Unfortunately, the only way to stop these malicious charges is to report your card stolen and get a new number issued. These ### will continue to try to charge your card. I had to do this to stop this blatant ripoff myself. I hate these ###.

This is a complete scam! After the trial, Easy White charged my card $85.18 for the next shipment and then another charge for $85.18 posted to my account 10 days later under the name Tooth White. When I called to inquire about the charges, the customer service rep told me the charge was not showing up in their system and I should wait two more days. I called my bank to ask for a phone number for the company that made the charge and surprise, surprise when I called the number, I was connected to Easy White Labs. After demanding to talk to a supervisor, I was told it was all just a huge coincidence. That there are millions of teeth whitening companies that all charge the same amount and then banks attach random company phone numbers to these charges. Would anyone believe that story?!?

To hottgurl6934: While I take responsibility for not canceling the trial offer in the appropriate amount of time, and accept the charge for the product they sent, that does NOT give ANY company the right to charge people's credit cards whenever they want. Not to mention under a different company name. Also, they should not continue to charge people AFTER accounts have been cancelled even if that cancellation occurred after the 10 day trial period as seems to be the case with a lot of people on this blog.

I agree with all that was said above. I have emailed this company numerous times. Their other address I have on one of my emails was out of CO, note CA. They said they have cancelled everything on my account, but we will see. I have closed this debit card.

If they do try to bill my account again, this means that they have my bank account information, not just my debit card which was all I put on their website.

Okay, just a heads up. I plan to go to my bank today and close my bank account totally. I am sending their product back to them, unopened, and I'm sure they will just send it on to another naieve customer.

Their customer service is the pits.

REVENGE! These creeps are ripping off thousands of people. Do you know they pay a fee every time someone clicks on their ad? So keep clicking on their various ad but don't buy anything... just keep clicking!... over and over and over. If everyone does it a little bit we can drain their coffers. I also constantly call their toll-free number as well as constant emails to their customer service email addresses. Just make yourself as obnoxious as you can and try to disrupt their business as much as you can. If everyone does their part, these losers will disappear.

I tried Easy white labs and it was great... You all probably didnt cancel at the right time.. Its 10 days from the ship date.. and it takes 3-4days just to ship.. which leaves you with about 5days to try the product. Also if you complain about sensitivity you probably should know it does have a high percentage of carbanide perxoide whitening solution... Duh... I was charged the appropriate amount and cancelled in the right time.

I posted a comment about these companies both being a scam. http://www.cathysteeth.com/teeth-whitening/1?t202id=22444&t202kw=160x600_8. But I doubt it will be there long because this is a sales site.

I ALSO AM HAVING A RECURRING PROBLEM WITH THESE DIRT BAGS! I WAS ALREADY BILLED $78.23 BEFORE I EVEN OPENED THE FIRST TRIAL! I SEND IT BACK AFTER I GET APPROVAL TO DO SO, I GET REFUNDED A FEW DAYS LATER AFTER THEY RECEIVE IT. I HAVE AN EMAIL THAT I AM REFUNDED, MY ACCOUNT IS CLOSED, AND I WILL NEVER BE BILLED AGAIN.GUESS WHAT? THEY SEND ME ANOTHER KIT AND NOW I SEE MY BANK ACCOUNT WAS BILLED $78.23 AGAIN! MY BANK ISSUED ME TO COSE MY ORIGINAL ATM CARD BECAUE OF THESE PEOPLE! WELL HOW DID THIS HAPPEN AGAIN AFTER A NEW ATM CARD? PLUS MY ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED AND I HAVE PROOF OF ALL OF THIS IN AN EMAIL FROM EASY WHITE LABS! I WOULD LOVE TO JOIN SOME ONE IN A LEGAL ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST EASY WHITE LABS! THEY ARE THEIVES STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I have had the same thing happen to me as well. I did talk to a supervisor after talking to a cs rep., from Easy White. She informed me that there would be no refund at all. I had not been able to use the product.

I have a breathing problem and as soon as I opened it, it took my breath away.

I too feel that this is a scam and I am hopeful more people will see these complaints and do not order this or the other companies products.

BEWARE...One company was willing to give my money back, but the EASY WHITE COMPANY REFUSED to give all of my money back. They did however "refund" $35.00 to my account. So, the $1.83 "sample" ended up costing me much much more. A total of $45.06...They are telling me it is a "full" size and not a sample. We will see once I use it.
Good Luck and Be Aware of this companies policy!
