I own a business and know how these complaint web-site work. Just meant to bash hard working people. In college I worked as a waiter and people always wait until their meal is gone and then complain. Just to try to get it for free. As a business owner I can assure you reading complaints on businesses on the internet is a waist of time. The competition can make untrue complaints, a disgruntled employee or past employee can make false complaints. And as a business it can do little to fix it once it is on the internet. Easy Timeshare Resales LLC is a legitimate company. I am happy with them. If you have a complaint take it up with them. They can't fix it if they don't know about it and you only post it online. Otherwise if you are reading this web-site to "check up on them" assume all complaints are made by people wanting a free meal, competitor, or disgruntled past employee. Any concern or problem I have experienced with Easy Timeshare Resales has been handled appropriatley and I am happy with their services. Thanks for reading.

I just recently signed up with this company about 2 months ago and so far so good. I can honestly say that i have nothing to complain about. My agent has helped my wife and I with all of our questions and did a very good job explaining everything. I have my Stormy Point timeshare with them and have it listed for $19, 000. So far I have only received 2 offers and both of them were only for around $14, 000-$15, 000 but since we don't have to sell were willing to wait for the right price. If you are in the same situation I definitely recommend giving them a try. I tried listing my property with another company Vacation Depot about a year ago and got scammed out of $700. They are nothing like Vacation Depot and at the very least they return phone calls when I call them.

They strive to intercept fraudulent offers, they do not collect ridiculous upfront fees, they have written guarantees and they really work to help! All I can tell you about Easytimeshareresales.com is they are TROUBLE...Scott Quartararo worked for them for a long time and he has a history of Credit Card Fraud. Matter of fact the complaints came rolling in from from clients who listed with their company and suddenly charges were appearing on their credit card statements.

I disagree because I was told that they would charge 19.95 for the first month fee, then when I checked my bank account they took out 59.95, which I was upset about because nobody said that you had to pay both first and second month fees to start. So they said that they would give me my next two months free for 19.95 and I have not heard from them since. That was the 15th of May time frame.
