Early Moments / unauthorized subscription and payment charged
This company has the worst customer service ever. I ordered 1 book from them and they signed me up on a continuing book subscription without my knowledge or authorization. They charged my debit card for another set of books. I called them to get a refund of the amount they charged behind my back. The woman I spoke with said "sorry, no refunds, " and hung up. I emailed and called back and forth multiple times with this Early Moments company and they showed complete lack of any customer service. I am thoroughly disappointed with this company and would tell anyone to stay away from them.
