Very poor 🤒
We don't know much about how Eaglemoss handles customer complaints outside ComplaintsBoard, but what we see here, on our website, is quite disappointing. We think there might be reasons for the company's actions (like not knowing about the complaints), and we would be happy to see them among customer-focused businesses that easily solve customer problems. But until that happens, we ask reviewers to be cautious when dealing with Eaglemoss and using their services, and to carefully read the experiences of other customers on ComplaintsBoard, because who is warned is armed, you know! 💪

Eaglemoss eaglemoss animal collection

I have started my collection months ago I believe in april or may, however i'm very displeased with the last shipment and how things were handled.
I was emailed to tell me my once put on hold account would be sendin a new shipment. I immediately emailed back saying please don't send this.
However the sent it and sent another item with I wasn't aware of until it cane out of my bank account with in turn over drew my account. Which I hadon't 2 overdraft charges because u wasn't expecting that these would be charged, since I emailed right back and said please don't send them. I called right away and the representative were very rude. They said well you have to call.
So then I am now dealing with the return. I explained i'm not home during the day so I can't refuse the package. So then I had to send it back myself and am still waiting on my refunds and had to deal with the extra charge from bank due to them sending this without permission. Even the supervisor was rude. I have baught many things over the years and spend several hundred on this collection alone. I'm very unhappy. And truly wish to send everything I have back i'm am a teacher and my goal was to get this for my class. I'm very sad and dissatisfied.

Eaglemoss where's my order

Subscribed in june. And now just about october. Where is the rest of issues I paid for.
Plus ive been emailing and been ignored.

Ive been trying to contact you for two weeks and getting no replies. Need an update on the issues ive paid for. Also I cancelled my subscription last month and I have email reply proof of luke confirming my cancellation and tell me their be no more payments taking from my account. And as of this week you took a payment that wasnt permitted anymore.

Wheres my issues I paid for? Have had no updates or apolagies for delays. And I want to be refunded for that last payment taking.
Thank you. I wait your reply.

Eaglemoss payments getting taken which I didn't send

I got 2 emails from paypal saying I sent a payments of £7.99 and £8.99 which I hadnt sent at all paypal told me I had to contact eaglemoss which I have called twice couldnt get through and emailed twice which still no replys from them as last payment I sent was in april and cancelled my subscription but its showing that my subscription is still active and it says no delivery date for the issues that they have tooken payments for. Am absoultlly raging at fact they have just gone and tooken money out my bank account without my say so

Eaglemoss 3d print create

Dear sir/madam,

I am writing to formally request a refund from eaglemoss. It should be noted that I have exhausted all other avenues provided by eaglemoss support, and this is the final communication I am making.
In late august of 2016, subscribers received parts for their 3d printer.in this edition, it was advised that we could now by-pass the safety lock and begin printing 3d objects. After two successful prints, I came in to find the print head broken, sheared off.
I was advised that this was due to heat, and the failure to dissipate said heat, and that an additional fan was required. I was then advised by your staff that replacement parts would be forthcoming. And so began my saga with eaglemoss…
As weeks turned to months, I again contacted eaglemoss support (phone support and email) and was assured that the parts were in stock and would be shipped shortly. I did eventually receive some but not all.in january (2017) I made a final attempt to secure the requested part, and even asked for the part name/number so I could order myself from another provider, but to no avail.
In may, I decided enough was enough. September 2016 to may 2017 had been a long wait. After contacting eaglemoss about this issue, 8 months later it was still not resolved. This printer was nothing more than a dead paperweight. I packed up the printer and magazines and posted them back your factory under the sale of goods and supply of services act. It was my view that the goods were not fit for the purpose intended, as per the act, and I am, therefore, within my rights, and entitled to a full refund.
I was contacted by “mischa” who requested that I work with her to get the issue resolved. The printer was under warranty, so the factory would repair and test and post it back to me. I agreed, for the sake of fairness, that perhaps my issue was nothing more than an oversight on behalf of eaglemoss, so I would give it one last try. I advised mischa that I was willing wait no more than 4 weeks. She advised that 4 weeks was more than enough time and that I would receive the printer back in working order.
Email quote form mischa 11 may 2017: “your printer should be fixed within 4 weeks, this might seem like a long time but that is the latest I am expecting it to be fixed by.”
Guess what? It is now over 6 weeks later, I have moved house, and I have not received the printer!
I advised mischa that I was moving property on 21 june 2017 and that would be the latest I was willing to wait.
You are now to keep all the returned property, and provide a refund. As I am left the property on record, I am not in a position to receive any further goods from eaglemoss, and will not be responsible for any goods left at said property.

Eaglemoss constant issues with not receiving issues that have been paid for

This is by far the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. We have been 'receiving' the disney animal world by subscription and I say 'receiving' because it really has been a matter of pot luck. The whole subscription has been plagued by 'printing delays' and we are still missing books from as far back as 5-6 months ago! Not even counting the great many that have been delayed. This really defeats the purpose of the subscription, which is surely to guarantee your books, I could have taken my chances they would be in the shop each week!?! The quality of the 'extras' has been poor, the addition issues, extortionate, the customer service rude and unhelpful. I only wish I had read reviews on this absolute scam of a company before I sunk money into it as no one has a good word to say about them. I will be making sure absolutely no-one I know makes the same mistake.

Eaglemoss build the delorean

Problems since before subscription started.
1 subscribed for premium but came out as normal. Emailed and got it changed back to premium. Subscription started and it was normal again, emailed and got told there was no premium even though a pull out in issue 1 stated there was. No official retraction of premium sub.
2 issue 1 arrived glued to parts pack which ruined magazine, emailed on 4 separate occasions and have been promised replacement but as yet even though they have said it's been reordered on 3 occasions nothing has turned up.
3 issue 3 came with trial parts which are different to full sub parts. Again emailed and after emailing a few more times before complaint was read and answered they said they would resend. As yet nothing and well over the 21 days.
4 sent special edition graphic novel when I haven't ordered or specified for in subscription. Money taken and after enquiry got told I had opted for this in subscription when I hadn't.
5 emails enquiringl about getting money back from eaglemoss for graphic novel I hadn't ordered completely ignored for over 2 weeks now.
6 emailed ceo with all problems a week ago and this too has been ignored.
Absolutely shocking customer service and there seems to be no way to email anybody else about this.

Eaglemoss marvel chess collection

I began collecting this series on 13/04/2015, the problems started almost immediately with missing issues, however I contacted Eaglemoss and was promised that the missing issues would be received.

I have now contacted them on five separate occasions by phone and more times than I can remember via Facebook, usually when I see the missing issues for sale on their website. To date I am still missing issues 14, 15, 18, 25, 26, 29 and 43. I have also not received the chess boards or one of the binders as well as issues 1, 2, 3 and 7 of the FF4 bonus set.

My recent calls have provided promises but no action and the set is moving into its third (unplanned) full set with no indication that the missing parts will be received.

Eaglemoss has increased the price and frequency of the publication without warning from 8.99 per issue, to 9.99 per issue and from twice monthly to weekly. To date I have had £561.40 taken from my account for a fairly mediocre product.

I require the missing issues to be sent to me immediately as well as the chess boards, all of which has been paid for. They are never late taking the money!

The excuse for the missing issues is always that I subscribed to the series after the official start date or that the items are out of stock, some items have been out of stock for over 12 months!

Eaglemoss payment but no order

I strongly recommend to read Eaglemoss' T&C before making any purchases or subscribing (although they're very confusing) where they say for example that the products of the english shop are for sale in UK and Ireland only (no word of it while I registered from Italy and made the payment!). Second, the order is proceeding only after you receive the so called DISPATCH CONFIRMATION by email (which I never got, even after emailing them to send it). They simply continue to write strange emails (no surprise considering they use third parties to do all the emailing for Eaglemoss) reassuring you and finding various excuses (temporarily out of order etc.)

Eaglemoss 3d create and print

New weekly Partwork issued 14 January - I bought No 1 on 15th and that afternoon placed order, confirmed on 17 January. Payments taken 29 (4 weeks) and 30 January (2 weeks) and another 4 weeks on 25 February. I queried the 2 weeks (no invoice for any of the 3 payments) and was told that I'd placed a "late order" (2 days after 1st issue published!?), that my order had been received after part 7 released. Clearly this was a downright untruth, but I did eventually receive parts 4-7 and later 8-11. I'm expecting any day to be charged for 12-15, but on 2 March I wrote explaining that I was still waiting for parts 2 and 3 and unless I received them within 2 weeks, I would have to regard the contract as voidable - after all a printer with missing parts is not fit for purpose. I have still heard nothing and today have had no option but to place a claim with the Small Claims Court. This has left a horrible taste in my mouth - I wanted this publication for my disabled husband who has an interest in technology and was keen on this publication and we feel really disappointed and seriously let down. Above all, I regard taking payments on account with no warning, no invoice and no idea when (or if) the items would be despatched is exceptionally poor business practice and smacks of potential fraud. This company has an extremely poor record for untruthful customer service, money being taken ostensibly fraudulently and failure to deliver either on time or at all.

I found manual for collectional James Bond toy car assembly in magazine printed by Eaglemoss Publishing but thing is that that manual got damaged and is not usable anymore. I need new copy but this company doesn’t reply to any of my emails.

Eaglemoss poor to no service

Money being taken and parts not being delivered. Still missing parts paid for 3 months ago.
Always being lied to by customer services, promised in writing my parts were in stock and would be send recorded delivery. When recoreded delivery arrived it was for 1 part I already had (so thats where all the missing parts go?) Another call was advised all missing parts in stock and would be sent out however a further call advised parts still out of stock.

Seems no one in the company has a clue as to what is happening and just lie and fob the customer off

Like so many others I was look left with a box full of parts and no information on where to go. EBay and Amazon sell issues ranging from $15.00 to $159.00 plus shipping. I want eagle moss to supply me with a company that has the stock of parts to finish my build and sells the issued parts at a reasonable price

I have been building the Ecto-1...the last kit that I received was kit #124. I want to either finish this car or have my money refunded for all previous kits purchased. I would really like to finish this car...only need 17 more isuues to complete.
