Last night I ordered flowers from PROFLOWERS.COM for my daughter's birthday and selected that they were to be delivered today.

At the end of the transaction there was a window that automatically POPPED up telling me that I would get a rebate on free shipping. I read what it said, BUT DID NOT ENTER any information. I closed the window and did not think anything of it until tonight when I came home from work and checked my money account and saw the extra charge from EASY SAVERS!

I called my bank and they told me that I had to call EASY SAVERS and get them to reverse the charges. And now, I am reading ALL these complaints... Next time I decide to buy anything online... I'm doing a search first!

Anyone who wants to purchase flowers : STAY AWAY FROM PROFLOWERS.COM! They are helping a RIP-OFF Company!

I too have been a victim of Easy Saver-EMI. In my case it went on for 11 months without my knowledge. I was deployed with the military and someone else was overseeing my checking/debit card account statements. They didn't realize this was an ongoing unauthorized charges, after I had ordered flowers through "FromYou".

Though, I see most of the complaints are affiliated with "' and their associates. I thought I'd mention that there are other companies that send credit card information to Easy Saver-EMI, as well without authorization. Additionally, I never received any emails or regular mail that I had become a member or authorized the monthly charges.

After, I returned from my deployment and saw these charges I immediately called 1-800-355-1837 and demanded to speak to a supervisor. Of course, there was the explanation that I had authorized the charges. I stated I wanted to see it in writing for the record. At this point, the supervisor said that wasn't possible. She offered to refund only 6 months and I said that wasn't acceptable and would report this. She then offered the full 11 months refund. I asked for a confirmation to be sent.

Below is the confirmation sent and will update on this site if the total refund isn't granted.

This email will confirm our conversation today regarding the Easy Saver
Rewards membership. To reiterate our conversation, I have canceled the
membership and, as agreed, issued a total of 11 refunds in the amount of
$14.95 back to your credit card account. These refunds have been
requested today and if you do your banking online, you may see those
refunds as early as 48 hours.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I tried to use their services and could never get a rate better than what I could get by using everyday ordinary procedures. The company took their own sweet time about cancelling the account and charged my card. The free trial period is not free at all.

I've recently noticed on my credit card statements that over the past few months I've been getting billed $14.95 a month for and I don't have any idea who this company is and why there billing me and how in the hell they got my credit card number! I'm extremely pissed off about this! I recently had the bank cancel my credit card due to theft because of this! I'm going to call them and find out what's going on and if they don't refund me a check for all the money they have taken from me then I will find a way to sue this company!
