Electronic Arts (EA) pogo games

My name is Rachel Thompson. I am filing this complaint on behalf of my 70+ year old parents. They have been paying members of pogo games for many years. Recently EA games locked them out of their account, Nevalyn777 or Nevaly [protected]@yahoo.com. They tried resolving the issue by following prompts and instructions offered on Pogo. The lock out was not resolved. We tried to resolve it through emails. No luck. For three days we called for tech support. They were unable to resolve issue. Today I helped my father reach out to EA customer service and they were outright nasty and rude. I heard with my own ears the representative tell my dad to [censored] off. What kind of company are you running?

Electronic Arts (EA) dead space was forgotten

dead space games were the best I enjoyed playing the first and the third and I thought it would be great to have dead space 4 before ea shut down visceral games I mean, any studio can just pick up the game but the game was forgotten.i enjoyed its 2 player coop but if there was a dead space 4 I bet the game would have been the best at every which way. I hate seeing epic games forgoten like this one

Electronic Arts (EA) fifa 19

Dear EA games recently bought the fifa 19 game for Xbox one and I must say I am really happy with the game BUT the goalkeeper difficulty is way to low and the fact that you can score off volleys, headers and beat the keeper at front post everytime is a joke... super unrealistic on that point, this is just my opinion but overall really great game but I think an update of these feature need to be brought to your attention

Thanks

Electronic Arts (EA) sims 3/origin

dear EA Games, I have bought your Sims 3 game for a pc for 20 dollars at Walmart in Colorado springs Colorado and I regret to inform you that your game has been not only a waste of money but also a waste of time. not only have I spent an hour downloading origin but it will not open and even on my older computer origin would launch but the game Sims 3 would not download and just crash. I would love to get a new game to replace this for the inconvenience I have had if not I am afraid I will have to take my business else where. incase you need to contact me my number is [protected] and my number is [protected]@gmail.com . once again I have spent a lot of time and money into this game and I do happen to be quite young and that money took me quite a while to get. sincerely,

Electronic Arts (EA) missing content purchased through microsoft store

09/18/2018

Claim Number#[protected]

Late morning, accidentally deleted my Ultimate Hockey Team for NHL 19. I understand that there was nothing to do about retrieving my team. My concern is that all the money spent buying packs to better build/equip the team, there is no solution of a reimbursement in place. Went to the EA help online chat to discuss the issue, and got no where with the rep. Once I asked for the supervisor my session timed out and reverted back to select online chat with a representative wait time 0 minutes. Very frustrated right now on how things were taken care of on the EA support side. There has to be a way to at least get my money back from the online store purchases. I lost my Wayne Gretzky, Peter Forsberg, and Connor McDavid cards that came with the Ultimate Hockey game preorder. Hopefully there is a way to retrieve them. The rest of the money put into the game I would like back. I don't care if it is cash or gold packs to build my team back up again; that is fine. I can give you all the order confirmations from the Microsoft store or bank statements. The other issue was how I was placed online for a very long time going back and forth through chat. I did not like how I was disconnected after asking for a super visor. Just in case for my record keeping I had taken multiple screenshots of the conversation (please see attachments). This cannot be how EA sports treat their fans to pretty much tell them to go break their neck or better luck next time after an accidental deletion of a team. This is my first time ever doing this. Why should I be penalized?! I'm just very irritated. I'm on bed rest due to an illness and the only thing I wanted to do was play a couple games before resting. This whole issue has just worn me out. Please fix this. You can get all the information from the screenshots taken.

Thank You,

Stergios

Electronic Arts (EA) customer service

Two of your reps out me through several useless hoops when they had no intention of helping me with my problem. That being loss of the game codes for Medal of honor: Airborne. I provided the documentation requested via file upload. Now I'm stuck with a useless disk/game I can not use. I paid for the game and registered it so I don't understand the problem with emailing me a set of codes that will enable me to reinstall the game on my new computer.

Electronic Arts (EA) aman kumar - your staff member

14/05/2018
Don't know the cliet number, sorry.
I have been having issues with Sims 4 on origin, no other game seems to be having the issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled origin, and did the same with sims. I let your staff member know this when i was speaking with him, however he asked me to do this again, and asked me to download an app that i have never heard of to uninstall origin. So that was the first red flag for me. Secondly, he then asked me to disable all of the pc's programs and then restart it, knowing that it would cut the communication off between myself and him. I made it clear that i did not feel comfrtable doing that as i recently bought this pc for a lot of money, he ignored what i was saying and persisted i was to carry out what he was telling me. I told him that i did not feel confident in doing what he was asking me as i felt that i shouldn't have to be making these changes to my pc. The conversation was going around in circles, he didn't show any sympathy towards my situation and was hard headed in trying to get me to do as he wasa asking. I told him that as someone who doesn't understand much about the computer system that what he was saying made no sense to me. He has quite frankly upset me in more than enough ways to make me question if i even want to bother getting help with this. I was considering asking for a refund as i truly don't believe that the money i spend on EA games should be going towards wages for people like him who decides to ignore what the customer is saying, shows no compassion and shows no interest in comforting the customer when feeling unsure, he is pushy, and when i asked him to wait for a minute he send me three messages and then asked if i was there. I apologise for my language, but i am beyond pissed off and i don't believe his way of communication was good enough.

Rhiannon.

Electronic Arts (EA) battlefield 1

Ive been playing for about 5 months now and the last week and a half the game has been crashing without warning. Everyone knows about the problem. Not so much as an apology for the hours were all spending playing extremely unsatisfied. Some of us got [censor] to do and with what little spare time we got its pissed up the wall because ea don't care!? It must be about 10 hours of gameplay that ive missed on experience over the duration of this last week. The only time I had spare I wanted to enjoy. People are really fed up with the lack of connection from ea and dice. All I could find was a twitter message from april 6th... And the problem is still there!?!?!? That's the last form of communication you've had with australian customers? No wonder america is the land of money. It really is all you care about. To think that the few messages you've put out in forums is all you think we deserve? Go and join a game and see what people think of you guys. Its absolutely some of the worst customer service ive ever experienced in my life. Get your [censor] together ea and dice! I want the hours that ive lost in experience. Scraps and medals. Not just for me. But every player! Why shouldn't we get reimbursed? Its like you guys actually think it doesn't matter. Is it run by some fat, balding jewish non gaming middle aged men who can only get love from prostitutes and who are stock brokers or something!? Sheesh gone are the days of steam cs 1. Where you could actually write a tag down... Employ people that play the game and see how your stocks go!

Electronic Arts (EA) ea nhl forum moderation: ea_roger

Hi there. So, apparently on your EA hockey forums, you like to hire community managers that actually want you to be less polite and helpful.

There was a discussion happening where one of the community members was acting very aggressive and dismissing fellow forumers opinions. I could tell by the recent posts that things were heating up between the parties, and in a well-constructed manner, I wrote a detailed post about how we shouldn't be so quick to attack others in our community and that we should respect each other's experiences. Because of my post, I was issued a major warning for simply trying to keep the peace.

In my post, I referenced how this was a good topic and how we should keep the thread on track, yet I have given a MAJOR warning (that means no posting at all!) for 5 days! That's insane! Now all of the great discussions I was having with people will have to wait a whole business week because I had the audacity to KEEP THE PEACE on a thread!

I've noticed that in recent months, the EA hockey forums have gotten extremely toxic, and the community manager is a large part of the problem. There are mods and former mods on the site that are given special treatment. These posters can be rude, dismissive, combative, and nothing is done to them. meanwhile, the people they disrespect are getting banned and silenced at a higher rate than I've ever seen. The natural human reaction when being on the receiving end of hostile behavior is to retaliate, and these people are getting banned while the catalysts (the community manager's former mod buddies) are having a field day being insulting, rude, and condescending.

You have a serious issue on your hands, and the moderators and this community manager EA_Roger, are directly leading the decline of interest in the NHL series. People who are long-time forum users and buyers of the game are having fights picked with them, silenced, and inevitably banned due to the obvious lack of leadership, and almost criminal (because obviously it isn't) amount of favoritism shown by moderators and their inconsistient, and trigger-happy community manager.

That forum is an absolute cesspool of incompetency, arrogance, and aggression. it is an absolute terrible look for EA as a company, and especially the NHL series as a whole...and I think we all know that series is struggling as is. Well, you have a manager that is only contributing to the mass exodus from the NHL series.

They really need to get rid of their entire forums team, they are all serious complete [censored]s and know not one damn thing about anything and only play favorites. I've numerous times reported users only to be silenced myself cause it's a moderators friend. It's easily noted who the moderators favorites are in each forum cause you can see easily they are the one with all the benefits and allowed to get away with anything in the forums.

October 2019, I had a similar experience with EA_Roger and an incompetent little snot named Socair. He didn't like the profanity in my post, but then removed some of my opinions as adverbs as well. Claiming it was "profanity" and issued me a ban without warning.

Their moderators insight the anger against them and go trigger happy with abusing their power. EA should be ashamed to hire people like this. I won't be buying EA products anymore, and neither will my friend that got the game because of me.

[censored] you Roger. It sounds like your [censored] is going to get canned

Electronic Arts (EA) bought game through origin and did not receive it (battlefield 1)

Bought a game through Origin.com and I did not receive a game nor email about game, nothing. Also the EA support is horrible, made 2 cases and they got closed without any response to me... Just made third.
Also there is not direct complain department where I could write them about this.
Feeling is like they just don't give a damn about customers and this is not first time for EA!

Electronic Arts (EA) dragon age and customer service in general

We purchased Dragon age (Order Number: [protected]) and it doesn't work. We asked for a chat (case number [protected]) and "Rehan" told us we will get a mail with instructions
We wait all along the weekend and it never arrived
Now we are asking for a refund and their automatic answers say that since it took more than 72 hours since we "launched the game" (it never launched!) then we are not entitled to a refund.
They have no e-mail or fax or complaint officer or customer service...
WHAT CAN WE DO?

WE DEMAND A REFUND!

Where is their technical support when I need it so much... Can't get any type of help from them because it's impossible to reach.
I recommend you not to buy anything from them. Believe me, they give a crap about their customers, you'll never get their help or leave with a stupid response that again won't resolve your issue. So stay away and use something different.

Electronic Arts (EA) lost an inform card

I was playing your game, FIFA 17, and completed a 'Squad Builder Challenge' - as a result of completing the 'SBC' I was given a pack in which was an 'Inform Card'. I opened the pack, received my player and sent the player to my club by pressing 'X' (I use an XBOX ONE). After this I went to my club only to see that my packed 'Inform' was no where to be seen. I have been searching and I am 110% sure that my 'Inform Card' is not there.

Electronic Arts (EA) not helpful at all

I can't launch The Sims 4 free trial. Tried everything but nothing works. The occurring error says that there're too many computers using this version of the game. I have just one PC and I live alone, no one could у using my IP. I called technical support and they said I have to request an IP changing from my provider. Well...
Maybe the Sims 4 is a good game, but definitely not worth it. Your advice was useless.

Electronic Arts (EA) star wars the old republic

BrokenQuest "Lost Arsenal" on Iokath is last straw, SWTOR is no more for me:

I ran into this problem today and it is very annoying and disappointing.  I'm logging in and out, waiting, going back and for to stronghold, waiting more...meanwhile my command boost is slowly expiring while I waste time on this apparent broken quest.  This along with the ever decreasing quality of the game has made me fully aware that SWTOR is not a quality game worth my time and money.  This kind of stuff might be okay the first week of launch, but whoever is in charge of this game fundamentally lacks the skills to make it better than it has tried to be.  World of Warcraft might be old, familiar and a bit boring, but compared to Blizzard, this game is seems as if it's run by high school students learning to create an MMORPG.  The lack of polish, follow up on bugs/concerns and the utterly relentless drive to focus the player on the Cartel Market (probably top 3 most alarming issues ) have forced me to dislike and delete a game that I truly wanted to love.  I've played it on and off (mostly on) since it's launch, but it's proven to be more of a dead space than an immersive online experience.  World of Warcraft might be boring sometimes and it certainly is not the perfect game, but Bioware/EA's management of this game expose a mere shadow of what Blizzard is capable of on their worst day.  I wish the players and company the best and I hope a miracle occurs and the game becomes amazing.  But I am done waiting for that day to come.  Thanks for a great leveling experience; unfortunately all content beyond that lies under a dark shadow of disappointment and I am tired of being disappointed.  I will a copy of this to SWTOR and EA customer service/feedback as well as post it on the various gaming sites I have access to.

Jason

Electronic Arts (EA) star wars galaxy of heroes

I have been playing this game for almost 20 months. I have spent hundreds of dollars in game and have enjoyed playing until recently. I am absolutely insulted by the RNG system in this game. At the point in the game that I am at I can longer compete without spending hundreds if not thousands of dollars to do something as simple as getting past the 6th battle in the galactic war. I have begun writing reviews on multiple sites warning people of EA's prices to compete in any of the game modes. In June I was able to complete the galactic war one time and I play daily! I want a challenge and do not expect to win every time but the super teams being used are literally impossible to beat. That coupled with what I can only describe as the coldest, most cruel, inconsistent RNG system I have ever seen has really pushed me away from playing. There was a time I tried to look past this with limited success, but the more research I do online the more I begin to understand what is going on. EA doesn't care, I am yet to see anywhere on the web where EA responds to community members who are feeling the same things I am. EA should be a leader in the gaming industry but instead they are helping to mold the industry into a greed based monster. I miss the old days when the community was listened too. I am very upset about how my experience has evolved from a fun enjoyable time to disappointment and an overwhelming feeling of being ripped off. I know this along with every other post on every other site will fall on deaf ears but I felt a need to try none the less. Only thing I can do is speak with my wallet now. Sad but true! I will be checking back for on this site for one week. If anyone reading this actually understands customer service and responds I will be happy to give my number and email address to them to discuss further. I am not unreasonable and am an open minded intelligent guy. I really think my feedback could help.
Thanks,
Tyson W

Yes, they hide quite well. Decent people can lodge a complaint and their standard answer is to just mute them, instead of penalizing the offending person(s). A problem with a game? Pleas for fixing the problem goes unheeded for months, if ever.

Electronic Arts (EA) fifa 17

I recently bought fifa coins from a website goldah.com, this is the first and only time I have done it outside of the FIFA store.

EA sports then email me to say that I have broken the terms of service for "trading coins", which based on the definition I technically have but I have not hacked the game, nor have I scammed anyone. Regardless they have removed my team, losing everything. My main concern is the money, legally spent in their store, which they have taken away without any warning.

I have no idea how much money I have spent in the store over time but for 2017 it would be around £100-£200 (Playstation account doesn't list it in account history)

I've complained 3 times; you cannot speak one to one with anyone that makes the decisions, you get an email from a no-reply address and that is it. My questions about the money are never explained to me, I cannot see in the terms that I forfit this money? It may be implied but for legal terms, should it not be fully stated?

Are they allowed to do this? I view this as a purchase of goods, the breaking of terms was a separate transaction so why do I lose all of my pre-standing purchases?

Case # [protected] and other cases
This operator kept me busy for almost two hours wasting precious time and resources. He did not understand how to interpret the messages I send and i had to repeat myself several times all over. He did not know how to interpret UO connection trace results and while it clearly showed that EA servers was a fault, he still wanted to blame me and make me go through all the effort for nothing. EA updated Battlefield 1 on the spring update and the games is lagging on multiplayer after the update. The more I tried to tell him that everything is fine on my side the more frustrated the process by his lack of understanding. Please deal with him and give me a refund as it does not seem as if anyone at EA games cares to assist or fix any problems regarding the servers. Since I bought the game I could never play a hardcore custom game as matching of games failed. I have done all the troubleshooting steps more than once. EA is a frustrating place to ask for assistance and does not fix their problems.

Your games are a joke, cant play online without being hacked to death by low morals players. Get your act together E.A. I will NEVER buy your games again.
