Easy search 4 cash Unauthorised withdrawal

This is disgusting! I had $73.84 taken out of my account which was UNAUTHORISED! I didnt have the funds in there at the time so I also got a $30 overdrawn fee, so when I got paid (The Pension mind you)! I was over $100 down! I did not ask for this to be taken out. It was originally $2.99 or what ever it was, I didnt want anything else taken out. This is a scam, and I want my money back! It comes up on my bank statement "easysearch4cash". Something needs to be done about this, as we CANNOT afford for this to happen every month!

Easy search 4 cash Unauthorised transaction on my credit card account

First and foremost, to the site administrators, you may want to get your search engine in order, because according to Google, you type in 'easy search 4 cash' and it comes up with two links, one to this page here and the other is this link:

http://www.google.com.au/url?sa=t&source=web&ct=res&cd=2&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.complaintsboard.com%2F%3Fsearch%3Deasy%2520search%25204%2520cash&ei=ni1pSrW4IZD6kAWRvciyCw&usg=AFQjCNH9QAgxvHjXhFqVlxcpN3HqbgAhKw&sig2=LGgSuvjzYtKtQkN9nluilg

stating the following:
Search results matching "easy search 4 cash"
Sort by: Date | Popularity | Natural Search

There are no complaints using term easy search 4 cash have been found

If that's the case, then what the hell is THIS page I'm on now? Oh, that's right. YET ANOTHER COMPLAINT ABOUT EASY SEARCH 4 CASH!

Secondly, to Lisa Corbett, you're not alone. This 'easy search 4 cash' group/company/scam artist is listed on my credit card statement as taking out almost $80 Australian dollars, when I
(1) have never even heard of them before today, and
(2) definitely have not done any business of any kind with them at all ever.

So yeh, Visa and my bank are sorting it out. In the meantime, I'm out $80 for something I haven't bought, through a transaction I never authorised.

Cheers, and hope our troubles are solved soon.

i ordered google profits for $2.29 which was fine. now i have had two unauthorized debits to my account. one for 9.95 and the latest for 39.95. The phone nunber listed gives a busy signal when you call it. it is disappointing to think a company like google would be involved with such a scam.

If you have received a charge from Easy Search 4 Cash, it is most likely associated with the order of one of our promotional Grant or Google CD's or a CD download and I apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the services you've been receiving from our company. There are no commitments with the free product however, there are bonus free trial periods to membership websites that accompany the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated several times throughout the ordering process - on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and the thank you email. It is then also explained in the first paragraph of the Terms and Conditions of the offer. We offer the trial periods to give our clients a chance to use the services and see the value of them for themselves before they are billed. The trial periods are free for 7-30 days from the order date depending on which bonuses apply and we would not have charged you had you called customer service and canceled during the trial period as it is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer ends.

The following is the first paragraph of the Terms and Conditions of the offer (the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy links can be found on every page of the sales ad):

Bonus Material Terms and Termination.
By purchasing this product, you agree to adhere to the termination agreement as outlined on the order page, confirmation of order page, and confirmation email, which is that you, the buyer, are not entitled to a refund of the upfront cost of any shipping and handling that may or may not have been charged to you for delivery of said product. Furthermore, any free trials that may or may not be offered with this product are only free during the said allotted time of the free trial period as outlined within the product sales page, confirmation of order page, and confirmation email. If you have not cancelled the free bonus within the free trial period (if offered on product purchasing), you are agreeing to purchase the bonus material and/or service at a monthly reoccurring cost. This can be cancelled by calling the customer service number provided in the confirmation email between the hours of 9AM and 9PM EST M-F and stating your desire to cancel said bonus material. However, in order to not be charged any future reoccurring cost, please give ample time (2 business days) to be cancelled out of any reoccurring billing system before the next scheduled charge to your account (this does not apply during any trial period). Not canceling trial programs constitutes authorization, by you, the buyer, for any charges (as outlined) for the associated bonus service until your request to cancel has been received by our customer service staff. By not canceling the bonus program during the trial period or prior to two days before a scheduled billing cycle, you agree that any reoccurring charges billed to you will be non-refundable.

As you can see the Terms direct the customer to the sales page, confirmation of order page and the confirmation email where all pertinent information is provided to the customer before, during and after placing their order.

For customer service you may call [protected] hours a day, 7 days a week - and they will be happy to assist you.

If you are another customer that is reading this and you have already tried customer service, but feel that we have failed you in some way or you feel you weren't treated fairly please call me directly at [protected], or email me at customerservice@cshelp.org, I will be happy to address your concerns ASAP.

I ordered the Google profit for $2.29 and my account was subsequently charged $59.95. This is an unauthorized charge. There is no telephone number listed on my credit card statement or on the website. So now what I am suppose to do. I can't call to cancel. I have learned a valuable lesson with this "SCAM" DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH GOOGLE.

I would appreciate a credit back on my card.

My wife and I have two young daughters with twin daughters on the way. She was looking for a way to work from home, so I sent her this web site. She paid the initial $2.29, and then couldn't even access the site. Then yesterday and today I saw three unauthorized charges on my checking account in the amounts of $59.95, $9.95, $7.95. I immediately notified my bank and had my wife cancell her card. I tried to cal the 1-800 number but the line was busy (Cowardly ###). I'm confident that my bank will resolve this issue.

******PLEASE READ- CONTAINS DETAILS FOR AUSTRALIANS TO FOLLOW UP THROUGH RELEVANT AUTHORITIES*******

My partner has had the same issue occur, with an understanding that she was paying a one off charge of of around $2.00 a month ago, she (and I) are furious to find her credit card has been charged twice further in the amounts mentioned above yesterday (27th July 2009). My partner had no idea there were any further charges involved and this was not articulated clearly (or at all?) when making the initial payment. I see there are numerous complaints building quickly that are related to this issue and I suggest only one course of action- play hardball. Document all communication to these ###, get your bank/ credit card provider involved and speak to relevant authorities who investigate fraud.

For people in Australia, here are details for your use to take your concerns further;

go to this website provide by the Federal Police;
http://www.afp.gov.au/national/major_fraud/internet_scams

More information about scams is available from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) SCAMwatch website:

and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission FIDO website is:
http://www.fido.gov.au/fido/fido.nsf

In reading other complaints found through searching google, I have not seen any comments detailing the receipt of a refund yet, if you are reading this as you have been effected, I encourage you to "play hard ball" and be vocal as these slimey ### are cunning and stay on task until they are closed down only through actions that you and I can create online oursleves and through our demands of our relevant authorities.

DO NOT STOP UNTIL YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND GET YOUR STORY ONLINE TOO, ADD TO THIS AND OTHER FORUMS.

The company EASY SEARCH 4 U is actually affiliated with GGL PROFITS, although you wouldn't know it if you first sign up with that, thinking it's only $2.29, which I did. I talked to customer service tonight among other calls to my bank and trying other companies. They are also affiliated with FED GRANTS USA as well as something called NETWORK AGENDA which will show up on your card as NETWORKA ENDACOM. Anyway, all three companies have to do with GGL PROFITS, which claims to be affiliated with Google but it is really not except that it might teach you how to make money through Google and it is an ad that happens to be appear on Google. Anyway, I was able to cancel all programs affiliated with this GGL PROFITS company, and the woman still tried to show me the websites to possibly keep me on even after I stated very clearly that I wanted to cancel all of it. I have already talked to my bank about all this, seeing as I never received any sort of information on the terms and agreement, so I think I should get a refund of all these charges, but that yet remains to be seen, either through those companies or my bank. We'll see. I do have faith in my bank though. I hope it comes through for me. And God if there is one in all this..

If you want to cancel all these programs and subscriptions, go to this website:

http://gglprofit.com/.

It will give you the information you need.

I see on this link, for complaints for NETWORK ENDACOM as it shows up, here:

that some customers were able to receive refunds, I will be looking into that, including calling that number that customer service representative left there in a long comment. Go see it. Because since I never received the confirmation email with all the information or any obvious terms of service, I don't think it's fair that I should have to pay for these charges for which I was never made aware. We shall see.. I'll report back if anything changes..

Easy search 4 cash unauthorised payment

I originally requested information from gglprofit.com which cost $2.29, then further payments of $9.95 and $59.95 have been taken from my bank account without authorisation. I never used the trial products that were sent from the original purchase, infact didn't open them as I thought it looked suspect.
The companys names are network endacoo and easysearch4cash.

I had also received unauthorized charges. All of them had an 800 number listed on the merchant id under the charge. I called the number and was able to get the larger ones refunded. Easy search 4 cash showed up on my statement and there was no merchant id or 800 number, so I went back to the website and called the original number which was no longer an active number. Nor was the alternate number on the page a valid number, so I filed a dispute with my bank. When the second charge appeared, I started searching for the home page and came across this site. The number listed on IvanDM_84 was different than the one I had used, so I called it and got a live person. She was very difficult to understand and told me she couldn't refund the money, and I explained AGAIN what the problem was. She finally transferred me to a supervisor who I could understand. He said he could give me credit, and I politely refused and requested a full refund, since I had already disputed the charges with the bank, AND there seemed to be lots of dissatisfied people with complaints about the company and their practice of charging accounts without authorization. He then said he could check what could be done, and when he came back, he said he could refund all of them.. It pays to be persistent! I gave him the two numbers that were inactive or invalid... Try this number [protected]... ask to speak with a supervisor... Loren is the name of the supervisor who spoke with me.. Don't let them put you off or express regret that "they can't do anything about it." They can and they should... and then do what my husband and I have agreed to do... don't buy anything over the internet or from an e:mail or pop up ad anywhere...

This company is a complete scam. It made unauthorized charges on my debit card and when I called the accompanying 800 number [protected]), a rep and her "supervisor" refused to even provide the name of the company. They claimed I had purchased a series of CDs from "Google" or "Google Finance" or "Google Marketing" (it kept changing), which of course I hadn't. They also said they were going to charge me monthly for the program. But aside from my debit-card number, they could provide no information on me: not my address, my email, my phone number, nothing.

When I asked specifically where I had supposedly placed this order, the representative gave me a bogus web address with "Google's" in the name. I told her it was bogus and so she offered a second bogus address, this time unrelated to Google. This is obviously a scam, surely illegal, using credit and debit-card numbers acquired from who knows where. And it obviously has nothing to do with Google. They simply put "Google" in the name to legitimize them.

The "helpful agents" of whom the guy above speaks are scam artists. They won't even provide their company's name or address. And now my bank is investigating them.

CALL YOUR BANK, CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND INITIATE AN INVESTIGATION.

The same thing happened to me. I live in NJ and I sent in the "one time" $2.29 fee. I then received a phone call from my bank about some strange charges to my account. I do online banking, so I logged onto my account and saw pending transactions for Network Agenda ($9.95) and Easy Search for Cash ($59.95)

I had to close out that account and get a whole new card. But while on hold with the bank I searched the two sites and then came across this site and knew that this was the same thing that had happened to me. I also reported my claim on gglprofit.com to see if I could even get back the $2.29 because I never even received any material. So we'll see what happens...

Hi Lisa,

Definitely get your bank involved as they will be able to investigate the charges on your behalf and stop the dodgy merchants from debiting your credit card any further.

Here are the charges that were debited to my credit card:

Merchant: Www.Gglprofit.Com [protected] Nv
Amount: $2.29 USD

Merchant: Www Fedgrantusa Com [protected] Ut
Amount: $7.95 USD

Merchant: Easysearch4Cash [protected] Ca
Amount: $59.95 USD

For those of us who reside outside the United States, these are real stingers after the currency exchange. Hopefully sometime soon, these culprits will be shut down by their local authorities.
