On 3/24/09, I was contacted regarding this program with a 7 day trial for only $1.00. I agreed to do this because I am in the process of going back to school and thought this was a blessing. Yeah, it was anything but a blessing. I was told that our conversation was recorded (great!) and that I would receive the information to my email immediately. Well, as of today (3/26/09, I have yet to receive anything from them. I have not deleted ANYTHING from my mailbox (inbox, spam, trash) either. I had the lady give me numbers to call to in case I had questions and/or wanted to cancel. The numbers are [protected], [protected] and [protected]. I called the first number and asked why I had not received anything. "Lawrnese" could not give me an answer. She did cancel my account and said I would not be billed anything else. She state that they have a "backlog" and that is most likely why I haven't received anything. Come on! I am not that stupid. All you have to do is put an email address and attachment to an email and send it. How back logged can that possibly make you?! I called back and spoke to a man. He was like a robot by constantly asking me how he could help me today even though I had explained to him numerous times what I was calling about. I asked how I could receive a copy of the recording from the initial call and he said they don't keep those. WHY RECORD IF YOU DON'T KEEP THEM?! I asked him to check to see if their records show they have sent me an email. He said they did. I asked him to forward that email to me but he said they don't have access to the emails. As irritated as I am about this, I am going to do away with $1.00 because there is nothing else I can do at this time. If they do take another dime out of my account, I will be pressing fraud charges against them and I am also reporting them to the BBB. I wish I had come to this website to check them out before agreeing to anything with them but it is a lesson learned.
