Same story here ! I am a victim of this unauthorized charges practices as well. I ordered flowers on March 09 at ProFlowers.com. I've just noticed that I was being charged $14.95 for 5 months by this Easy Saver thing since then.

I just contacted Easy Savers at [protected] and simply told them I never enrolled any membership from them and wanted all previous charges refunded to me. The lady I spoke with didn't give me any resistance which I was quite surprised about and said they will stop charging me from this month and the refund should be all in a total reflected on my next statement (Sept). She also gave me a confirmation code for reference. Let's see how this refund goes and I will come back here for another complaint if I don't get my refund by next month.

I am so disappointed about Proflowers.com and hesitated to purchase from them again. They should have do sth to stop this going on as they've already received so many complaints or reports about this !

Thanks everyone who had posted a complaint about Easy Saver and shared with your useful story on getting the refund.

I notice on my bank statement online that ESI aka Easy Saver put 3 different unauthorized charges on my account 2 days in a row for $19.80 each time. I call the Bank cause I had never heard of this company before and they are disputing the charges for me and hopefully I will get my money back. The main thing is I don't keep any extra money in this account and if I didn't have the amount they took it would have sent my account into over draft causing me more money for over draft fees. How can this company get away with making these charges on your account when you have never heard of it?

I purchased flowers for Mother's day for my mother in law. I noticed a two charges on my credit card for 14.95 by easy saver. I did not recognize these charges. I went on line and found other people with similar complaints. I remember applying for a free shipping of some sort, but never did I want to become members with easy saver. I don't even know what they are about. I called pro flowers and they told me to call back Monday and will do a three way call with easy saver. Well see what happens but I want my money back total of 30 dollars in charges. If they refuse I will threaten them with BBB and the media for their fraudulent ways of tricking people and making charges. I will never do business with pro flowers ever again! One more thing, when i called my credit card company they gave me few suggestions. Call with cell phone to get evidence you called and also get account cancellation number and who you spoke with as well.

Bought flowers with pro-flowers also and some company called easy saver stole my account information and billed me 14.95 directly from my account. Do not buy from pro flowers. I did not authorize easy saver-whoever they are-to bill my account for anything. I do not know what they even sell or what service they claim to provide. I just noticed this, but i will go back and see how many months they have been charging me. BEWARE!

I wanted to add to the bad business practices by Easy Saver. I've noticed that the majority of complaints are from the partnership between Easy Saver and Proflowers.com ; I made a order, that was eventually returned, from Blair @ Blair.com for mother's day, and unknowingly they signed me up for the 30-day trial with Easy Saver. I don't even know how/what I selected to get thrown in this mess, but I (thankfully) caught it 1 day after it was charged. I spoke with "Kimberly" at Easy Saver and was promised a full refund, and immediate cancellation of "MY" account.

May I suggest, those of us that do a lot of online shopping, check your credit statement regularly (at least 1 or 2 times a week) to avoid being screwed by these bad business partners...

Stay away from Blair and Proflowers and if you must shop... JUST SAY NO!

I have been receiving charges against my Debit card for a few months from this mysterious company like many of you have. I know that I never signed up for any saving club but did order flowers from Proflowers.com. The only refund I was offered was a refund of the current month. I guarantee that I will never, ever order from Proflowers.com again and am disappointed to see that they continue to allow this service to advertise on their site. I used Proflowers.com through the MyPoints site and am also very disappointed with them that they allow this to happen on a site that is so good. I hope that others who have this problem have better luck getting a refund than I did.

I purchased clothing online at Blair and and Easy Saver started charging me $14.95. I telephone them and they stated they will refund my charge and discontinue the service that I never signed up for. Beware!

I started receiving charges from Easy Saver about 3 months ago. I didn't know what started it until I read a few other complaints in this forum and tied it back to ProFlowers. The interesting thing is I opt out of every upsell and service they offer, so I'm still trying to figure what I missed for them to automatically start charging me for this apparent member benefits service. I think it might be from a promotional code I heard on the radio which I submitted for a discount on my first order. But I was never warned of a monthly member fee.

I will be calling today to stop these charges and try to get some of my money back. Wish me luck.

I got duped too. They got me for four months before I noticed. $1.95 service charge, and then the monthly $14.95. I called and said I just wanted to cancel caude I never use it. No sense getting into a screaming match with them. Besides, when I called there was a 25 minute wait. Wonder how many other folks were doing the same thing. Look at the fine print if there is any (none in this case). Pay extra attention to your bank and credit card statements. You'll be amazed how many more companies there are like this one.

I was also charged with unauthorized charges onto my account through Easy Saver! I had one charge for $1.95 and then three for $16.95 every month after that! I called and after a 30 minute wait, I talked to a man and told him about this and he said he would credit one charge back to my account. Then I told him about this website and gave him this whole story about how I was going to go to the Better Business Bureau like a lot of other people on this website, and he immediately offered to refund ALL CHARGES!

I am beening charged 12.95 for something .I have no idea what this charge is for and I will have to go through my bank records to see how long this has been going on.This charge occurred on 9/5/08 and I have been incurred an identical charge by American Leisure on the same date and again I have no Idea what this is for either.

I have no idea who these companies are or what they do for people except take money from them without you knowing. I just checked my bank account and had two $16.95 charges for easy savers and american leisure which I do not know anything about. I got the number to call which is [protected] to see what was going on and they told me I signed up fot these services when I ordered a FREE ebay start up kit. So I asked her how was I supposed to know if I dont get anything stating that I am a member. How can I even use what you offer if I dont know what you do or how to use it. She stated that I should have canceled within 30 days of the trial period. WHAT TRIAL FOR WHAT! What am I tring lady! She said calm down and she would refund my money for both american leisure and easy saver. we will see if it happends. I asked her how can you work for a company that steals money from people and she said is that all I can help you with today. She knows what they are doing.

I am horrified that I have been a victim to such a scam as this. I too ordered flowers from ProFlowers and for one year I have been charged 14.95 a month. I thought the monthly charge was from my Health Club and only realized today that it was not. That is when I decided to investigate. I am going to go on the radio with our local Scam Alert and expose Easy Saver and ProFlowers. Shame on you Proflowers...Many people will be made aware of this fraudulent situation. I have yet to get a penny of my 179.40 back. Just notified my credit card company.

I checked my bank and found that these folks charged my bank $14.95 for something that I know I never authorized. The person Maria asked for my personnel info to verify but I felt she need it to input info and say I gave it to them. I told her no info and cancel now as I'm calling my bank now! She gave a confirmation Number for canceling but calling bank anyway. No idea how they got my info unless Walgreens passed the info on to them. The transaction occurred today. I did not call this company before today.

Thank God for this website. Last month I was charged $1.95 from some easy saver company. I didn't know what it was but because it wasn't a lot I didn't sweat it. Today I checked my acct. and noticed a $14.95 charge from the same company. I found this website and a number to call. I spoke to a snotty Beth demanding to cancel whatever it was I was being charged for and she said she'll "put in a request to see if I'd get my refund. I called my bank, they refunded me and canceled that card number and sent me a new one. This doesn't make any sense. How do companies get away with that. Goodbye pro flowers.

I am extremely upset with this company. This is my second attempt to stop this company from charging me a monthly fee of $14.95 since Mother's Day. It has been going on for 6 months now and I am fed up. The first time I contacted them through email and they promised they would re-emberse me for the charges made to my personal account. They are afiliated with Pro-flowers (whose flowers die before they even get to you).

I have contacted them via phone and spoke to Trista Pinsky. Then she transfered me to Joe at ext.4502. He told me that I would be credited on the last 6 charges that were made to my account. However, aside from being charged I was also charged a $35 overdraft fee by my bank. I notified Joe of this as well but he said that he couldn't re-emberse me for it.

I am disgusted by this company and wish to never here from them.

This company charged my credit card originally on October 31 for $1.95 and I didn't notice until a charge for $14.95 was charged to my card on 12/05 all without my approval. I have no idea how they got my credit card number and am quite upset. Who are these people and how do they get people's credit card numbers so they can put charges on them without permission? How do you stop them? I will notify my bank and have my credit card number changed but other than that how do I know they won't get my new number and charge it also?

A company called Easy Saver Rewards has been making unauthorized charges to my debit account since January and I just caught it now.

I just deposited money in my account Saturday and when I checked my balance today (Monday) I noticed a $9 charge from this company that went through this morning. So I checked my past statements and found out this company has been secretly charging me $20 a month for the past year without my consent.

I called the phone number on my statement (Shows on my account as: ESI*EASY SAVER [protected] MD) and it led me to a sales pitch or something. So I did some internet sleuthing and found a million other people have been scammed by this company. Here is the actual number to call:
[protected]

I called and they canceled the account and were able to refund about $70, even though they stole over $300 from me throughout the past year. Now I've finally figured out why I had so many overdrafts but since I didn't catch it until now, the bank can't (won't) do anything about it.
Furthermore, when I called to cancel and reverse the charges, they informed me that they automatically re-enrolled me in August to keep their "services" at a higher monthly rate.

Check your statements... There are a bunch of internet retailers that are in cahoots with Easy Saver that will sign you up without consent.

OMG
After seeing my bank account I looked up easy saver and found multiple rip offs they not only go with Po Flowers but also with Orientel Trading. Because of them my bank account went into the negative. When I called them and went thru three people they had no problem giving my money back but would NOT give me back the overdraft fees with out...get this...(like I fell off the turnip truck yesterday) me sending them MY bank statement WITHOUT blacking out any information. So they can see that they caused the over draft...

I called the BBB and went on the website...they have over 200 complaints against them and have a D rating I wonder why they are still allowed to be in business plus they have multiple business names.

STAY AWAY from these people and get out as fast as you can. AND if you do see the charges show up call and complain and complain until you get your money back. If you complain enough you will get it back..be mean if you have to.

We have to protect each other ...we are our best defense sometimes...we work to hard for our money for idiots like this to take what little we have left.

This is a nonsense company that was inadvertently bundled into a proflowers.com purchase. They are currently being investigated for inappropriate billing issues. I canceled this months ago but it appears each month like clockwork. I just called again to cancel 5 minutes ago and the lady stated it would be taken care of and that it was canceled again. They won't stop billing me for this junk. It started out as 1.95 and moved to 14.95. The dates above are accurate. They have been fraudulently charging me for months. Please investigate.

Like others, we got "hooked" into an easy savers "subscription" when ordering from proflowers. We finally called the 800# and got them to stop but did not get the funds back from previous charges. If you've ordered from proflowers check your cc and call and cancel if you see the $14.95 easy saver charges!

Someone needs to do something about this! I never signed up for anything. Isnt it illegal to just be able to take money from someone's bank account? Why aren't the banks doing anything about this?

Like many others, I was scammed by Proflowers.com and their association with Easy Saver. After completing my order I was asked if I would like to save $15.00 on my next order. All I had to do was enter my e-mail address. Apparently by doing so I was signed up for a service that for the first month is $1.95 and them more thereafter. I was never informed I was signing up for a service with a monthly fee.

This is a total scam and it is unfortunate that so many people get mis-represented by Proflowers. When you call Proflowers, they claim they cannot do anything about it and give you the Easy Saver phone number [protected]). They say it was simply due to a banner ad which they have nothing to do with. Well of course they do since their web site causes the banner ad to pop-up.

Shame on Proflowers for doing this. What I thought was going to be a good deal turned out to be a total scam. Plus their flowers sucked and I complained and they are sending out a replacement set. When the original order arrived they only lasted 2 days and then started to wilt and turn brown. They never opened up. What a crock. I should have paid the $30 more and ordered them from my local florist. At least the money would have stayed in my community then.

Answered an ad for a list of used cars in my area. Charge was $1.95 for the first month to get the list. I was given a date to cancel by or I would be charged $19.80 per month thereafter. Before the first month expired I called back to cancel because I had not received their list. Was assured by the operator that my subscription was canceled. Over a two month period of time, three different companies have charged my account $19.80.

I have called Bargain Network to no avail. I am now pursuing action through my bank to try and stop the payments.

I was reviewing my credit card statement when I saw a charge of $14.95 for a company called Easy Saver. I went back through my statements and discovered that this company has been charging my account for several months. I didn't question it at first, because I do sometimes buy small items over the internet and the company name may be different than the one I purchased from. To make a long story short, in June of 2008 I purchase items from Blair House. Supposedly there is an option at the end of the purchase to get a $20 savings on your next order. Thinking that that's a good deal, I clicked on the offer, not realizing that after 30 days I would be charged a membership fee of $14.95 a month for Easy Saver. This is truly a scam and unless you read and understand what you are accepting on the internet, you will be charged these amounts. I called Easy Saver at [protected], and disputed the charges and requested my money back for all charges. I spoke to the first representative who could only credit back 2 of the charges. I then spoke with an account specialist to agreed to credit back the balance, which I was told would take approximately 2 months.
I suggest that you read carefully when offered savings and check your credit card immediately after receiving it and if you see anything for Easy Saver, immediately call them at the number above and inform you to cancel your unauthorized membership.
Also, contact the company from which you made the original purchase and inform them of the practices of this company so they will consider discontinuing their association with them.

I purchased flowers from ProFlowers and was immediately charged $1.95 from Easy Saver. Then for the next 6 months charges of $14.95 appeared on my VISA. I never authorized these charges. I initiated a fraud investigation with my account and they refunded the money and closed the account. Will never purchase from ProFlowers again.

On 12/23 I ordered flowers from ProFlowers and probably clicked a box that said save an additional $10.00. I saw a charge of $1.95 immediately after the ProFlowers charge for the flowers and really didn'y think about it. I missed the $14.95 charge in January, but caught it in February. I immediately contacted VISA who inturn stated that they'd contact EasySaver and cancel my "subscription" and request one month's credit be given. That was as much as they could do. They, however, recommended that I contact EasySaver and request the balance be refunded. I'll be doing that tomorrow and following the many great suggestions found on this site. Be careful out there. I thought I was!

I ordered flowers through ProFlowers.com and in order to get to the checkout, I was directed to view easysaver.com. I did not accept their offer for service and processed my flower order to my daughter. The next thing I know, I have a $14.95 charge on my bank statement for Easy Saver. This was my second purchase through ProFlowers.com and I read all the material regarding Easy Saver the first time. I did not agree to their service! This is a fatal flaw for anyone purchasing from ProFlowers.com and I am not the first customer to have this issue. The flowers were great, but I will never purchase flowers through PROFLOWERS.com again!

My complaint is about ProFlowers, when I order flowers, I did not expect to be put in an Easy Saver Program. I'll never ordering from ProFlower again. I have been ordering flowers on line for about 5 years now. NEVER AGAIN! I did not understand that when I ordered flowers, I would be charges for a program I did not want to have, or try.

This is wrong for Companies to push programs on you to try and you are expected to cancel in 30 days. Who remembers to cancel.

My husband ordered flower from ProFlowers.com and since then we were charged $14.95 each month for Easy Saver.com. These are charges we never authorized and apparently we are not the first people to have had this problem. I recently made a purchase from ProFlowers.com and I guess this was something that was hidden in the fine print. I have made numerous purchases without any problems from 1800flowers. I figured I would try ProFlowers. I won't make that mistake again. Thanks for this site and the articles giving the phone number. They did not want to return any of my money. I got some of it but considered this a lesson learned.

I have the same situation about which many others have written. An order from ProFlowers hit my CC in November, 2008 and I never questioned it at the time as I knew that my wife periodically uses their services. Several days later there was a charge of $1.95 from Easy Saver and I didn't think much of it given how small the charge was (and we use the CC for a lot of things). The next few months there was a charge of $14.95 per month and - while I should have caught it - I missed it. So now I have to call them and blast them for the charges. I also have to complain to ProFlowers. And as an aside - my wife doesn't remember the ProFlowers order that started the whole thing - so I need to run that down as well.

I purchased some party supplies from Orientaltrading.com and after took a survey. I DID NOT agree to any deals or extra charges. After looking at my debit card statement I saw random charges that were only labeled Easy Saver with the phone number [protected]. I am very unhappy that I did not authorize these payments and they were made completely with out my knowledge. I am going to contact Oriental Trading as soon as possible to tell them of this.
