Electronic Arts (EA) cannot get into my account to get new password

Cannot get in to my Club Pogo account and no one will help me! I need help getting a new password. Their instructions don't work. This happened on Friday, November 20th and there is no way to get to talk with someone! I just want some help getting back into club pogo games! My membership is paid up. I have tried everything to get help from them but there is no access to them. Very upset with them. They can get a hold of me at [protected]@rocketmail.com. I have seen so many complaints on this subject, don't understand how they can run a company like this. Thank-you. I hope I get some help! Shirley

Electronic Arts (EA) simpsons tapped out

To Whom it May Concern: I’ve now become sufficiently enraged by Electronic Arts (EA) to write down my complaint and paste it everywhere appropriate on the web, to contribute to what I’m discovering is a deluge of consumer frustration with yet another company that’s “too big to fail” so they have relegated their Customer Service to illiterate unintelligible outsourcing partners, and abuse the very customers they purport to serve. My issue pertains to the game Simpsons: Tapped Out, which I have always played on my Apply iPad. The game is intrinsically flawed, in that the most appealing and interesting parts and contingent on expensive in-game doughnut purchases. Then the game play is set up so that players invariably accidentally redeem their doughnuts to “speed up” game play, because the redemption button suddenly appears right where one is tapping (per the name of the game) in the course of customary play. So it’s inevitable that players waste their money on doughnuts and waste their doughnuts by redeeming them accidentally. However that’s not what happened to me in this case. It has happened to me in the past, and I’ve wasted plenty of money and doughnuts that way, but this is much worse: I could go back a while, insofar as I have been frustrated several times by this dynamic and wastefulness in the past, but I’ll cut to the chase. Fortunately, after losing enough I managed to habituate clicking the “Cancel” button that the general tap-action button turns into for about 1-2 split seconds before the accidental redemption occurs. For a while that kept things manageable. Then it got worse… About a week ago I was playing the game and accidentally clicked an “hurry action” redemption – specifically for a chair production in the luxury Springfield area. I managed to click “cancel” fast enough to cancel the action and a chair never appeared – but the game still took my Doughnuts nevertheless! So now, shy two doughnuts and mildly annoyed, I decide to reach out to EA to remedy the situation. I logged onto their chat option (as it was the weekend and their phone lines were not active). I labored through the petty small talk and went back and forth with the guy ad infinitum, when he ultimately asked me for my game’s mayhem number. I warned him that looking it up on an iPad would likely disconnect us, and of course it did! So I logged back into the chat room. Another rep went through the same nonsense with me again, telling me that the first rep should have given me a case number when I warned him of the risk of disconnection. Then that second chat got disconnected too. The third chat rep couldn’t understand the problem. In spite of explaining it very clearly, he represented it to his specialist colleagues inaccurately, telling them that I had accidentally redeemed the doughnuts for something in the game – and if he really wanted that fantasy to stick he should have insisted that it was in return to “hurry an activity” since that’s completely ephemeral and leaves no trace. When I endeavored to rectify his misunderstanding, he basically implied that I was lying, and kept asking me to investigate my game items to find the one that I got in return for the missing doughnuts. I eventually gave up on him, but not before telling him off. Today, just now, I was compelled to pick up the game again, and it inspired me to reach out to EA again. This time I used the phone service and had one of their reps call me. I just got off the phone with him. We went through the problem and this time I kept it simple so there wouldn’t be any room for confusion. I just said that doughnuts went missing and got him to request a specialist. However, this time, before we connected with the Specialist he warned me that if the specialist investigated my account and couldn’t find the missing doughnuts that they would restrict me from using the game altogether! Of course if it’s a choice between getting ripped off by a terrible company that treats its customers poorly, and not being able to play a game I enjoy, I’ll opt to hate the company forever and still play the game. Rest assured, I’ll never buy any doughnuts or a raffle ticket in the game ever again! Moreover, anything I can do to malign EA and its employees will be my eternal pleasure! I urge anyone playing The Simpsons Tapped Out not to ever buy doughnuts – instead look for cheats and hacks online instead. I’ll do the same. Furthermore, beware of EA and don’t waste your time with their terrible offshore Customer Care reps. They don’t care, they barely speak English, and they will not be able to understand, let alone remedy your problem. If anyone knows how I can crack the game to get more free doughnuts please email me at ez2recall [at] mail [dot] com. Likewise if anyone has any more ideas for how I can get back at EA for wasting my time and stealing my doughnuts please let me know. Thanks!

Electronic Arts (EA) account does not recognize password name

I have been a patron of Club Pogo.com for years.I got a new computer and pogo.would not recognize my screen name and Password. So I changed my password with the name they provided me and they still would not except that (screen name piggiejp -password is mother). So then I signed in under new screen name (smallpiggie2840 -password Husbandry1) which now I'm on just pogo.com.My club pogo. dues well be renewed after the 1st of the year. They automatically charge my credit card. You do not get reimbursed for the charge, and the do not notify you that they are going to do this, because I let them do it for years.I have already had to change my credit card number because Club pogo.and some how they must be connected with I Win because both of them was charging around seven dollars from my credit card. My question is well Club Pogo use my new screen name and password from the new account and forward to Club pogo. My dues are paid up for Club pogo. This has to be settled before I'm charged for another membership. $39.00 well pay for a lot of medicine. I really miss my Club pogo. I well be waiting for your reply. THANK YOU

Electronic Arts (EA) sims 3

Wow i am so disappointed in Sims 3. It is a really big hastle to install and really not user friendly. I loved the first 2 Sims and they were really worth buying but i regret buying Sims 3. I will definitely not be buying anymore Sims games. I see all over internet there is people complaining on various sites about Sims. Hopefully someone from EA reads it and eventually does something about it otherwise this could just cause a huge dent in their reputation. I will not be having anything good to say to potential Sims buyers

Electronic Arts (EA) scammers

Club Pogo has NO SECURITY in place to protect their website. They will allow HACKERS into your account who may also download a VIRUS. They will then do NOTHING to correct the problem THEY CREATED. I have placed several calls and wasted hours with their so-called “Tech Support” (overseas call center) who HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE on how to trouble shoot a computer. They emailed me a link to reset my password three times but the link was broken AND THEYDIDN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS SIMPLE PROBLEM. Club Pogo and Electronic Arts are so well hidden that it is impossible to contact them and speak with anyone. They will however continue to debit your bank account for their monthly fees. This is nothing but SIMPLE THEFT to accept money for an account that does not work and they refuse to fix. Club Pogo/Electronic Arts are nothing but SCAMMERS. Please be very careful before your agree to create an account with them. READ THE THOUSANDS OF REVIEWS ON THE INTERNET FROM MEMBERS WHO HAVE BEEN CHEATED. I plan on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in their city to see if they can do anything but based on the never ending complaints I have read online I might not get anywhere. THIS IS A VERY DISREPUTABLE COMPANY. If you are already a member BE VERY CAREFUL. Based on the information I have seen they probably won't be in business much longer BUT THEY WILL STILL HAVE YOUR BANKING INFORMATION.

Electronic Arts (EA) I still can't stop fee

I was a member on the website www.clubpogo.com. I played games on the website and continued to pay for the membership, but I have lost the access to these games. I wanted to stop paying them, but I have no idea how to stop this useless fee. I searched for the contact information of this company, but moderators provided only email address. But these people don’t respond! Terrible place and awful fees, so please stay away from them.

Electronic Arts (EA) - suspension?

I can't be sure, but it seems as though my account [Birdland007] has been suspended, perhaps by a complaint from someone. Under no circumstances do I use profanity nor do I agree with the many insulting antics that go one with some members of this game club. The suspension seems to have occurred after a bridge game with an opponent named SeaBisquit, who...

I have spent hours out of my days trying to resolve the problem. I need the game to load as i have prioritied i need to complete regarding "The Sims 3" and have over 100 people expecting me to complete these priorities. If these issues are not resolved i will have no option but to take further action.

Electronic Arts (EA) university life ep

I'm sure there are lots of other similar complaints out there about this exact same thing, but I am so fed up right now, I need to tell my version of what's been happening. I love The Sims game, but they have always had problems with glitches and other frustrating problems. I have been playing The Sims 3 for a few years now, and never had any serious problems. It maybe froze once or twice, but nothing too awful. I just learned I have to save more often. But now I recently got several expansion packs I've been wanting. They sounded great, and I didn't expect there to be any problems with them. However, the University Life EP is completely worthless. Don't get me wrong, I love the concept and it adds so much to the game. The problem is, once my sim is finished with the term of college, the moving van comes to pick her up like it's supposed to, and she gets in to leave town, but her old neighborhood never loads. It goes to the loading screen and the loading bar at the bottom fills up alllmmooosstt all the way, then just stops. The screen keeps changing so I know the game isn't frozen. It just never finishes moving her back home. I've let it sit for more than an hour, but the screen just keeps changing while the loading bar stays the same. I end up having to restart my computer and reboot The Sims. Once the game is restarted, I can open her file without any problems, it just reverts back to my last saving point where she's at college. But I've tried sending her home 3 times now to no avail. Lots of people online are saying to try dropping her out of college rather than waiting for the moving van to pick her up, but if I do that, she won't receive any credit for the college term, and I had spent hours making sure she got straight A's, so I REALLY don't want to do that. And here's the thing I just find ridiculous: I'm not even close to the only one experiencing this problem or some variation of it, and it's been going on since the expansion pack came out more than a year ago, yet EA has done NOTHING to fix it. That's just unbelievable to me! They have the ability to make downloadable patches to solve problems in the game, and they've done so in the past, yet this problem, which completely defeats the purpose of even having the University Life expansion to begin with, has been going on since 2013 and nothing has been done! Sims players have actually had to find their own solutions using mods, which is great that some people were able to get their game working again (I was not because my version of the problem was different that most), but it shouldn't have to come to that. People have spent their money on this game and expansion pack, and they should be able to expect that it's ACTUALLY GOING TO WORK. And it's not up to the consumer to make sure that happens. It's the responsibility of the company making the game in the first place. Like I said, I think The Sims is a great game. I think they expansion packs are great additions to gameplay. But unless the game actually works like it's supposed to, especially when it comes to basic things like being able to get to and go home from a location, there's no point in wasting your money. I'm appalled at the fact that this is a well known, long term and widespread problem with University Life (and also World Adventures, I have heard), yet I have not seen one single thing anywhere online where a person who actually works for EA has given us any solutions or even acknowledged the problem.

Electronic Arts (EA) expensive

I bought the sims4 at musica in rustenburg, I paid for the game, just to find out that I have to pay further internet fees to register at origin after which I found out I have to download the game from origin with further internet costs. Please take note that I have to download a game from the internet which I already paid for. All together this game will cost me about R1500.00 I bought all your previous sims paid for the disks and downloaded it to my computer without any internet. This is unacceptable. If I knew I have to download the game from the internet, why do I have to buy a disk in the first place.

Electronic Arts (EA) no refund on server error

The game has two shards to play in Apex and Chicane.
I play Chicane and wished to support the game in purchasing some content.
The web deal option had amazing offers so I purchased a "art director pack" online for Chicane.
Only to log in to the game and see their servers allocated it to Apex. I have been playing Chicane for a while lvl32 that is more than halfway to the max lvl60, with numerous achievements and hours upon hours of gameplay.
In apex i am not even lvl2, i dont play in that shard and the purchase is useless.
After lodging the query with EA twice and waiting days, they just responded with "oh we cant do anything about it touche" basicaly.
In effect this is what EA says, "we do not care if our systems are not reliable, if your money is waisted, just give us more."

Pathetic EA, pathetic!
Bad business ethics, poor client services!

Electronic Arts (EA) orgin

I am so disappointed. I spent almost forty dollars on The Sims 3 Starter Pack and I already thought that it was ridiculously stupid that we had to make an account with Orgin, or whatever it's called. But, to top it all off, it logged me out of my own account in midplay, and when I went t log back in, it made it where I have to type in the product code once again. Since product codes can only be entered one time, I spent forty dollars for a game I can't even play. Plus, I can't get a refund because GameStop won't allow refunds for PC games. Even though I want to play it, but can't, I'm also going to complain that the quality of the game was horrible. It constantly kept glitching and freezing up. There were even times when it'd just shut down completely. Maybe if you weren't too busy putting out more horrible games, that are pretty much unplayable with all the problems, and fixed the problems with past ones, (which aren't even that old to begin with since you're constantly releasing new games), you'd have a lot more happy consumers. Thanks for wasting my money.

Electronic Arts (EA) serves and ai's

EA has been ruining the game of FIFA, they would rather much make money than actually fix the errors in the game. Every game that i play online or offline, there is always something that goes wrong(impossible passes, balls not going where it is supposed to go). I think it its really funny to see that EA has not fixed the kick off glitch which allows many players to score a goal right off the bat and we cannot do anything about it. They focus everything on their ultimate team because that is where most of the money comes from and could care less about other game modes in the game. Every year, they promise to bring something "revolutionary" and come up with some bogus small ideas. I do hope they fix up their act because sooner or later FIFA can get another company that would satisfy ALL costumers on ALL games.

Electronic Arts (EA) sims 3

I purchased Sims 3 and World pack Dragon Valley. What a horrible mission it has been to play a game I love, after 1 and a half days of struggling with registering origin and EA support and finally not being able to register on Sims Store in order to fix a problem with the Dragon Valley World pack I truly believe I have wasted my time and money about R600.00 of my money, EA does not have a complaints email address nor anyone who actually cares at their so called support dept they have written solutions available but this did not help me as I could not even register on Sims Store, I wanted to lodge a complaint on EA support but to no avail because I was supposed to wait for a consultant to assist me in "the next 35 to 45 min" after all this I honestly can say that I would like to return these games and look for a simpler option of Installing a game and just playing it without having to register 3 separate accounts with countless updates that will refuse to let you play the game unless you let them have their way. Gone are the days were a gamer buys a game legally and installs it and enjoys it, now EA is just encouraging Piracy by inconveniencing customers!

Electronic Arts (EA) words used not in the dictionary

I have recently purchased Hasbro/EA games Scrabble for iPad and find it quite frustrating to play as I have noticed most of the words are not in any dictionary I have used, also many times "real words" are disallowed by the computer (I don't play on line) . I want to delete the game but am angry because I paid $9.99 (CDN) and can't get my money back. It the principal more than the money. I have contacted Hasbro but Hasbro 9passes the responsibility on to EA Games and EA Game no longer has a complaint dept so they get off free and I'm out my $9.99.

Electronic Arts (EA) poor internet game site

Pogo.com is not only the worst site on the Internet, but the WORST GAME site. In my opinion, their gaming system is NOT setup to run properly in the United States. Their games do NOT run properly, i.e., they freeze, lock or do not remove and count all matched pieces. There are PC operating system warnings on some of the Pogo.com sites. In addition, using the Mouse pointer they do not perform all the options required for the games to function properly. I know, I've been there done that for the past 13 years, which was before Club Pogo Membership was setup with Electronic Arts. There were game problems way back then! NOTICE TO ALL: AFTER paying a monthly or yearly premium, which are required for a Club Pogo Membership, remove
your credit card, or other method of payment data from your account. If you don't, they will automatically charge your Club Pogo Membership to your credit card or whatever payment data you used. If you choose to renew, then just re-enter the payment data prior to your expiration date, then remove the data again. Think you'll get a refund from Pogo.com? Maybe if you made enough Technical Support or Customer phone calls and/or sent them enough emails. Also, it is impossible to talk or contact Pogo's Technical Support and receive any replies as to their actions, if any, to repair all the existing game problems that users are experiencing. GOOD LUCK TO ALL! I REST MY CASE!

I just found two phone numbers, [protected] and [protected], inside of an old book. The first number used to be for Pogo.com. and the second number was Electronic Arts (EA.com). I dialed the first number and received an Electronic Arts automated "Help Link" answer. When I called the second number, I received the following automated response, "We are sorry your call cannot be completed at this time. Please hang up and try your call later. "Thank you." No company name was mentioned. You might try both of these numbers. Try the [protected] number first. GOOD LUCK! P.S.: I am NOT going to renew my membership! Thirteen years of this mess is enough!

Electronic Arts (EA) credit card charges and uses

I was charged $39.95 or $39.99 a year to become a member and/or too play pogo games if I chose to do so!1 I wanted to become a Pogo Club Member and play so therefore I paid either of the above amounts mentioned above in order to do so. I have had nothing but heartache while attempting to play the pogo game namely - Bingo Luau which pogo games allow players the choice of playing ! The games continuously freeze up when I am playing - I am therefore unable to get the tokens earned while attempting too play thus particular game - I keep getting notices from the server that must install Java Script in order too play pogo games (- even though the Java Script is already installed etc.etc. ! It seems that the Pogo Games server EA who is totally unable too contact via telephone or email re: the issue at hand wants too hear about the constant mess up with Pogo Games who is the Corp. that I paid my money too in order too play the games of my choice at the time! This is nothing but a consumer - a disgruntled one at that- feels that in good faith I paid my money too play pogo games and since pogo games or EA cannot runs the games honestly I want my money refunded back into my checking account ! Please assist me and send me an email re: this disturbing issue I have with Pogo Games!

Electronic Arts (EA) the sims 3 hidden springs

I have bought all the Sims games. 2 months ago my computer crashed and I was forced to format it. Today it took me the whole day to re-install the discs, but the Hidden Spring Expansion Pack has to be downloaded using a redeem code. When I try to enter the code as it is in the Disc cover I lawfully bought, it gives me a message that the code has already been used. Come On EA... Im one of your fans, but theres nowhere where I can get help. Been googling this issue now for the past 3 hours with no success.

Help... This games is costing a fortune.

Electronic Arts (EA) install/update

I bought and downloaded The Sims 3 from the Windows Market Place. before playing, I ran the recommended update, which fails right at the end. After failing, it renders the game COMPLETELY useless. I reinstall and repeat with the same impact. I search for information on the error and find sites with cracks to download, just to get the updates to work right. The EA Games website takes you to a place to download the update, which isn't available. I would rather not use Origin since it has been proven to capture data from your computer and the installed applications. Nowhere can I find a simple contact for EA games and all of the reviews suggest I would only be more mad if I tried to call...it should not take me days to get this game to work! I am so upset I'm ready to complain anywhere -- this company has done so much to ruin these games that I'm ashamed I made a purchase.
